I took my elderly mother to get her hair done yesterday late afternoon. They informed me they only take appointments made on line. No worries, I went straight home (about a block) and took the third appointment of the next morning. We show up 10 minutes early and are told theyre too busy and asked if I made an appointment. I reply yes, on line. Her response is Oh, if you made it on line it was probably canceled. What a waste.

Probably the lowest quality place to get a haircut. And their online check-in system is problematic at best. I waited for an hour, and my wait time was stuck at 20 minutes. Do yourself a favor and step it up a level and go with Style America or Supercuts at the very least.

Horrible. I asked for a trim off the length and texture the layers so it lays better while they grow out. Instead she trimmed the layers and the layers and length are uneven. The right side is half an inch longer.The lighting is awful! So not surprised I have an uneven cut. When I spoke to the manager she was unhelpful. She did not seem to care. She said that I had their best stylist. I recommended they use the booths on the back well to have more even lighting . She just truly did not care. Not worth the time and money.I would say away if you have long hair! Seriously! You have been warned. This place is a joke.

Weve been using this location for years. Everyone is so nice and they feel like family. With very few exceptions, we always leave happy. Racquel does a great job on my hair. Love that lady!

I went in there yesterday and not only did I get an awesome stylist I believe her name was Raquel... but I got an awesome trim and deep conditioner and a nice hook up with the Clarence section! this is the happiest Ive ever been out of salon and honestly probably will keep coming back here fa sho!!! thanks ladies you guys are awesome!

Ive been coming here for about three years and I have been very pleased. Im not fussy about my hair and generally am fine with any cut, so if you are picky I dont know how your experience would be. The sylists are usually friendly, fast, and cut to your liking. I have only had one experience that was not the best. The haircut itself was fine, it just took the stylist about an hour to cut off two inches. It was odd. The stylists arent too pushy with product sales either, which I appreciate.I typically go around 2 on Sunday because there is no wait. Haircuts on Tuesday are cheaper (I think $2 off), but I went once and the wait was too much. Tractor Brewery is across the street so you can grab a drink and a bite to eat after your cut or anyone with you can get a drink while they wait.

I have been coming to this salon on and off for years. Olga, Robin, and Mirissa have all worked on me at one time or another and they all do great work. I have had to come here after paying for cuts at high end salons that were growing out horribly, etc. These girls will fix you up and get you on track. They carry a nice selection of products, use high quality haircolor, and always have some kind of promotion going on to save you some coin.

The women who work there are wonderful. They really listen and care.

Got a great haircut from a super nice cosmo didnt get her name but she had two dimple piercings and was super good at short fine hair cuts. Def will be back!

My experience here was less than pleasant. I asked for a 1/4 inch cut and they cut 1 1/2 inches off. Will not be back.

This shop is very consistent, Im a regular and have a favorite stylist, great value for an excellent cut and highlight.

Marisa, cuts hair/dyes and styles my hair and has done an awesome job! Most hair dressers their seem to be a bit on the cold side however they have become more sociable.

Ive been going to this salon regularly for 10 years. Ive never had a bad cut or experience. Ive probably had my hair cut by everyone there at one point or another.

Great staff, great location, great with my kids and I love my hair! Ive been here a few times and always have a good experience, will keep coming back.

I gave 1star because I couldnt not give any and still review.Day 2 - WORST HAIRCUT EVER.Calmer - l can only speak of one stylist. If I knew her name I would surely tell you.

I have been going here for about 4 years now but i will never set foot back in here again all because they called security on a guy just because he didnt speak English I was able to use Google translate to find out what he wanted but they still called on him to kick him out Amanda was the only one there that wanted to find out what he wanted the rest were horrible and rude towards him be cause he only spoke Urdu which was the language of Pakistan im never coming back here againHaving to deal with customer service for.the past 5 years this was not the way to handle this and was completely unprofessional if i could give this reaction a negative star i would

Very nice place to get childrens haircuts

I went to this Style America on Thursday July 14th around 1030 in the morning. There were two stylists working and older lady and a younger lady. The young lady is the one that cut my hair. She during my hair cut was texting on her cell phone, not engaged with me as her client. She started telling the other lady there, the no so baby baby daddy is texting me. The older lady did not engage in that conversation. After she was done she asked me a few times how it looked. I wanted to be brutally honest with her but I didnt have the heart. This was by far the 2nd worst hair cut that Ive ever had in my life. This place use to be one of the best in the Southwest when my mother was the manager here. The place was fility like no one had cleaned in over a month and their overall attitudes at this shop is garbage. I hope the regional director will see these comments and hopefully make some changes. I have to go to another place now and get my hair fixed because it looks so bad. I wish people would take pride in what they do and where they work.

Took both my kids there for a hair cut and the stylist named Christine cut my boys neck with the clippers. The last time i went the last stylist rushed cutting my kids hair and messed up their hair. Do not go to this place they do not know what they are doing.
