I had to have the radiator replaced in my 02 Escort. From the tow truck driver to the lovely lady who drove the shuttle, everyone was kind and professional. And the repair: a little over $500 and I had my car back the next day. Yall earned every one of those stars, and you now have a repeat customer for the life of my car.

Had used service many years ago, and was good. But, recently I had a problem with my injectors, wanted to have them replaced because, engine was flooding out, and bass running into exuast filling up.I know the injectors on the drivers side was the problem. But, instead of changing them out, something I would have gladly paid for. They did not listen, and tried to start, and did not let cycle, till cranking stopped. This wedged the started gear, into flywheel! Locking the engine up, and causing open circuit, in ignition.I just fixed that problem myself! They told me it was a broken valve, and that I would need a new engine for 8 thousand dollars. When the van was running, although poorly, I drove it out the tow truck, when they picked it up.Well, they didnt even look at the problem I wanted them too. Then locked it up, causing electrical problem, that drained my new battery.They could have disconnected the terminals to prevent any more damage. But, they did not!So, when I got it back, it had a dead battery because, they locked it up, and just walked away, leaving the circuit engaged!I disconnected when I saw the problem, and are now doing the job, they did not, after paying then a total of $362.00 plus another $80 dollars, to hire a tow truck, to bring it back!I will update this post, once I do the work, they did not, and I will be driving it over there once done.Im not happy with the current service. I have grown up in the auto repair business, and this was not right!

Since we live less then 10 minutes away from The Garage, I decided to give them a try. Also, they came as a tip from a service wed used in the South Valley. Front brakes on my pick up were beginning to squeak occasionally so I stopped in. They scheduled me in for the following Tuesday, since they were quite busy and it was a Thursday afternoon. (Very busy place)!Funny thing, I noticed the name Shantel, when I later perused the web to glean some more insight on these guys, but figured it couldnt be the same Shantel we knew from Power Ford over a year ago. Wrong! When my wife & I went in to pay we saw Shantel, the Service Manager wed grown to trust. It was like a happy reunion! We knew then that we were in good hands for sure!! They are one of very few mechanics that are willing to work on our foreign Fiat. They were friendly, attentive, and professional. Gave me warnings of possible issues to look for after repaired. And stressed they would get it running correctly.My opinion if they are willing to make it right, and get it running well even if it takes an extra trip... that is one good honest mechanic. They got it running correctly.

Took my 06 6.0 to get head gasket replaced and have it studded, ended up with gasket leak in passenger side took back for second time under warranty (certified Ford tech) still did not resolve issue. Manager with terrible customer service just makes false promises I refused to let tech touch vehicle again and took it else where and was told by manager that I would receive refund instead received the run around and owner acted as a coward and would not own up to the tech causing damage to vehicle after tech admitted he seen the issue now currently seeking legal action would not every do business with owner mike ever again he made excuses instead of providing a solution even after spending 8 k

I took my 2016 Ram eco diesel to them for misfiring and James was friendly and informative. They were prompt and diagnosed the issue quickly. The work was fast and has been quite reliable. Truck is running better now then it did before the issue even started. Will absolutely be using these gentleman again. Looking for an honest mechanic, look no further. Highly recommended.

Horrible experience. Took my vehicle in for an oil change and to check on the source of a leak. Had a 10am appointment on. Thursday. Had to beg for my vehicle back on Friday or they were going to keep it over the weekend. I had to call them several times as they would not call me back. After waiting an hour for someone from the Garage to pick me up to retrieve the vehicle had to call them again. No one had told the lady to pick me up. When I got there they couldnt find the keys or the vehicle. Awful service. Awful!

The entire staff is amazing! Chris was helpful and answered all my questions. The price was more than reasonable. Bobby fixed all the leaks and issues with my car. I won’t go anywhere else. Thanks guys

Returned my vehicle without reconnecting everything. Told me to drive it hard and bring it back next week if it wasnt running right. We reconnected the forgotten hose and the car ran better, but then the barrage of dash lights followed. They of course claimed no responsibility. I later found out a friend of mine had their front end fall off because they didnt complete work. Save your money and look somewhere else.Responsibility means completing the job. When the vehicle was returned the turbo boost hose was not connected so the turbo was not even engaging. You did diagnose the vehicle when it was not running correctly and offered to repair for $700. The vacuum leak came from vacuum hoses that were installed without clamps. All of these hoses were removed when you did your work. I understand you are a small business and want to maximize your profits, but creating return work is unethical.

I came in because of an issue with my car and had no idea how to fix it while driving cross country. The shop was busy and I made no appointment and extremely stressed. They took their time and had two guys working on it and got it fixed within fifteen minutes. I am so touched by the kindness and generosity offered by this business. Thank you so much!!!

The Garage was recommended to us by AAA. We have used them several times now and are very happy with the reliability of the work and fair price. We have used the free towing service which was a huge blessing since the car wouldnt start at all this time. This last repair job involved tightening several loose wires which caused multiple dash lights to stay on. We only paid for the engine work/plug replacement. The tow, multiple light diagnosis, and tightening of wires which took extra time was not charged above the cost of the plug repair. We are very happy with our experience.

I was travelling through Albuquerque on Vacation pulling my camper. Had a major oil leak and from the moment I called them to leaving their facility they where friendly, accomodating, (even let us park the trailer to hang out in while they worked on the vehicle) and informative.They jumped right on it and diagnosed the issues as well as repaired them all in just a few hours.I could not be happier with the service from James and the expertise repairs performed by Tim.Having been in charge of a service center I understand how very important it is to be honest, accurate and efficient. So far so good, will update when service is done.Repairs done fairly quickly, once the parts came in. Staff is super nice, and really quick in handling business. Car works great after repairs. Staff was patient with me on the phone after calling many times with questions. Really good job. Will update again in a couple days.After many malfunctions and $1300 later I can report that these guys are reliable and do good work. Most of the issues I had were things that I was previously aware of but there were some oversight issues. Mainly a misdiagnosis of a starter issue and a faulty seal in the radiator. However thier great customer service saves them from a lower score. Just work on the quality control but overall these guys do quality work.

They were really patient with me. It was a frustrating week with my warranty going back and forth trying to get them to work out costs and payment. They were able to replace my alternator and fix my radiator. They were also willing to do additional inspection with AAAs free summer inspection. I truly appreciate it! Even tough AAA did my towing, they do it for free. :) Prices are reasonable for services.

I knew about how much my issue would cost, and they quoted me a fair price on it, and a fair time frame. With that, I had the folks at The Garage take care of a few other things on the car, and it runs great.So whats the best thing I can say? Im so comfortable that I have a small issue that now needs fixed (coolant leak) and Im bringing it to them. Didnt even cross my mind to go anywhere else.Getting a customer once is easy ... keeping that customer isnt. Glad we have a place to go!

The only guys I trust with my vehicles. Ive been dealing with James for over 10 years now and never have had any issues. Love the fact that they have a shuttle service for picking you up or taking you home.

They are expensive as hell but so far we havent had any issues since getting our vehicle back.

Tried multiple times to explain that my turbo actuator needed to be calibrated. Ignored my original request and after explaining the reason why multiple times in multiple ways I was then quoted an additional 300$ to do so after it had been in the shop for 2 days already and calibrating was my original request. Very simple procedure that had to be done before any sort of diagnostics could be done accurately. I do believe they do good work and take care of their customers but unfortunately because they couldnt do a simple task that I the customer requested to be done when I dropped it off I am extremely disappointed. 200$ later to tell me that my turbo is bad for an hour and a half of work instead of doing the desired task.

I trust my vehicle here! They do amazing work. Very reputable mechanics.

We were going to Colorado from Houston pulling a fifth wheel when our 2500 GMC started running bad outside Albuquerque. I am so grateful we found the Garage. They parked our RV behind a fence for 2 weeks. The fuel system had to be replaced from contaminated fuel. They were very professional and we drove it back to Houston with absolutely no problems. Thanks James and crew. You made a bad situation better.

This is the WORST mechanic shop I have ever been to. They kept my car more than a month charged thousands of dollars never called to let us know what was going on EVER! We had to keep calling them and worst of all when we picked up the car it was running exactly the same like nothing had ever been done. So we called them to let them know the car was not fixed and still have not got a call back!! DONT take your vehicle here AWFUL AWFUL RIP OFFS! My poor Volkswagen Jetta!

I was traveling from California to Texas, and my car broke down halfway there. It happened to be a Sunday and I got stuck in Albuquerque and I didnt know anyone there. I had to stay in a hotel that night since no mechanic was open. The next day I called many auto repair shops but no one could take a look at my car that day, only until the week after. Once I called The Garage and explained the whole situation they took me in that same day! They promised me that they would try their best to work on it as soon as possible, but that it might take a day or two. They called me just a couple hours later after I dropped my car saying it was good to go! That same day I was on my way back to Texas! It was phenomenal service and nice people! Id recommend anyone and everyone to come here for any repairs they may have!

Its sometimes hard to find a shop that provides quality work and great customer service, but thats what I found at The Garage. I had my motorhome and another vehicle serviced and was very happy with the experience. They obviously had a busy schedule but they got me in very quickly. Communication was excellent, getting phone calls and text messages updating me on their work. Their pricing was reasonable and they have a convenient westside location. I will be using them from here on out.

The contact person was James. His excuse was that he was late due to having issues packing the bearings on the hub so we wouldnt have our work vehicle on Friday as agreed to and it was a 3 day weekend so Tuesday comes and the new reason is hes waiting for the bearings to get there so he wont be ready Tuesday either. Let that sink in. He lies so much to customers he forgot he already used that excuse out of continuity. How do you have trouble packing bearings when we talked if you dont have them in your possession until the next day? The professionalism is non existent.

James and the team at The Garage outperformed in all areas, but most important they did exactly what we agreed need to be done in a extremely quick time frame. We are so grateful and will continue to use them for our auto service.

Update its been about 8 months now and my jeep is working great. I didnt need the 2300 in repairs they said i did so far but will keep posted. I only paid 650 for repairs down the street from this place the same day they wanted $2300 at this place.

Based on the reviews from Google, and having seen that they were awarded best top five in the city. I thought I was leaving my vehicle in good hands, now Im not asking to be babysat when it comes to my own car. but being informed on the progress of my own vehicle would have been nice. I had no idea when the work started on my vehicle, if they had even made a claim to my warranty to get started on the work on the vehicle, or if the work on the vehicle was completed. I got more updates from my own warranty, then I did with this establishment. My husband had to call them to get updates on whether or not they had even started the work, to which they had replied with oh we finished the work on the SUV, were just waiting on your warranty to pay it. Okay thats reasonable I thought. I had expected for them to give a call back to let us know if the warranty had already processed a payment, it wasnt until we had made another call to The Establishment that we found out that the vehicle was already ready and they were just waiting for us to go pick it up. Again I wasnt expecting for someone to hold my hand for the entire time that they had the SUV. But just a little bit of an update would have been nice on the progress of the vehicle. I also think the icing on the cake was that they had a sign in their office that stated that they would not be held responsible for possessions in the vehicles from going missing to me atleast personally, gave the insinuation that their employees might be stealing things from inside the cars. And that they had no control over it. If you decide that you still want to go, kudos to you.

This place is a lifesaver! If youre on the fence about it, go here! I was on a road trip through town when my car died. I took it to Larry H. Miller Hyundai originally, who misdiagnosed the problem and wanted seven days and more than $3000. I then took my car here. They had it up and running in 3 hours for less than a thousand! That was a month ago and the car is still running good. Super professional too.

I had my car towed to The Garage on September 3, 2020. My car was at the shop 3 weeks for an estimate. I was not called to be updated on the progress. I had to initiate the calls. I believe I was called once because I asked them to keep me updated. I was told they could not find the parts needed for the car, they had to order them from another state. I took my car from the shop after 3 weeks, towed it to another shop in town that fixed the problem in one day for $500 less than the estimate they gave me at The Garage. I was very disappointed in the service from this automotive shop and will never do service with them.

Too busy . I could not schedule an appt for literally was a 30 minute job. I was told to get the repairs I would need to leave the car all yeah right..got the job done elsewhere for 1/2 the cost

My family has brought all of our cars here, and never a complaint. They are very professional and the quality of their work is excellent. They are a little expensive, but you get what you pay for, and they dont try to hustle you into buying/fixing anything thats working just fine. Dont plan on having your vehicle back in a day. They are extremely busy, and its first come first serve. You arent any more special than the customers before you.

They are generally pretty busy hard to get their full attention on some matters but they allow for the customer to purchase parts and bring them which saved me 500 bucks on my a/c compressor replacement. I will use them again.

We brought our pickup in with a dying alternator and worn brakes. James diagnosed the problems and set to work. They completed the job in rapid time and at a reasonable rate. While the bill was hefty, the task was too. I was pleased that the work done was necessary and honestly recommended. I want the vehicle to be safe and am confident that it is now.

These people were absolutely great!! We were on the way home to Ga. in our RV when we develop mechanical problems. Got to garage early afternoon and explained we were, like most travelers, behind on the time table. They had no idea what the problem as it was not detected by diagnostic eqpt. So just had to trouble shoot and by mid -afternoon found problem. Now are parts available? If so, on the road mid morning next day. If not, send another night and wait on parts hopefully next day. Lucky us, parts in town repair completed and we hit the road that afternoon. I am conveniences that they let no grass grow under their feet doing this job.Really can not say enough positive things about this operation.

Was told one price and was charged a different price. Then they couldnt find my key and stated the mechanic took them. Then another guy came to me apologizing that my keys were in a different car. So if that person were to have picked up their vehicle they would have had access to my vehicle and therefore could have gotten stolen. They were ruin and not professional what so ever. Worst place ever.

I went to The Garage today for customer service advice and to have Carl the foreign automotive specialist perform repairs. Carl has repaired my vehicle in the past and I appreciate the service advice he offers, as my vehicle is old, but I own it and it performs well. The service managers are very pleasant, extremely helpful, Ray came out and assessed the concerns regarding my vehicle and demonstrated professionalism and knowledge in his expertise. The Garage is an awesome Auto repair shop, it is close and convenient to my neighborhood and it prevent me from having to make a trip to Pan American Fwy for repairs. Helpful in giving prices

I had called last week to make an appointment they had said they were booked till the following week. So I schedule an appointment for Thursday then the day before a lady calls me and said she had to reschedule my appointment and I asked why and she said because we won’t have time to look at your vehicle I can schedule it for next week! I think this is very unprofessional specially if It’s your first time going doesn’t look to professional from them. I would not recommend anyone to take there car here! Maybe if they would if call days before your appointment not the day before and they need to hire someone professional to make those calls!

Was told that I needed $2300 worth or repairs and an oil change when I had one already a month ago. I took my jeep to a shop up the street on Coors 630$ its working great.

These guys are straight-shooters with integrity. My daughters car had to have the radiator replaced. They did a nice job with the repair, but her a/c then stopped working. I took it back expecting the worst -- big bill for a/c repair, but they fixed it and charged the a/c system at NO CHARGE - said it was related to the radiator repair. Now thats honesty. We take all our cars here.

I heard wonderful things about the garage, so I took my car in to get new brakes - I always try to support local and am willing to pay more to support local for good services. While the service was fantastic, I was disappointed with the prices.. .which I think are unfair. The customer service and integrity, to start were fantastic. Everyone was very nice, accommodating and honest. I went in for brakes and they were kind enough to let me know that I actually had about 50% left on my brakes and that I didnt need new ones yet. I truly appreciate the honesty - they could have taken my money but they advised me it wasnt time - that is integrity. When they were looking, they advised me that I had a small leak in my rear suspension. They quoted me 475.00.This is where I was a bit disheartened. I wanted to give them my business because of their reputation, but that seemed SO HIGH for labor. I did the research on the suspension and parts would be around 150.00. 300 dollars for labor seems excessive. I went ahead and just got my oil changed so I could search prices. Im a single mom working as a registered nurse and I dont have much extra cash lying around. The oil change ended up costing me 108 dollars!! FOR AN OIL CHANGE!! No filter, no tune-up. Just an oil change. ouch! I was disappointed with the price but loved the service.All in all, this is a great place to get your work done, but you will be overcharged. I know they say they provide the best service for the price, but there are plenty of respectable services out there that wont charge the crazy labor prices. I took my car to the Dodge dealership and I got my suspension leak fixed, a tune - up and my spark plugs changed for 405.00 almost 75 dollars cheaper for a full service treatment. The dealership offers lifetime warranty on the services provided, so if something should happen, it will be free to fix.Final words: If you have the extra money to spend, go to the garage. They will treat you fairly, are highly ethical and extremely nice. They do, however, have some of the highest labor prices I have ever seen, so it will cost you a LOT of money! Its a bummer, because I wanted to get my brakes done here, but Im sure it will be too expensive.

I had been told by Autozone that I needed a new alternator after they checked my battery and therefore stopped by the “Garage” and was told that it would be expensive and would take a full day to repair. Then the mechanic came to talk with me personally and said your car is only 4 years old and this should not be an issue yet, let me start it up. He did and ran two quick tests to determine my alternator was fine! Very thorough, kind, and professional. I felt blessed that they took the time to do an immediate check and not have me waste my time and leave me without a vehicle. Thanks so much, I will recommend to friends for sure!

James was very attentive of fixing my blower for the AC/ heater. Last year they replaced it and truly backed up their work when it went out.Plus they fixed a fuse for no cost! Awesome job on my brakes too! These guys are awesome. My car just happened to overheat in front of their garage and they were amazing! They were helpful and knowledgable very friendly and offered assistance without hesitation. I recieved a quote while my car cooled down and they helped me get my car back on the road to get my baby and I home safe until I could get the work done. Thank you guys!

We experienced diagnostic challenges but the work was well done. Communication could have been better.

They won my loyalty months ago when I brought my car in for a couple of things. I let the lady at the front desk know that if they could both be done in one day, that is what I wanted--but if not, I needed the car and the end of the day. Like a good sales person should, she tried to make sure that I got both done, but one of the managers reminded her that I had said that getting the car that day was more important. They could only do one, but I got the car back. They got the other task a couple of days later. They have done good honest work for me, and let me know that they are willing to take care of me and my car, not just my money.

They fixed my truck no problems. Just felt a little overcharged for the amount of work done. I can only imagine if I had serious work done.
