I have had nothing but great experiences here. I see a lot of complaints about issues with cars after purchase and not only haven’t experienced this, but venture to believe good vehicle maintenance aids with longevity. You can’t expect a car dealer to fix your car after you bought it months or years down the line if you have no warranties etc.Staff is friendly and the owner is great as well. These people truly care about what they’re selling and have amazing prices. I would come back and refer friends and family as well :)

I recently purchased a 2001 Dodge Caravan from Top Gun Auto Sales. The experience was more enjoyable than I could have anticipated. I did not feel pressure or rushed. The staff that I worked with (Jerry and Flip) made me comfortable and listened to what I needed for my family. I felt that they were trustworthy, professional and polite. The sales price was exactly as negotiated, there were no last minute surprises. The dealership made the process stress-free and they were very attentive to my needs. The communication with them has always been quick and clear. Was approached very rudely, we felt very uncomfortable the second we walked on property . The older gentleman was very rude and used a rude tone of voice with us. Won’t recommend and won’t be coming back.

They had me go down there saying they had a approval for me. Got there and they said they couldnt match my work number to what I had gave them. Then different customers came in looking at the same car, they then told me that they would call me back later. Guess the other customers that wanted the same car had a bigger down payment then I did. That just isnt something you do to customers. I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone.

Love my new van. Was very helpful and attentive got me what I needed and a bunch of extras that I didnt expect but didnt feel like I paid more for them. Love my sunroof and DVD player!! These guys are top gun!

I got a Chevy Malibu last February a week after I got it the check engine light came on I took it back they said it was a valve. But said if it was something big id have to pay half the cost to fix it. A year later the check engine light is still on. The car was 6000 I put 1300 down but for some reason it didnt go towards my car I just recently found out and I was told it was a 3 year contract but its actually 5. So Im stuck with this mess of a car I cant afford to fix. I love my car but it has shifting issues was told just to change my trans fluid which did nothing.

When you have to return a vehicle and call the bank to cancel the auto loan. You know that’s bad when you have to do that 3 days later. Horrible customer service from there financial rep to the owner of this place. I will take my business else we’re. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone.

First time buying a car and I was taken advantage of hey sold me a $2,000 car for $10,000. To make it worse it broke down 2 weeks later and they refused to fix it and even yelled at me saying it was my fault. I got it fixed out of my own pocket and then 2 months later it broke down again and has been sitting since. Almost a year later and I still owe $8,000 on it because of 23% interest and I cant get it refinanced.

They really do have your best interest at heart.
