The customer service His department there was very helpful and Service mechanics were top notch, We had a great experience with them and well always put them on top of my list when coming through Albuquerque.

Charged $2000.00 to replace air dryer and assembly. They was able to get it right in at noon and work on it, but at 4 oclock is when they ordered parts, 5 oclock is when they came in. They close at 6. They said should have it done before noon. They all are very polite and respectful but I suggest to you to get a price quote from them and diagnose as soon as possible.

What an amazing shop. Let me start by saying how professional the shop mechanics were.I was parked across the street at the TA. I was looking to have a suspension air bag replaced and already had the part and hardware. Mind you...it was 5:34 pm and the shop closed at 6:00 p.m.I called and spoke to the owner who called one of her mechanics in to see if they could quickly get me fit in. The mechanic immediately said to pull around and their would be a shop door open, back the truck in and he would get me completed quickly.I walked inside to pay and by the time it was my turn, the mechanic came back into the office and said I was done.If I could rate this shop 10 stars it would get 12!************This is an amazing shop.Great rates with an even greater owner and mechanics. This shop has immediately gone to the top of my list for places to have truck work completed.Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

Had truck in Albuquerque experiencing issues, found this place with good ratings. Driver/owner beware! Absolutely no communication & took all day long. Attempted to charge us almost $800 to replace a DEF filter without any authorization for repairs. Never provided a quote or anything and still ended up having to put driver in a hotel due to time of repairs.

Highly recommend! Very polite on phone. Courteous to my drivers. Got my truck right in for quick diagnosis. Repairs made in a vary timely manner. Got my truck back on the road much sooner than anticipated. Everything was great! I definitely know who to call in the future, should I need a repair shop in Albuquerque!

Great people to know when you need truck repairs

We are a family from Switzerland traveling around the world in our custom-build 4x4 expedition vehicle. We had an issue with the engine cooling. Since its a European build (Iveco Daily 4x4) and officially not supported in North America we had to get parts from Europe and ship it to here.The FANTASTIC DDL Service team helped us with full dedication and finally was able to solve our problem... and we were able to continue our travel. Everybody here is very friendly and really wants to help. They are really good, fast and they know what they do. Im impressed!!! Thanks again.

I came out of my way to come to this shop on a Saturday cause the reviews they had online were great. I was going off the hour of operation that they have online which is incorrect. Everything was closed and nobody was there. I called the after hours and the lady told me they have one guy but hes busy. She apologized about the incorrect info but Im posting this to help anybody else out that plans on limping their truck here to get service on a weekend and realize the information they have online is false. Dont come here on the weekend if you need sevice. This is not professional at all.

The service was fantastic. I was very impressed by the the owner Monica and her crew. They took the time to talk to me about what they found with my truck. I had one of those electronic issues that are difficult to track down. Unfortunately, I was in the shop for 3 days. Fortunately, the crew at DDL continued to work diligently until the problem was resolved. Monica, the owner, helped make my wait as comfortable as possible. They have a nice waiting area with snacks and a big screen TV. Everyone was incredibly friendly and seemed to work as a team to resolve a challenging issue. Thank you DDL

Air conditioner on my semi wasnt working and it was 103 degrees out at the time. Called to see if any possibility of having it looked at was told they have a pretty full schedule but bring it down and they will do a check of system. After system was tested determined it was a clogged system needed new dryer and a few valves system flush and recharge. They scheduled truck for next morning repaired system went above and beyond to have truck in full working order. A.C works great came in under estimated quote. Great service very fair pricing you will not be sorry with repairs done here

Excellent customer service and repairs. They have a mobile unit that can diagnose DEF and first rate mechanics. I was rescued within an hour and the part was replaced the next morning. Definitely my local choice for all my repair needs in Albuquerque.

Very nice people. But they don’t stand behind their work. Basically you get a sidewalk warranty, once you cross the sidewalk, warranty ends.Got some fuel lines replaced. Left their shop Friday afternoon, drove to Amarillo,Tx. Saturday morning woke up to leaking fuel lines.Called and left a message (holiday weekend). Called late Tuesday afternoon, because they never called me back.Emailed them the repair I had done (less hourly rate than theirs). It took one hour to fix.They told me they weren’t leaking when i left.Offered to go 1/2 on a 1 hour bill. Told them to keep it. The Owner must really need $115.I’m a small business and I use small businesses.It’s a principal thing with me.No integrity at all.Use at your own risk

Had my truck towed out of dealership after several days of chasing an electrical problem and came to this shop. The mechanic traced wiring and found the problem and started the truck within a few hours. They are friendly, fair and genuinely care about the customers.5 stars not enough for them

Don my 90 day D.O.T inspection got me in at time specified. Was a great visit. Just sucks they tell you when you pay with your debit or credit card, their gonna have to charge you $4.00 to run it. Since the bank gets them their gonna get it back

I would not recommend DDL!!! I took my semi truck to DDL Serivces in Albuquerque to replace the dash fan blower motor, replace a few lights in the dash and replace a mud flap. The mechanic was very knowledgeable and did a good job, the people were friendly but the price was ridiculous in my opinion. They charged me $735 to replace a blower motor, a few dash light bulbs and a mud flap. I checked with 2 different mechanics I trust and both said it should take about an hour to replace a blower motor. They charged double that, 3.3 hours to replace a blower motor, a few dash lights and a mud flap. I feel very gouged.

Honest people and great work.If you have a Volvo, skip the Bruckners Albuquerque, and come straight here to DDL Services. I wish I had come straight here myself.After the dealer wanted to charge me $13000 for my problem, I left and came to these guys. They diagnosed the problem, showed me the problem, and fixed it for $2100. Huge difference. They fixed what I needed, not just give me one of everything, like the dealer wanted to. Very fast and very nice people! I am glad that they worked on my truck! They replaced my transmission in no time and they kept very good communication all the time!

Went to get my injectors checked. They took me in right away. The computer showed all my injectors were firing but not strong enough. One of the mechanics recommended to go a little deeper and check if the injectors were calibrated. I ask about labor and what time would the truck be ready, they said around 4 hours of labor and that it will be ready around noon next day. The next day at 11:58 i got a call saying my truck was ready to pick up and like they said, 4 hours of labor. Even tho i wasnt having any mayor issues im glad i took my truck to them . It runs like a brand new truck. Lots of power. I highly recommend this place even for a SINGLE check out.Monica was awesome.!! Thank you guys.

Brought my truck in the repairs the people here are so nice even though they couldnt fix my problem, they still let me park my trailer on their property while I took my truck to the dealership. Great folks

The worst experience i have ever had, I dont recommend this shop specially when you have DEF problem. They will tell you they have a computer to diagnose the DEF but they have no idea how to. They kept my truck for almost a week to fix it but they cant, imagine specially when you have a load and some body convince you to fix a truck on time at any cost just not to miss delivery appointment. They have changed all the sensors and filter still truck the same problem, finally they concluded they cant fix the truck and recommend me to take the truck to freightliner. I miss the load and another driver has to take the load and they asked me $4000.00 to pay for labour, since i have to take my truck to another shop. Starting from the owner to the casher they all rude. I paid them $4000.00 and i took my truck with the same problem and some added problems to another shop. It doest even take them half a day for a very reasonable cost.They will tell you all what you like to hear about your truck when you first get there, but that is not true.I totally not recommended to visit this shop.

They close at 6pm so it means noone is staying a minute later. If you bring your truck at 12 they will not have time to fix it just to look at it (and find nothing afterwards). So you still will pay for their pretend diagnostics time. Most of the time they just walk around without working. I am questioning their professionals.

One of the best big rig repair shop in Albuquerque, nm. Their mechanics are very knowledgeable. They want find problem before start changing parts. I mean they double quadruple check if u really need change part before perform any work. They donot assume that something wrong and change it they run test on it. Labor rates are very reasonable. I had towed my truck from Milan , NM Their shop they went above beyond to fix my big rig. Every single person in this shop is very friendly and keep u informed about repair. These people helped so much to get me back on the road. I just want to say thanks to everyone in shop. One last think I want say is that if u donot want waste your time and money than this is shop you need to go to get repairs done.

I WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!In June of this year our truck broke down and had no power. Went to Bruckner near here and bought over $3000 in parts and was told Id have to wait 2 days to have parts installed. Went to DDL. They looked at the problem and realized it was a dirty Fuel filter. I had maintenance done 2 days before and the filter was not changed. These people were honest when they simply could have charged me and changed all the parts I had purchased. I would recommend them instead of Bruckner which tried to rip me off with unnecessary parts. And DDL called me a day later to make sure my truck was working ok. Hows that for great customer service.

Found DDL when I purchased my first Auto Transport tractor/trailer combo thanks to other contractors in my field. Fast, friendly, and competent. Only shop Ive found in town that fits any of those three criteria; and this place fits all three. Theyve worked on my 2001 Pete with C15 Cat (pre-emissions) and my newer 2014 Pete with Cummins ISX15 and they have always gotten it done right the first time. Prices are right, and the people are top notch. I look forward to them servicing my fleet for years to come.

Dont waste your time and money here. We came stating that we needed a NOX sensor to be replaced, but they decided it was wasnt the issue. They spent a week to replace a dozer, but the problem persisted and couldnt figure what the issue was. They offered to replace the ECM module, which is bull***. We just spent money and time there. In the end, we replaced the NOx sensor at a different location and that resolved the issue.

Very nice people work in this place. They treated me very well here, they are very helpful and excellent professionals. I recommend it to anyone who has a problem with their truck.
