I happened to stumble into Lee Michaels, with my lady during a rain storm, at the ABQ uptown location. Tonya and Faith were absolutely a delight! They allowed Gina to try on different pieces and she had a wonderful time! Every guy needs a jeweler AND theyre a Rolex AD!! Ive definitely found my jeweler in NM...I cant wait to pick out some surprises for my lady there!

Lee Michael’s has an in-house jeweler in one of their out of state locations that performs certified Rolex repairs and service. My watch of 20 years looks fantastic…. Virtually brand new.They were timely in the 6-8 weeks quoted time and were good about communicating with me throughout the process.I will use them again for future jewelry and watch needs. Thanks!

This review is long overdue and it has been on my to do list. Tonya assisted in the sale of a birth year watch of my sons no date Rolex Submariner in which I plan to give him in 18 years, so yeah, a bit of a safe queen for now. But then after I was looking for a set of diamond earrings for my fiancé and Tonya was very helpful with that purchase as well. Also even put my future wedding band on my wish list. Overall, this is just a great store to buy from and I find it so nice from time to time getting a text from Tonya just asking how I am doing. It really is the little things from a store that will keep me going back.

What can I say other than Wow... I have been looking for my first Rolex for a while and I’m so glad I picked Lee Michaels for the experience. Antonette and Tonya were so very helpful and always treated me with respect. First time I came in was after a long day of work and after the gym and was in a old T-shirt and jeans - they treated me as if I was in a 3 piece suit. They helped me choose the model I wanted and took quite a lot of time going through their catalog to make sure I was making the perfect purchase. They always answered my calls and emails checking on their stock and never even hinted that I was bother them (although I’m pretty sure I was being a pest 😬). When the day came that my perfect watch came in, they spent probably 2 hours going through the fitting, and features of the watch and how the warranty and services worked and much more. Antonette removed the perfect amount of links and made sure the watch fit as if it was made just for me. I had such a great experience that It is making me look at the next model for my collection. I bought a Rolex Submariner two tone. 116613 in late 2019. The time was off so I had to send it in for service a couple months after I bought it.I got the watch back and now the second hand is having mechanical issues. Also the gold on the inside link is scratching and turning a silver black color. I’m starting to think this watch isn’t authentic. Last but not least my ceramic bezel has water spot staining on it that won’t come off. I’m sending my watch for authentication, I’m pretty sure I paid $14,455.25 for a fake watch.Also I asked Lary before I bought the watch if I could bring it buy anytime to get a quick wash since I’m a barber and wear it daily. They don’t even acknowledge me when I walk in. In fact they make me feel uncomfortable about it. The manager runs to the back of the store when I come in. Very unhappy with the way I’ve been treated. I also spent 1,000 on a tiny necklace just to show my support to the store. Don’t shop here!! I’m a small business owner and I rate this place a zero. Would never treat my customers like this.

I went in to have my John Hardy bracelet fixed, I dealt with Antionette who was so friendly and helpful. At the beginning of March 2020, I had to get my David Yurman ring re-sized that I earned as a new regional Vice President with Arbonne. The ring was purchased at Lee Michaels in uptown and Jessika Sanders was the salesperson who helped me. From the beginning she was professional and helpful. I was correctly sized and I handed over my ring. Unfortunately, the Covid lockdown happened and the store had no choice but to hold my ring in their safe until it was safe to open again. All along the way, Jessika was in contact with me. Assuring me my ring was safe. It was assuring to have her reach out to me on a regular bases. I felt comfortable with where the ring was being held. A few weeks ago, the store was able to open and she contacted me to pick up the ring. She met me at the curb and had my ring ready. Packaged in a beautiful box and all shined up. Thank you again Jessika for being so professional and prompt during these uncertain times! The team was helpful and patient. they help me narrow down what I was looking for, but I wasn’t ready to buy.Several months later I went in to look again, and they had exactly what I was looking for there. Went in with my daughter to take a look at the date just Rolex I saw and wanted but there was a gentleman already at the Rolex counter getting help so I told the young lady who greeted us that I would return shortly. As I got into my vehicle I noticed security (female) had followed me and my daughter and had her phone up and arm extended, pointed at my direction as if to take a picture or video as I was about to pass her, I then stopped my vehicle and made a U turn to go the other direction to see if in fact that was the case and sure enough she now walked towards my direction as if to get a better look and catch up. Wow!! I Cant describe how embarrassed that made me feel in front of my daughter, and how shocked I am that I feel that I have to prove that im am not a criminal scoping out the jewelry store! Not to mention to be profiled on any basis!! I called management and they didnt seem to see my experience as something thats not normal and offered an insincere sorry and have a nice day to wich I answered that I wonder if Lee Michaels corporate policy is to share the same insincere sentiments. All I wanted was a Rolex to celebrate my successes. I will never go back.
