I am the Administrative Assistant at Rio Rancho UMC. We have had a copier from Digitech for several years. Their service has been great! When I need them to come out ( usually if I have a problem - something I needed printed yesterday), Digitechs technicians come out within a couple of hours. Im sure this is not convenient since our office is quite a ways from theirs.There have been a couple of times that they patiently talked me through a problem, I really appreciate that!We have had copiers from a couple of national businesses before this one and we almost always had to call a place - heaven knows where it was - so that they could make a service call for their person to come out, maybe the next day.The church is very happy with the service and the copier. I would recommend Digitech to any business.

I am a business owner in Clovis. NM and ladt Friday was a bad day for me about 4pm...my Kyocera sticker printer ran out of toner and didnt have an extra one in stock. Im out of business without it.!!
