The employees at this location do not allow service animals. I was kicked out of this location for having my PTSD service dog. I went in to pick up a package with my service animal. The gentleman at the counter told me that pets were not allowed. I informed him that it was a service animal. He said no animals were allowed. It was also a hot day so I joked and said I also couldnt leave him in the car because he would die. The woman at the counter then asked me to leave. Very rude people at that location. I have never had any issues at any of the other UPS locations or any stores with my service animal.

The delivery driver in Mirabella neighborhood on July 1st evening waited for mommy to open the door then asked her if she wanted “ our” package inside until we were able to swing by and pick it up. Going above and beyond really is appreciated by us and especially mommy since it was a large and a little heavy package. Please let this specific driver know we are truly great full for his service to our neighborhood and our neighbors. A++++ all the Way UPS !!

Good customer service... However, NOT all the services are available as that of a UPS STORE offers. . .. Who knew that this UPS CUSTOMER CENTER didnt have access to the Internet and with certain tasks limited their employees abilities to get things done... Strange... I dont recall it all being this way... Also, they only accept plastic- form of payment! Thats it! (Fyi- to those who have services that they can provide )

I work here too & can confirm that this place does NOT care about damages. Ive come up with simple solutions to fix this problem yet upper management laughs at me for caring. So Ive stopped caring myself. The thing is UPS makes money from the returns too so a damage just equals more money.

Unfortunately there is a thief working here. My mothers suitcase was to be shipped overnight from ABQ to El Paso on July 2. It never made it to El Paso and now UPS claims it cannot be located. The people at the UPS knew what was in the suitcase because they checked it for breakable items before labeling it. I do not recommend this center - you cannot trust that they wont steal your belongings and then claim its been lost.

Bare bones UPS service. Some stores have lots of other products like cards and envelopes but this one doesn’t, so don’t expect to be able to do anything but send a package. Make sure you get there 20 minutes before they close at 6, because they start shutting down registers and the label printing computers early.

Very upset with UPS! Paid 50 to get a box in value of 140 shipped on thursday AM to be received on Saturday, Paid for 2nd day air and package was NOT delivered, when trying for hours to speak to some one NO ONE cam give you answers. 2nd day air, I was finally informed HAS NOT been available since last March due to Covid. ( this was informed by Supervisor after arrogant, careless, long and persistent phone call conversation while calling the 1888#). Yet tuesday and package has not been received, showing to be delivered again tuesday. Have filled a claim and no update, no customer service when you need the most! Do not recommend trusting their services unless you have no or very little value to package. Or dont care when it is received.

I had a very expensive item shopping to my home address. I was alerted that my package was delivered at 1:17pm but my video feed didnt show the UPS driver showing up until 1:20pm at my neighbors home and thats when I went outside to meet the driver. The driver DID NOT have my package saying she must have delivered it to another address. This is a package that HAD TO BE SIGNED FOR. She(driver) then said wed have to call UPS later, after she had completed her deliveries to see where it was. We called her supervisor who told us she (Angel) had created a investigation. Next morning, nothing has been done, NO INVESTIGATION was made. The automated line says my package was delivered to my address and left on the front porch signed for BY THE DRIVER. Then the line disconnects. DO NOT USE UPS!!! DO NOT TRUST ANY OF THEM!I did reach out for help and I was LIED TO!!!

I am tired of trying to complain to ups. They dont appear interested in receiving complaints only dealing with claims, and I doubt their sincerity there.For months compliments due to covid weve been getting far more packages than times past. The driver (temporary?...driving a private vehicle) consistently leaves packagedcright under our drain to get soaked. Now this is a desert, however AC. produces a good amount of moisture right where this negligent driver tosses our goods. Some if which are quite valuable in monetary terms.Ive written our suppliers begging them to pick a different service to no avail. Perhaps someone will now notice.

Well, given I had to come here because the UPS driver failed to deliver a package when we were home, yet left a door-tag saying we werent home I cant say I enjoyed visiting this location. The lady inside was rude, and shoved my package at me. Back in South Carolina our UPS driver was extremely detailed and the local dispatch was very helpful. The dispatch here is no where near as adequate.

I have had four packages go missing in four weeks. I have spent hours on the phone with UPS people in the Phillipines or India, and have only received one call back from the local office, in spite of numerous requests. Tracking shows the package delivered...but just not to my address, and nobody figures it out. The local person indicated they were overwhelmed and understaffed. Ok, I understand. Its COVID and Im sympathetic for about one package - but four? Come on. Engage a brain and not a GPS - weve been here 35 years and managed to get stuff just fine till a month ago. The fact that I have to sit through the UPS 800# time and time again is more than frustrating. If you have another shipping option use it till they sort it out.

I called because my package got pushed back from Friday to Monday for no reason even though it was already in Albuquerque. When I called and asked if I could pick it up at a store location sooner, the lady on the phone was extremely rude to me and actually got upset that I had called her (her number was one that another UPS employee had given me) and just kept saying my package still needed to be handled, but wouldnt explain to me what that meant. She also kept cutting me off and ended up turning the conversation from being about my package to how she needed to correct the local UPS man who had given her my number to call. It made me sad to experience such terrible customer service.

I was the only one in line so I received good service quickly. The man at the counter told me about how they do have free boxes but they are only for 2 day shipping.I wanted to let you know that if you are having delivery issues because your packages are not being delivered to the correct address you can check with your local post office to see if your address is correct in their system.If you are receiving packages from most of the retailers that you make purchases from then maybe UPS has your address entered incorrectly in their system. Most carriers can do a check against what the post office has listed as your official address. I hope this helps.

I mistakenly shipped my regular United Postal Service mail with item in return box. Once I realized mistake, I headed back to UPS location on Comanche. It was approximately a 10 minute gap. The two male individuals showed lack of concern, no willingness to help, and their searching was mediocre at best. They were RUDE!! To expedite my exit, their answer was UPS driver picked up packages. Later, researching more the driver pick up was at the end of the day before closing. The employees at this location are liars, and have no customer service. It’s been ten days, and no indication if letters were mailed. Package being sent to Amazon. Bills still unpaid. These people could of saved me a headache if they had compassion. DON’T USE THIS LOCATION!!!!!!

I usually end up going here to pick up a package that was sent to me. A couple of times I had sent something out, and I was surprised at how much it cost to send a package these days. They could bring the price down a bit. Other than that the service is what you expect when going to a postal service of any kind. The people are just friendly enough, by the time you get out youre not as frustrated, and you end up feeling it a little bit if you have to send out a package. I cannot believe how much they charge to send a damn package these days...

Horrible, rude, utterly useless customer service. My package is AT this facility RIGHT NOW. Its valuable and I need to pick it up, not have it left on my porch.Oh, you have to create a web account and set up a delivery change...I already wasted half an hour messing with your miserable website and tried calling for customer service as well. Both were totally worthless. You need to help me. Make this happen. Hand me my package. Heres the tracking number.Oh, its still on a truck, in the dock.So, go find it. The tracking number gives you the dock bay, truck number, the exact bin its in, and youre looking for a rather odd 6 foot long skinny box. Cant miss...Youll have to set up a web account. It wont be ready for pick up until tomorrow. I cant help you...Even though its sitting 30 feet away in a trailer and itd probably take me about 3 minutes to find it MYSELF. I had a package that needed to be boxed and shipped this week. I asked for a box and had to purchase one and tape; even though I told the lady I had plenty of tape at home she still insisted I buy the tape which I did. She had a young man by the name of Victor come to help me even though there wasnt anyone else in the store at that time. Victor was outstanding; he helped me pack my box, checked me out; and was so gracious to me that I had to write and let you know what a jewel of an employee you have. I thank Victor for his politeness especially now that Im up in age and appreciate respect.

If I could give the Comanche location a negative star, I definitely would. Their were two workers (women) in their and they both looked like they just woke up which isnt a big deal to me as long as your customer service skills are up to par. The gal at the front desk was less than helpful and her attitude matched her sloppy demeanor!! Its not what you say, its how you say it!! Save your money and go to FedEx or USPS!

The waits can be long, but the staff at this location have been friendly. Its most certainly not ideal to have to pick things up here, but its not horrid. The only caveat is that its hard to get out of the parking lot- if its a busy hour for traffic, dont dream of going east. Just turn right, and right again at the frontage, and head to the next major street. It may be out of the way, but it beats the experience of waiting to turn across the intense traffic.

Local service seems to have gone down the tubes. A recent delivery was made to our home. The driver didn’t ring the doorbell. He left 4 large packages that were for someone else. We have called 3 times over the last 9 days to get them picked up and delivered to correct party. OMG...it ain’t rocket science!!!

I appreciate the delivery drivers that have been doing their job to the best of their abilities and especially around the holidays, but I dont want the uncommitted and lazy drivers to get away with being able to lie about a delivery attempt. Sometimes I get a email or text to tell me they were unable to deliver a package and theres been no knock on my door. Ive even been told that there was an attempt made without a posted note to let me know that there was a actual physical being at the door whether or not they knocked. Everyone has a rotten day every once in a while but if you are supposed to be doing a job and lie to me about it, I have to deal with the lie and its not reasonable to expect anyone to let you get away with it. Eventually these drivers will not be employed but until then watch out for them and please dont hesitate to contact your local UPS distribution center customer service department to make sure its not ignored.

Ive never had worse customer service in my life. Everytime I am expecting a package I wait in the living room ALL DAY, only to find a paper of attempted delivery. They dont knock and this has happened to me several times. I dont own a car so I cant just walk down the industrial road with my toddler to pick up something that I could have just had if they knocked or left it withy apartment office or on my doorstep. I tried to go down to the customer service drop off location yesterday and theyre about as helpful as expired milk. All they told me to do was call the number, repeatedly. Im so mad.

I got a package containing a jewelry box I bought for my daughter for christmas and it arrived looking awful. My package was opened as if someone just wanted to peak in to see what was there. Absolutely ridiculous. So I ask the delivery guy why its open and he proceeded to tell me who knows..would you like to refuse it? Avoid UPS, The most unprofessional service provider.UPS is the worst carrier in Albuquerque, I ended up going to the facility for 4 out of 5 the last packages.I would never use UPS except that Amazon give no choice but using this horrible service.The drivers always leave no note, I have to know that it wasnt delivered by checking online.I left the door wide open for the driver to just leave the package and again, he didnt even stop to see.I complained about the drivers multiple times and the facility doesnt seem to give a dime about the quality of their service.

You people post an alert into my choice (that I was monitoring constantly) apparently i needed an address update because the apt. # was not there. So I updated asap. I already had deal with the grief from the customer service center on Aspen, before being told to come here to find my package in a locker. Turns out, after speaking with this rude troll of a woman at the front, I was given the run around saying my package wasnt there after all. She insisted it wasnt in one of the lockers and after repeating the instructions given to me from the Aspen location, she looked at my indifferent saying it would be delivered the next day. UPS has some awful customer service. Especially when we are reliant on them to get our deliveries. No amount of reviews, sadly, will get this corporation to care.

Horrible. I have lived all over the world. I have live here in Albuquerque for the last 5 years and the UPS here is the worst. The deliveries at my house are always after 6 PM and they never ring the doorbell, even though the button is lighted. Last night they made a delivery some time after 7 PM and did not bother to ring the doorbell. I found it this morning when I went for the paper. What the UPS delivery person did not realize is that the package contained liquids. While protected from breakage the the package was not protected from freezing. It was suppose to be a Christmas gift. I tried repeatedly to call UPS but got the usual constant busy signal. Tell all your friends and family not to ship thing here by UPS. No wonder there is some much theft of packages, too. Lazy delivery people.

Why is this a UPS hub even. They cant help you establish an account. They say go do it on the internet. You go on there and wade through their site that is not user friendly and only serves to create confusion as to how to open an account which is the reason for going to the UPS hub in the first place. What happened to the customer service! Was at this location a few days ago and the UPS employee made me open up the box I had packaged, to then have her re-tape it closed. So today I go in with a box that I am returning to Amazon. To help UPS, I didnt tape the box up. Wrong...because it is a pre paid, they dont need to see inside. Horrible customer service at main UPS, Comanche location! When I asked how to return my item the clerk stated read the instructions (blunt & rude) on your form. Duh! Wasnt sure if I could place new label over the old one because it was smaller. Also, make sure to bring your own tape if your package isnt taped properly, or per their liking, you will have to buy tape from them. No assistance what so ever. No courtesy, very rude clerk (short, straight brown hair). I will never use UPS again.

Terrible. Says they’re open Saturday’s , I got there at 10, no one was there. Lady shows up 10 minutes late outside by the side gate very rude, did not address the people standing outside in the cold. I was first in line , she asked for my tracking number. I gave her it, she proceeded to take about 5 other people’s tracking orders and disappear to the warehouse for about 5 minutes. While she was gone 2 other girls came out, did not address customers , complained it was cold and went back inside without helping anyone. The First Lady comes back out incredibly rude , so I asked her for her employee number because I was on the phone with a ups supervisor via the 1800 number , she refused to provide any information employee number or name , and said “I’m not giving you any information “ , she demanded I hand her my I.d tho,to get my package , so I had to give her my information . Horrible and incompetent. Regularly cannot deliver packages already sitting at their facility for 24 hours without an extra delay and zero explanation given. Pray you don’t have to re-route a package to another part of town, that takes them an extra day to process. Meanwhile FedEx and USPS will turn it around in under an hour and have it out. Our package of prescription meds worth $250 was supposedly left at our garage on Friday. When I got home I could not find it and notified UPS. I was assured that Id get a phone call within the hour. 36 hours later and still no phone call. The person I chatted with online, Paul N was condescending, implying I was too stupid to find the package. Yesterday afternoon our neighbor ACROSS THE STREET brought us the package. He found it at HIS garage. The meds inside were left out in the snow and freezing weather thank to this incompetent driver. This is the SECOND time this has happened. The last one was a couple blocks away. If not for these honest neighbors Id be out $500. Also, no local number listed for the ABQ facility. You only have the 800 number with no option for delivery issues or complaints. How convenient. Incompetent drivers and sorry customer service. No more UPS for personal or business deliveries.

Horrible service! Apparently they don’t know how to read. My package got delivered to gawd knows where...and it was SIGNED FOR by gawd knows who! Package should NEVER have been left with someone it wasn’t even meant for!! My neighbors are mostly dishonest and non-English speaking. I’m pissed ups!

Guys are generally OK as most NMxcans.. Place is tight so youll be asked to drop ur trailer to b unloaded. Dont rely on appointment times here. The prioty is their Priorities. Youll b emptied when its convenient. Watch out for west bound Traffic on Comanche when getting ready to leave the Gate, theyre mostly inatentive. Also incoming trucks may or may not give you the Chance/Room to make your Wide Right Turn.

I have an ...okay, a real emergency. My Inogen One G3 Portable Oxygen Concentrator arrived in Albuquerque (1.5 miles from my home ) yesterday at 5:35 a.m. (Saturday). The woman I spoke with told me that an attempt was made to deliver it built there was no one home to receive it . I was home waiting with baited breath ( pun intended ) to receive it . How could I not be home ? Im tethered to a huge concentrator and I am flying to FL tomorrow morning . If O2 is needed and one has been prescribed by a doctor , (I have to be on 24-7) and O2 tanks are not allowed on flights, it sure would have made sense to have it by the front door ready to go to the airport in the morning . Yes, UPS is closed on Sunday and everyone deserves a day off . I think that a huge company like UPS would have an emergency number manned by a human rather than a computer. OMGoodness !!!! I just received a text asking for my GPS navigation coordinates !!!! It could be UPS looking so they could deliver my machine !!!!! WOW I better go . Happy. Happy ! Happy !!!! Respectfully, Donna S
