This is my husband’s barber shop they are nice people and I’m here saying thank you they donated to my daughters go fund me for her cancer fund and not only did they do that they also put three of my daughters donation boxes in there shop ! I booked an appointment with Campus Barber and showed up there several minutes in advance. But they did not follow the first come and first serve. They served two people who came late even if two people did not have appointments.

I am a student at UNM so this place is close, but this was one of the best haircuts I’ve ever had, Zack was my barber and he was fast but good, from walking in and walking out it was around 10 to 15 minutes, the service as well as the proximity makes this place my go to Barber in Albuquerque.

Dom is excellent, a real professional, pleasure to talk to. And Ive never had a bad haircut from any of the other men he employs. Call ahead for wait time, but you cant go wrong here.

You can call in advance to book an appointment which is nice because this place gets pretty busy during term time. Had a nice conversation with my barber who didnt rush through the haircut. Would recommend!

Easy place to go if youre on campus. Place can get busy and the barbers do detailed work so the wait can be long. You can always schedule appointments. I got a shave. Not a bad job. Left a couple places unshaved. The shave experience was fun.

I used to go here often, most of the time the haircuts are fine, but theres been a couple haircuts that have been botched. The last time I went, I was charged 10$ more than the normal price, and was told this after i got the haircut, and wasnt given a good reason for it. They missed a spot on the back of my head, as well. Theres better places to go for a cut in Albuquerque.

Unless you want a fade or trim then dont bother. I still tipped heavily on faith of a good job. Im ticked off that I will spending more money to have my hair fixed somewhere else. It is always nice when the barber listens and does what you ask. This place seems like not much more than a hustle to me.

Yes, the wait is long if you dont call ahead but totally worth it for a quality haircut. If youve seen the movie Barber Shop or been to a barber shop in an urban metropolis youll have an idea of what to expect. The loud music or sports playing on the TV, barber/clientele banter and of course phenomenal cut are what make this place great and gives it an identity similar to the ma and pa spots of Chicago or New York. Without a doubt the best place for a haircut in town.

This is my spot. Dom and his team are all very friendly and provide quality haircuts. My barber is Waldo. Be sure to ask wheres Waldo if you want a cut from him. The location is great, too - right across from campus. Perfect for me, since I am a student. Be sure to take cash, cards not accepted.

Pretty awesome place. Popular - so its a bit of a wait most of the time. Cash only is a minus, as well as finding parking. You need to sign in, which isnt obvious. Theres one barber you should avoid - he spends most of the time texting and cuts your hair the way he wants. The rest of the crew are great.

After leaving my hair to grow down to my shoulders I was ready for a change. I sat in Doms chair, who owns the joint, and told him I had no idea what the hell to do with my hair and to cut it up. He gave me a great cut that was clean and a perfect balance between business and rock n roll. Ill for sure keep swinging back to this place. Thanks Dom!

Didnt respect my time. I called the owner twice to set an appointment for a hair cut. for 10 am. And he agreed to the time. When I arrived there were two people set ahead of me.I like the hair cuts. But wont return. All the best guys.

Always worth the wait if I forget to book an appointment in advance, and I have never had a disappointment in a haircut in the six years I have been going. Best place I have been to in Albuquerque and willing to fly in from out of state to get a cut there.

Went once for a cut, did a great job.Tried to go back today. Inexplicably closed, despite what the hours on the door say. So signage stating otherwise. Maybe because UNM is on spring break? Whack.

I love going here because they have around four barbers on staff and I never have to wait that long for a cut. The barbers are also skilled and experienced. Highly recommended.

Such a bro place. Conversations among the barbers and their regular clientele can be pretty offensive since few women come in, feels like a locker room. No one tells you to sign in. Just gotta know I guess. Dont bother with this place.

Worst experience ever ...got stuck paying for a an unfinished haircut and in order to get the haircut I wanted I would have had to pay for two haircuts .... definitely wont he coming back to this place or recommending it to anyone .....poor service and Obviously over priced!!!!! Looks like the place has never been cleaned. Then the tv was so loud I couldnt talk to my friend sitting beside me. I waited 30 min and when they took someone who walked in after me because I didnt sign in, which no one told me to do, just grab a seat i was told when i walked in, and they had the sign in book to the back of the store you wouldnt notice as a first timer, I walked out
