AMAZING PLACE TO RENT OFFICE SPACE IN ABQ!!I have rented all over this city, by far the best experience. Wished I would have found sooner. Management is amazing & responsive. Common areas are always clean, and being updated. Great parking available.I have seen comments indicating internet is not good- have NEVER had a problem connecting or sending tons of emails with large attachments. Also, have not experienced any insects - worked in building all hours of the day and night, that said its not new construction so, most likely a bug or two will happen..Great Value and Space! Dont pass this one up, super convenient to commute from anywhere in ABQ.

Internet access was USELESS to the point our office was unusable for our business. The issue was never remedied, yet we were required to pay $3000 in rent to fulfill our contract. This is WRONG given that they didn’t fulfill their contract with us by providing dependable internet access. We tried to get them to fix the problem numerous times and finally had to set up a home office while still paying rent for a useless office at Carlisle Office Center. UNETHICAL AND IRRESPONSIBLE.

How clean it is: There are cockroaches, spiders, and crickets running around the office constantly, and one of the bad parts about it is that there are crickets constantly cricketing inside the wall, and you can do nothing about it. If theyre not dead lying on the floor, then theyre dying while on the floor. The owner sprays some chemical constantly and it smells horrible, and as said, there are dead bugs all over, it does not look good when a client walks in..Internet: The internet is very important for most people with businesses for obvious reasons, such as posting advertisements, keeping up with competition, etc. Its unreliable, the internet is just plain horrible. Most of the time I cant even connect to the network and if I do, for the most part it takes ages to load a single page, most of the time Im sitting here waiting for a single page to load in the span of 60 seconds, and even then it doesnt properly load.Calling: Yeah, calling. You wouldnt expect anyone to cover a subject of calling on a phone but its an issue here. Its something about the building but whenever in it I cant make a phone call, I have to go outside and answer phone calls for the business, and its quite frustrating when you have to go back and forth constantly calling back people because something in the building is screwing with the phone (note, my Phone is on 4G when outside) but when I am inside it goes to almost zero bars. Because of this we have to use Skype to answer calls, and even then due to the horrible internet it doesnt work well.Finding the place: So yeah, the landlord had the ingenious idea of putting the office buildings number to the SIDE of the building, you can barely see the number because its so small, because of it many of our clients have trouble finding the place.Lights in the building; The genius landlord decided to put garden lights in as lights, yep, you read that right, GARDEN lights. It looks so ridiculous that its embarrasing. After 7 PM he turns all the lights off except the small ones, and clients are freaked out to even enter the place, I dont blame them, it doesnt look safe with almost all the lights off.Air Conditioner: This is very important for business when its cold or hot, right now its the winter so we need the office to be warm, apparently the landlord thinks the opposite. After 6 PM on weekdays he will turn the AC off so it will not run at all and after that time, as of right now (Winter time) it is cold and it is not professional. Due to this we use our own heaters which is a joke. As for the Weekend he turns it off completely.Privacy: There is none, its non-existent here. The walls are like paper, you can hear everything through them so you never have privacy.Coming in. After 6 PM on weekdays he locks the door, and on weekends the place is locked, and after 6 PM time its pretty dark, when you come in there are sliding glass doors that open, then there is another set of doors, you have to have a card to get in or have someone open it for you from the other side, there is a door bell to the right but you can barely even see it, I myself didnt notice it until a month later someone told me, its so dark and there is no lighting after the sliding glass door that the clients cant even see it. We have a lot of walk-in clients, and due to this we lose on average 6 clients a day, which is around $700 for us. Thats $3,500 a week (we work 5 days a week), thats $14,000 a month, thats $160,000 LOST a YEAR.The landlord himself is crazy, after 2 months of staying he unlocked the front door to our office and walked in screaming YOU HAVE TO LEAVE THIS OFFICE, RIGHT NOW. Some other people wanted the office space we were in so just because of that he wanted to throw us out despite having other suites available, but everyone is given a months notice to leave the office but he didnt care, said it didnt matter even if it did end up being taken to court, but we fought back and didnt have to leave. This place is horrible, dont rent here.
