Beware of horrible detailing. My car smells like mildew now. They do not do everything they say they will do in the Groupon list. I bought this Groupon because it stated shampooed upholstery, carpets and mats were included and the seats werent ever cleaned.

I just got my car back from the paint shop where they left over spray all over the car . i brought to MIRROR IMAGE and they made it look brand new and removed all the over spray for a great price.

Thank You Mirror Image Detail for all the hard work you did to our company vehicle. I took our vehicle in to get a complete interior and exterior detail and it came out looking better then when we bought from the used car dealership! They were able to get the stains out from the seats which i had tried to do myself but didnt have any luck. It did take an hour longer than what they had originally had told me but i didnt mind. Everyone was friendly and booking was quick. I will highly recommend to my customers. Thanks guys! keep up the good work!

Owner is rude and nothing but unhelpful. I got a groupon to get my car detailed. Their public address is incorrect to get to their location, they wouldn’t answer the phones, and when we finally got a hold of the owner he said we didn’t have an appointment even though we talked to him specifically to set the appointment a few days prior. Literally the worst car detailing experience I’ve ever had. Do yourself a favor and never come here.

Purchased a Groupon for auto detailing but after several attempts calls/messages were never returned. Based on lack of professionalism would not recommend. Plenty of other shops in town do great work though!

When I brought my car in it was extremely dirty and they made it look BRAND NEW !!! They brought the paint back to life my interior look good as new . I was so impressed with there work I’ve brought 2 other family cars and they did just as good a job on there cars . Mister car wash wanted to charge me 3 times the amount of what I paid here with Mirror Image definitely will back 👍🏻👌

This detailing shop is the worst I’ve been in Albuquerque for 20+ years this is the worst car detail ever I swear the people who do car wash fund raisers do a better job I received my car from being “ detailed “ instantly came back with in 10 min and spoke to the manager it was out rages he is pathetic he didn’t take an action until I said I was going to ruin his reputation more this place is known for doing awful business he flipped off and started saying stuff that didn’t make any sense and at one point tried to kick me out! I saw it first on Groupon and it’s not even worth the coupon! UNPROFESSIONAL AND UNRELIABLE

DO NOT COME HERE!! Absolute trash customer service both from the employee and owner. Dont take my word for it, look at the owners replies to other reviews. That should give you an idea how he handles business.. just like other customers, my experience was terrible. First day I attempted contacting this small shady company it took multiple tries to finally get with someone. When I finally did, I tried to setup an appointment. Guy said hes booked for the day but I could come in tomorrow when they opened. I said ok do you need my information like my name and number? He said no, just come in when we open. Well here I am the next day, I went to the address shown on Groupon and when I got there I couldnt find a sign for the business. Called multiple times and kept getting a voicemail. Over the course of an hour calling back multiple times, I finally get with someone and he gives me another address. I show up and they said their booked for the day. I said I called yesterday and setup an appointment. With an attitude the owner said, idk who you spoke to but you dont have an appointment. I am immediately calling Groupon to get a refund. Dont waste your time with this dump.

They did a fantastic job on my vehicle and they were very professional . Definitely will bring all my other vehicles here for future details .

Cancelled Groupon to this company. Never answers calls so you can make appt. Refuses to respond to voicemails. Did get through on only 1 call and Richard who answers phone cursed at me and said QUOTE...”What the F!!! Do YOU WANT?” I refuse to deal with such a rude and unprofessional jerk.

The company doesnt answer there phones took 5 times to get someone. They then redeemed my Groupon 2 weeks before my appointment. When I got there I waited 20 mins to get service then the guy that was there so rude and disrespectful to me and my sisters. He wouldnt tell us how long it would take for the car. Told us we didnt have an appointment when we did and told us there were 2 other people in front of us so he had no idea when our car would be done. It was so shady did not feel comfortable leaving my car there. DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE!!! The owner replied see attached photos. He takes no responsibility for his staff and actions of them considering I had an appointment 2 weeks in advance don’t overbook people #1 and don’t lie about the disrespect of your employees since 2 other people observed it and agreed with me.

Mirror Image did a wonderful job on my interior made it look brand new and my wife very happy . GREAT JOB GUYS THANK YOU !

Brought our fleet vehicles here and they did a awesome detail our vans look just as good as the day we bought them

Wow what horrible customer service. All the good reviews have the same last name.🤔 The reason I wont go 2 this business is because the manager responding back is very unprofessional.

This place sucks. They damaged my car and accepted zero accountability/responsibility. They also had my car ALL DAY LONG and kept telling me they would call me when it was done giving me different times as when it would be ready. I NEVER received a call. I HAD to call them to check of my car was ready. This is a very shady business and very unprofessional. Owner is rude and blames everything and all issues on the customer. ****Response to your response. I DID CALL YOU IMMEDIATELY TO TELL YOU MY CAR WAS DAMAGED AND YOU SAID THAT IT WAS NOT POSSIBLE THAT YOU DAMAGED IT THEN RUDELY HUNG UP ON ME. HMMM, LETS SEE - NOT DAMAGED WHEN IT ARRIVED BUT DAMAGED WHEN I GOT IT BACK. YOU DO THE MATH!! All the negative reviews youve receive from Groupon how can you blame the customer EVERY time - you are the common denominator!

Ive reed all these past reviews and they are so false ! Do not read into them its all one womans doing because she had to pay xtra fees . They did a INCREDIBLE JOB on my lexus and i will post pics soon . my interior is immaculate and smell really good .

I wouldnt go just because of the reviews on here. If the owner cant defend himself in any other way besides lawsuits he doesnt deserve my money. Saw the Groupon ad but Ill take my cars somewhere else. 1 bad review is normal. 90% of them-thats on the owner. SorryAlso, not one picture is a customers car. A downloaded picture of a car yall probably never touch or have seen in person if false representation.If your work is so good where can we see pictures if YOUR WORK. not some internet professionally taken picture. Lame.

They are a scam ..they asked me to get the voucher number when i call them for reservation....do not fall for for it..after that they told you that there is 2 additional charges...i wasnt agree with that so he told me to get the refund from groupon...when i back to groupon my voucher is already been redeemed .I NEVER HAD SUCH BAD EXPERIENCED LIKE THIS ON GROUPON.!

They were so nice and professional to me i can tell you right the other reviews are completely false . My experience here was a excellent one and this is my 3rd vehicle here . Edward is a little ruff around the edges but is a complete sweet heart and gets the job done but hey lets face you want some who isnt afraid to get dirty and thats edward . My vehicles have come out great and are extremely clean .

If you wanna quality work at a very good price this is your place ive had 3 cars done by them and theyve all came out looking brand new .

All i can say is WOW my interior looks brand new and it was quick and easy didnt take long they had excellent service and communication ; ive reed the other REVIEWS and there so false !!!! Edwards been cleaning my cars for years and wouldnt go anywhere else . they treat me like family here .

I was going to buy a Groupon for services from this company. However, after reading the replies of the owner, particularly to the negative comments, which I found them both juvenile and rude, I will look for another detailer.

Use the groupon on their website for bonus savings!
