In 2013 I managed to lease two large 7800 series copiers from Xerox Direct without service agreements (I took care of simple maintenance / repairs and supplies). I had no problems with the copiers for the first year, but then power surges from a fire on the end of the block damaged one copier. I located a tech at Lewan and he came out and repaired the copier. The charge was around $250 for the repair, which was very reasonable. After the repair, a salesman dropped by and told me Lewan could add service agreements to cover the two copiers. I spelled out the conditions, and price guidelines Lewan had to meet for the service agreements — Lewan met the conditions and we purchased the service agreements from Lewan. A few months before the lease was due to expire on the copiers, I asked Lewan and several copier vendors to give me proposals for new copiers. Lewan came in with the best pricing and service options. At the end of the lease in 2016, I returned the copiers (Lewan crated and shipped them for me), and I leased two more 7800 series copiers from Lewan. I have built a great relationship with the sales people and service techs at Lewan. Their service has been excellent, they are open and transparent, and we have had no surprises or issues with undisclosed cost increases or service limitations. I have leased large, production copiers from a variety of vendors over the past 20 years, and I had major battles with some of those vendors over promises they made but could not keep. Lewan has kept their promises, and they have been the most reliable, flexible and easiest vendor to work with, by far.

We have 3 Xerox machines from Lewan and they have been great. Our sales rep Tom is always available when needed. Customer service is friendly and helpful. Would recommend to anybody.
