Identity theft! Someone stop these people. They use your info and save it. And when you do get a loan approved they tell you that you didnt and once you walk out. They are able to legitimately pull the money you wher approved for with out your concent. And since they are also conveniently a western union they send your money to some one immediately

I was always given the privilege to extend my loan payment; today, they say because of their system their no longer able to do it. When I called to request for an extension, they asked me why, I explain the situation then she put me on hold to speak to her Manager. When returned, they cant do it, offered me to refinance. Refinance means throw away your money to pay down your loan and start over AGAIN??? Very upset, now I have to struggle to pay another bill. WOW!!!!!!!

I had a great experience. The ladies were very nice. Whenever late with my payment they would work with. Loan me money when no one else would. l appreciate them very much.

DONT EVER USE THEIR SERVICES They like to harrass you they took two payments instead just one now i cant make my trailer payment if you are smart you will never use their services they are thieves Dont use them for a loan even if youre desperate

I dont understand the reviews of bad customer service. The employees at Lend Nation have been nothing but nice to me. When I needed extra money I was able to refinance my loan no questions asked. I have also been able to get money when I had some available.

LendNation lent me money when others wouldn’t. They answered all the questions I had for them. Set me up on automatic withdrawal and they always call me a day before my payment issue to remind me that it is due. A few time I did t have money to cover the payment but the following week was able to catch up. They didn’t call me a million times or my work or family to harass about a miss payment. Interest is a little high but with all companies like this one they always are. It was a better option for me than doing a title loan. Also they gave me the money right away. So yes interest was high but in an emergency situation like mine at the time I expected that but appreciated that they gave me cash that very same day. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone who needs emergency funds

I was very surprised How RUDE these employees are. ONe girl handed me papers to fill out never spoke one word except I need your ID and Verification. I was never told what they were doing. they go sit at their desks and totally ignore you. These young girls working there need some Extensive Customer Service Training. HOW DID THEY EVEN LAND THE JOBS THEY HAVE??????? WOW there are so many unemployed people that deserve a job and actually know how to treat people, MANAGER: think its time to start reviewing applications and hire new workers. These girls are really making your business look really BAD.

They are very rude and unprofessional. I wouldnt and dont give my business to anyone who dont appreciate it. Hopefully that business owner will obtain new staff before he or she loses their business.

On the phone the lady was very polite and curious but once at the location the ladies were very rude, customer service skills need a BIG improvement.
