Everyone at Livingston Hearing Aid Center on Menaul Ave was so kind, thoughtful and helpful today. Even at closing time when everyone was ready to go home after a long day, they helped us to the car and waited for us to get situated. Our audiologist had found just the right hearing aids for dad and made them simple for us to work. The ladies at the front desk also took the time to help us with our oxygen tank when it wasn’t working. Thank you all for being such a blessing to us today!

Audiologist (Crystal) was very receptive to my comments and made adjustments accordingly. I look forward to her handling my visits.

Fantastic staff. Very helpful and they do such a great job to help make your hearing aids work so well. This staff is always amazing for both myself and fir my mother who are both customers. I especially appreciate that they check up on the hearing aids and also check for ear wax buildup and will clean your ears when needed. Cant rate high enough!

I have been very pleased with Livingston hearing aid center. Not only are they attentive but they take the time to stay listen to any problem you may be having.

I took my hearing aid in for repair. It is under warranty, but could not be repaired locally, and was therefor sent out. It is not expected back for 1-1/2 weeks. I was disappointed because in addition to not being able to hear well without it, the timeframe for repair & return seems exceedingly long, so I cannot comment on the repair at this time. The local staff at the front desk was, as always, pleasant & helpful. I was also disappointed that Jo Martinez, who had fitted me with my 1st hearing aids @ 12 yrs. ago, is no longer at this location; he was the reason I went to Livingston to begin with. I dont live in Albuquerque, but @ 25 miles away in the east mountains & his new location puts another @10 mls. to travel. As a 74 yr. old disabled woman, that becomes a challenge, but my daughter & son have assured me that when it is time for new hearing aids, they will get me to wherever J Martinez is, whether it is with Livingston or elsewhere. I hope I will be able to leave a higher review when my hearing aid is returned perfectly repaired.

They have always been there for me, any problems with my hearing AIDS they resolved them quickly. I rate them 5 Star because they are what they say they are, they are a true hearing service company that works with the hearing impaired. They do an outstanding Job.

Starkey hearing aid app Thrive sucks. Doesnt work properly. Livingston left me hanging, didnt fix the problem.

This is an update about Livingston hearing aids. I went to another hearing aid place to find out what was going on with my hearing and the fact is that Livingston hearing aids had me in the wrong and I mean the wrong hearing aids now that I have the right ones I no longer can recommend Livingston to anyone for their hearing aid needs I recommend that you go to a place other than Livingston they set me up what the wrong hearing aids I know I said at first they were good but when they could not get my hearing aids in the right adjustment no matter how many times they tried. My new hearing aids are fantastic Im able to hear more things that I never heard before so my advice DONT GO TO Livingston hearing aids

Everyone was excellent and professional. They really have compassion for their patrons. My first visit was excellent. The Dr really knew his job. He was very understanding and knowledgeable. Thank you and look forward to another visit in the future.

He did everything possible to ensure my wife Louise received the best hearing aid that met her needs and give her the best possible result. Our experience with Livingston has been outstanding.

I brought my elderly mother in to have her hearing checked. We saw Chris Gurley and he explained to us that my Mother did not need new hearing aids, but ONLY to have her hearing aids adjusted. Honesty is very hard to find these days and I really appreciate Chris Gurley taking the time to explain to my Mother what was going on, reprogramming my Mothers hearing aids and not once did he try to sell my Mother a new set of hearing aids that she did not need. And at the end of the visit, Chris did not charge us a thing for all of the hard work that he did and now my Mother is hearing AMAZING! I will never take my Mother to anyone else and I HIGHLY recommend Chris and Livingston to EVERYONE!!!

The owner lied to my grandfather. Told him he could return the hearing aids but gave the run around about returns until the date passed then refused to give money back. The money was eventually refunded with much persistence on my part. The clinician was very passive aggressive in his approach. He claimed that it was out of his control to approve the refund but once talking to the manufacturer was informed that all livingstons are privately owned and only up to the owner to give refunds. They had available appointments everyday for consultations but for a return are weeks or months out. So if looking to return do not miss or try to reschedule. You will not get another apt in the allotted return window.

Chris Gurley is an absolute saint!!! Due to a bad experience at another provider, I ended up here and it was amazing. The staff were very kind and compassionate, and Mr Gurley had my hearing aid programmed and adjusted in no time. I would happily send anyone I cared about to this place with zero hesitation. I will never go anywhere else. Im hearing sounds I havent heard in nearly a decade. Seriously, this man is a saint and this place is amazing.

The wife and I were panicking a bit because our daughters hearing was becoming a bit of an issue pretty rapidly. They made time for us here on short notice and saw us immediately. The doctor recommended the next course or action and how soon to jump on it. Thanks a lot!
