Jolene was my hygienist and she is always amazing. Does a great job, is gentle and always educates me on spots Im missing and other things I can do to better my dental health.

I have never had such an amazing experience going to the dentist like I have had going to Mountain Dental. I get very anxious going to the dentist, even for a cleaning, but their staff is friendly and welcoming. My hygienist Jolene is AMAZING, and my dentist, Doctor Leeper is the best dentist I have ever had. Shes very knowledgeable, kind, caring, and I trust her entirely. I have had major work done with her, and shes helped me with my anxiety to go to the dentist, and with amazing work as well.If you need a Dental Clinic, please do yourself a favor and go to them. You will never regret it.

I have been going to this office for 34 years with changes in dentists, staff and owners. I realized today after a longish visit that I never, ever am scared or nervous when I go there! And I have had some major work done here. I am not sure that it is normal to look forward to going to the dentist but this office and its dentists are incredibly friendly and kind and we laugh and talk together! I had a house fire in December. The staff at Mountain Dental showed me kindness, understanding, and grace. They covered the cost to replace my night guard, which means so much to me.

After years of bad dentists pushing treatment and making me feel bad, I found Mountain Dental and have had the best care here for over ten years. All of the staff (reception, hygienists, and dentists) are incredibly sweet, caring, calming, and funny. Ive refered probably 10 people who all agree. I am in Albuquerque temporarily working. I broke a molar tooth and looked for a dentist online. I found Mountain Dentistry. I made an appointment and was able to be seen within a few days. I saw Dr Leeper and she did great job explaining everything as she went along. She was very nice and calming. Dr leeper was able to repair my tooth with a temporary filling. Ill have a crown when I get back home to michigan. If I was down here long enough, I would definitely have the permanent work done here.My tooth looks great and Im able to eat normally. I highly recommend. Great experience!

Excellent service, the Dr and hygenist were fantastic. The office staff got me scheduled quickly and checked in and out with a friendly smile and efficient service. It was my first visit with Mountain Dental Albuquerque, so this visit was a little long, but they were very thorough, which I appreciate.

I initially gave Mountain Dental a 1 star. However I received a phone call from the new office manager. She was very helpful adjusted what needed adjusting and was very sympathetic as to what happened. Based on the phone call I just had I would be willing to try Mountain Dental again. Thank you to the new office manager for showing me excellent customer service. That is what I was looking for!!

I had a great first experience. Everyone was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. They knew exactly what would be covered by my insurance and let me know Id there was any additional costs. I definitely plan to return for my next cleaning.

If you have medical issues DO NOT USE this establishment. My daughter has a medical condition that she can not take NSAIDS. This dental office told her to take the medication anyway. Now her ITP has flared and this is life threatening. Guess with the way the country has a problem with drugs the docs and dentist assume drug seeker instead of checking her history. Then as a mother I phone them to explain the disease and they hung up on me. They obviously dont need patients or care about life. Pray my daughter will be okay

My Bill has increased exponentially since the new dentist. She installed a crown that didnt fit. I went in several times to have it adjusted. Never fit right. She refused to put a new one and after 9 months Im still waiting for promised refund. They are charging for stuff that no other dentist that I have been to charges for and a quit more pricy. I highly recommend going elsewhere.

They take excellent care of you and your teeth. I am deathly afraid of the dentist, and I dont mind coming here! They are thorough and even put numbing cream on your gums if you need for dental work. I highly recommend this place to newcomers to ABQ.

BEWAREI have a broken tooth called mountain dental and it took over a week to get an appointment. Finally got in and the appointment took forever the dentist did not listen when i explained an heath concern about a bleeding issue that i have. i would not recommend this office because it seemed to me that they didnt care. i would give them less than one star if i could but i cant.

They got me on the schedule quickly, started me on time, everyone was pleasant and friendly, the work was quick, painless, and thorough and they were very clear about what exactly I would owe beyond insurance. Im not thrilled with what my insurance covers, but thats hardly their fault. Nothing but positive things to say about Mountain Dental.

Cynthia, The Hygienist, and Dr.McGinty provide a wonderful experience for getting ones dreaded teeth cleaning. Before Cynthia became my hygienist, I would request earphones and anxiety gas. Cynthia is not only thorough in her business of cleaning teeth, but also adds an educational component to my continual questions. Dr. McGinty is the first dentist that compliments my teeth and the efforts taken to keep them pretty.The whole experience from Cheryl and Isabel in the front office, to Cindy. to Dr. McGinty is so pleasant that I keep coming back, twice a year! Great Experience! Abq Westside Dental Office: This is one of the best Dental experiences I have had in a long time! In fact, Ill even say in my life. Dr. Smith was great, and also helpful. For me the best experience was the Dental Hygienist Anne! I hate it, and a big turn-off for me, is when the Hygienist pick your teeth, and then hit your gums (thats when it turns into a white knuckle ride). Not ONCE! did Anne picked my gums..I was totally impressed. There is another Dental Office, which I will not mentioned by name (proximity to CVS on Coors and Montano) that the Hygienist hacked away at my gums, like a Butcher with a meat cleaver, taking it to raw meat. I had to walk out of the office with major pain, and eventually a loss molar (should have sued). But Anne was great, and very thorough. I highly recommend this office! And by all means, dont go to the Dental Office near CVS (Coors and Montano) Horrible place! Freddie Kruegers Dental office!

I love your staff at this dentist office. And I say with a smile ! last year in December ? Im one of those patients who had to sing ( Ill I want for christmas is my two front teeth ) You know the song by the Alvin and the chipmonks ? All the staff from my favorite women at the front desk who help me work out a plan to pay. To the assistance in the back office who with magic begin to ease my nervousness. I wish I could give this place a negative star. The reason for this one star rating is that mountain dental stated that they accepted my insurance, after services were given they then stated that they, in fact, did Not accept my insurance. I thought this was rather underhanded and made an attempt to set up a payment schedule with them, which they refused to do. It was pay the entire bill or it would go into collections. Again, I wish I could give this place a negative rating.
