Price as well as quality has always been a concern for our family. Absolute Floor Care has always taken care of both! They do an excellent job cleaning my carpets and I have not found a better price in town, even when considering promotional coupons. They have serviced my home for both regular cleanings and emergency cleanings. I have used this company for at least the last 6 years and have received nothing but top of the line service. This business is family owned and operated. I am thrilled that I have the trust and confidence to leave a key and for my convenience, the cleaning is done when my children and I are away. Awesome quality of work! I have hired and recommended Absolut Floor Care for about 4 years now. Derrick, the owner, puts pride in his work and is always prompt and courteous. I have kids and animals so he always has his work cut out for him and we are ALWAYS delighted with our floors. He also does our vehicle upholstery.

The quality of cleaning was good, but the owner/operators were rude and unpleasant to deal with. Plus the prices advertised were not accurate. One bedroom cost over $100 when they are advertising three rooms for $99.

Bought a Living Social deal from them for $70. They will not return calls or answer the phone. Now the deal is expired and were simply hosed. In effect, this scummy company is nothing but a bunch of thieves. If I walked into their house and stole $70 worth of stuff, I would go to jail. Same thing.

They canceled on my 8 am appointment 30 mins before, after numerous calls i was able to reschedule only to have them be a no show. If these people arent running a scam they sure as hell should be out of business by now

Purchased a cleaning off of Living Social to get the carpets cleaned before the Holidays, the initial scheduling was absolutely terrible, I was unable to reach a person and had to set the appointment up over email. To my surprise when I took the day off they never showed up, when I called about 15 minutes after the appointment they said I never confirmed a time with them. I then tried to reschedule and have gotten no response, I am going to end up eating my 100 dollars from Living Social and paying someone else more reputable and responsive to clean the carpets. I would not recommend this company to anyone. It also appears the company website is down so I wouldnt be surprised if they have gone out of business. All around a very poor experience.

Will not return my calls for my already paid service through LivingSocial. This company is scamming people, and holding the paid money hostage. Do not believe positive reviews, as they are very likely friends/family. If they were any good in the past, thats long gone.

It is crazy ! I have been to many sights and have seen many bad reviews about this company..So just for kicks i called to see what type of sevice they gave. I called and was able to schedule a appointment in 2 days. I called 1 day the lady called me back the next.After speaking to the lady. I decided, Wow! very friendly and sounds like a good price.. They were not late.The owner helped me move some stuff. Without trying to stiff me. I was very suprised. It didnt make sense..I told my boss about this company. We booked a appointment for after we closed.. Still on time, Good service.. I think someone is posting bad stuff about them maybe a competitor because all the names are the same? Oh well not my concern.. I was satisified.....

I purchased a Groupon for a carpet cleaning from Absolut Floor Care and, after struggling to get ahold of them, finally scheduled an appointment. The day of the appointment I took off time from work to move furniture and be there for the cleaning only to wait around for 45 minutes after our scheduled time without them showing up or calling. I finally got ahold of them and was told that they were having problems with their phones and their cleaning equipment. They apologized and asked to please reschedule for the following week. I agreed in the hopes that this really was just a fluke; however, the morning of the reschedule was a repeat of the initial appointment - no show, no call. Finally, after waiting around for 30 minutes, I called them and spoke with the same woman that had helped me a week earlier. She didnt have us on the schedule and said that the office was closed today. After rambling on about how sorry she was, she told me shed call me back after she spoke with the owner. Two hours later she finally called back only to tell me that she couldnt get a hold of him and that she could imagine that I would be frustrated. How prescient of her to recognize that such chronic incompetence might lead one to frustration. She didnt offer to make it right, but instead, after rambling on and on repeating herself without actually saying anything, she finally said that she would understand if I didnt want to try again. Again, what finely tuned sensibilities she had to arrive at such an insightful conclusion. Needless to say, I will never use them again and would caution anyone else from using them as they were unprofessional, incompetent, and incapable of keeping their word. Worst of all, when this was brought to their attention, they didnt seem to care enough to do anything about it.

I purchased a Groupon deal and was a little worried when I called Absolute Floor Care and they said they were no longer taking Groupons, especially after the reviews I read. However, I got a refund from Groupon, and Absolute Floor Care honored the Groupon price and added alot of extra tile area for a discount price. Everything turned out beautifully-I have a huge area of tile and it looks like it did when I first put it in, and the carpets are immaculate. The man who did the work was professional, courteous, hard working, and moved the furniture from the tile areas so he could clean the whole tile area. I will say, they were a little slow to call back, but once they did, the person I spoke to was very nice and helpful. I would highly recommend this company, and they gave me a much better price than other companies I have used, especially for the tile.

Terrible!!! Do NOT purchase a Living Social or Groupon voucher through them. I set up an initial appointment with them and they did not show up. I called to see why they did not show up and they never called me back. I have called them back five times since then with no call-back. These people are running a SCAM!!!
