Bait and switched on loan APR. Got a quote online that was slightly better than others, so accepted and started the process. Was told it would take 1-2days to complete the process due to having to process as new member but not told his also included having to visit in person. After inquiring to proceed no times were available the next day and the APR rate was ~0.5% absolute higher. When asked Nusenda said the quote can change due to credit score then proceeded to walk themselves in a hole by showing I was in the highest tier. When asked to speak with a manager I was told the sheet was what they could offer. The rate I was quoted was for a shorter period of time. It was convenient their email version of the quote only had the term length and not APR. At this point I left. Not less than an hour later I got a call from another employee asking about my experience. Repeating my experience they responded by stating the rate I was expecting and one 0.1% lower as being what I was quoted. When I told them the number that was put in writing to me they did not offer any reason for the discrepancy. They asked what they could do - really this was the 3rd correspodance and even an admission that the quote differed from the offer. Enough said. Needless to say I walked into a different establishment and did business with a truthful establishment.

I have this auto loan through Nusenda. I dont understand why they make making a payment SO DIFFICULT. I called to make an additional payment on my autoloan like a responsible adult and they wont allow me to make any additional payments over the phone until the due date. Ive been making additional payments every month to pay the car off faster but this is the first time I called in to make a payment. IN WHAT WORLD????? So, now I have to interrupt my busy day to drive over and wait in line in their terrible drive through set up at this location to make my payment. THANKS FOR LITERALLY NOTHING. I just want to pay this off so I dont have to do business with Nusenda any longer. They absolutely LOVE inconveniencing their members.

The people are nice but i knocked 2 stars off because of the absolutely ridiculous drive thru set up. You are literally locked in if you get to a certain spot. Now that the inside is closed it is a literal nightmare and locks you in for at least 30 mins. You can not get out. If someone has an emergency they are literally screwed. Not a good set up.

I sincerely hope no one ever has a loved one who passed with Nusenda. They were unhelpful in getting my mothers account released to me, I was give contradictory information, theyre lawyer was rude and also gave contradictory information, and when I finally got the accounts I didnt even get an apology for the long ardouse process that had lead me here. Im appauld

People are nice and efficient here, and Nusenda more broadly as an organization is incredible. Theyve bent over backwards for me many a time over the years, and I cant recommend them highly enough.The time that sticks out in my mind the most is when my ex-wife and I were in the process of refinancing our home, the folks at the Lomas & University location did some deep digging through ancient documents to help us resolve a clerical error that was preventing us from moving ahead with the refinance. Nusenda didnt own the mortgage on our house, and they werent doing the refinance, so they didnt receive any payment for this; they just put in a ton of time to help us out because it was the right thing to do.Down with wall street banks! Credit unions all the way, and Nusenda is amazing.

After having what I thought was the worst possible experience possible at this branch and I felt the need to talk to a manager. I was so angry that I could hardly even explain my situation to her. She was calm and very customer service oriented (I believe her name was Cody) and helped me take care of my situation. She had a gentleman by the name of Jordan help me out and in the end I walked out feeling relieved and a lot more optimistic about everything than when I walked in. I even got a follow-up call to ensuey situation was taken care of. Thank you!

I travel throughout the city for my job, Nusenda makes it convenient with all the branches. There Internet banking is quick and easy and when I do have an issue or a question that I need to resolve their call center answer it, they are knowledgeable and courteous in there response.

I opened my account at this location over 10 years ago. Everytime I go into this location the customer service is Terrible!! I opened a business on 4th street a year ago and ill go to a further location as long as I have time. But even when I have to go in this branch its Awful customer service. Its like pulling teeth for them to do their job, heaven forbid they do it with a smile. Ive complained and nothing is ever done, last time I was in there I left my information for the manager and still no call. TERRIBLE customer service. Such a shame!!

I visited this branch as it is walking distance from my home and from the moment I walked in felt unwelcome and unnoticed. I went in because my card has been stolen over the weekend and just needed to have my card replaced. The was nobody at the sign in station , so I tried asking one of the tellers, who all had their backs turned to me. ( it was 4pm) if I needed to sign in to get a new card.She looked back said yes and turned back around. I then proceeded to wait and was asked my Brianne if I needed something. I said yes I need a new card..she took me into her office and made no efforts to thank me for my membership, ask if there was anything else I needed etc..I am very disappointed in the service here and in the future will AVOID this branch. Ive been a member for over 7 years and have never felt so in welcomed in any branch.

Drive through shouldnt take 30 minutes to get through with 2 cars in front of you. Ridiculously slow. Inconsiderate of members time.

Horrible wait times if you do shared branching with them! I waited over 30 minutes in line and there was many others that could have helped me.
