Best barber shop in Albuquerque, I’ve been visiting for years. Wouldn’t get a fade anywhere else.

Barber received a personal call midway through my haircut at around 12:50 and told whoever was on the other end to come in and be my 1 oclock and was suddenly done with me. He had shaved about 1 inch into my hairline in the back raising it in what I suspect was going to be a line used to fade but is now my new hairline and told me he did it so my hair wouldnt irritate me in the back. He spent no more than 8 to 10 minutes on my haircut and now I have to find a barber to correct this. I will never go here again and will tell anyone who will listen to never go here. I wish there was a 0 star option. Spread the word.

This place is a Dimond in the rough. With so many Hair stylists it can be very difficult to find the right one for you. Well, Derrick at 3D Kutz has not only been my Barber for over 12 years now him and I became very good friends. I trusted in Derrick to creat a new look for me and it was one of the best decisions I have ever made in my life. You got to go yourself and see. Make an appointment with Derrick or any of his crew. But Derrick Montoya is an Artist with his sheers and to get in with him book online. I promise you will NOT regret it.

The only barber that I trust to cut my mans hair is Cody. He is always understanding when we explain what kind of hairstyle he wants. Plus he is so easy to book appointments with. Never had an issue or bad cut with him.

The first time we went here we had great service. The guy did a razor fade on my brother in law and it came out amazing. The second time in here my husband got a haircut and it came out great. He has a weird shaped head but the guy was able to get it to the best that was possible. The overall atmosphere of the place is badass. My husband will be coming back for future haircuts.

Awesome place! Steven with the beard and hot towels is my favorite. Everyone here is so professional. You can tell they’ve been cutting hair for years because they all produce awesome cuts. Manager is sweet and friendly. Wouldn’t go anywhere else for my kids!

It was cool. Liked the UFC theme going on... the environment was pretty chill no haters in the building.. i would say this shop gets a nod for being open on sundays/ mondays, depending on barbers.

Took my boy here and he got a Broncos logo done in his head. Have to call ahead for something like that but it turned out perfect. Im a simpler guy just a buzz cut for me but if you are one to really be specific with your hair, give these guys a shot. Every barber in the place does a top notch job. I would call ahead for an appointment because the place is always lined with people wanted to get done up. Reasonable prices and TVs and such while you wait. This could be your neighborhood barber some day.

They redeemed themselves!!! Last time I was here I was butchered really bad by a barber who appeared to be on drugs because he was falling asleep while cutting my hair and other barbers were having to tell at him and throw stuff at h to wake him up. The haircut was horrible but I still paid with intention of never returning but no barber around my house cuts hair like a few of their other barbers so I finally went back after speaking with someone on the phone and explaining my last experience he reassured I would be handled properly and apologized for my last experience there. This haircut was amazing!

I havent been to the barbershop in literally over 10 years as I have been cutting my own hair. I decided to give Adam a shot at 3D Kutz, even though I didnt really know what I wanted or how I wanted it, he nailed it to a T!! For my first time being a customer here I am definitely going back!

Best barber shop in TOWN! Derrick and his crew take pride in what they do. My son and I have been coming here for 4 yrs and always feel at home. The place is filled with autographed UFC posters and walls from fighters all over the world. And yes, the place can get loud but the atmosphere is great! I have recommended several friends who now have been coming here for years. Keep it up Derrick!

5 star, only because I put in 6 and caused the internet to crash. In from Kansas City, visited based on the reviews, and was not let down. Junior did a fantastic job, taking my from Grizzly Adams to styling and profiling. Great atmosphere, and great skills. The missus had to tell me I couldnt road trip 12 hours to get my hair and beard taken care of, but it would be worth it, if I had the means.

Live in the neighborhood, always just drove past. Was looking for a new shop and somewhere that could handle all hairstyles and facial hair. Im used to a barber pulling out maybe 2 clippers for the whole job. Walked in, was called right away by a cool dude Johnny. Never had a haircut experience like this, my guy pulled out like 7 different clippers/tools for the job, straight shaved the back of my neck without asking, was super thorough. Ill definitely be back again, found the new neighborhood shop.

Went there a while back. There were two barbers there. I decided to give it a shot despite the sketchy vibe. The one with the gold teeth (grill) was cutting someones hair, while the fat one came back with some lunch and proceeded to stuff his face while looking at me and didnt bother saying a word . I understand that they have to eat lunch, but at least acknowledge someone who is waiting by saying Ill be right with you or something to that effect at least. Needless to say, I ended up walking out because I decided at that point that they did not deserve my money. I wont be back.

Best cut I have had in a long time, if you want a great hair cut ask for my boy cody. You wont go wrong with him he does the best work and he knows how to trim beards, since he has one can only trust a man with a beard to touch mine...

I went to get a razor fade today. The haircut was below average and expensive. I was hoping the barber that cut my hair would use hot leather and a straight razor but he didnt. Instead he used the clippers to get my hair very short so many times that my skin became irritated. Finally, he then used an electric razor. At the end, I felt no skin & paid $28. 🙅‍♂️👎

I definitely didnt hate this place, it just wasnt for me. They only really have one type of style they cut, and thats really short athletic hairstyles. If youre looking for a stylish cut these arent the guys for you. I came in with reference pictures and it took them about 2 hours to not even get close to what I wanted.

Was looking for a Barber Shop, a friend Recommended 3D Kutz. This is my 2nd time coming here. In interesting environment, posters of UFC pictures on the wall. Hip Hop played while Johnny cut my hair.Ill definitely come back, hard to find a great Barber that can cut my hair right.

This was by far the best, most enjoyable hair cut I’ve ever received. 18$ for a basic cut and I just give a $20 bill and an additional 10 because it’s so good and relaxing.

Great clean up, fade and shave. Came from out of town. Needed to get cleaned up. Great service. Gentlemen make sure and tip your barbers when good work is done.

Went in there a few weeks back, Im glad I didnt have my 7 YO son with me. As soon as I walked in the F Bomb was being thrown around excessively with children in the room. I couldnt take it, I walked out, too much vulgarity. I get it in a barbershop these kinds of things are expected, but there should always be a certain level of profesionalism and respect for customers especially with kids in the room. Leave those conversations when no kids are around. Im sure they do great cuts, but the environment is not well suited if you got kids. This is based on a 1 time visit.

GHETTO! Staff were all high on drugs. One dude was falling asleep WHILE giving a hair cut (must have been on a heavy dose of opioid or even heroin, who knows) no sense of how to run a business on the business owners part. I would say that Who ever runs the place needs to fire everyone there and re-hire but im gonna assume the guy running it is probably all doped up too. It’s just sad. I remember going to this place years ago and it was run by three brothers. Used to be a nice place. Now it’s just a den of low lives. Hopefully they will get their act together.

Cash only. ATM available inside the barber shop for a $2.50 charge. I never got my hair cut because of this policy. Customer reviews seem strong but I cant speak to their skill as barbers. Took two stars away for a lack of customer service options in payment.

The store in Estancia...worst haircuts my grandsons have ever gotten. The barber cut my grandsons mole off. The barber made some weird design on the side of their heads. I would not recommend. You would think, they would have enough class not to charge me, since my grandson left bleeding. He actually blamed a 14 yr old, for not telling him he had a mole. What a jerk!I had enough class to pay and tip. Barber needs more training. Sorry, Fidel (in Taquique) you have no competition.

Very upset gave 3-D kuts 5 chances and each time each haircut was different price all 5 times no consistency in pricing (pricing is posted but never charge the right rate) barbers just out to make a quick buck. it was me and 3 kids 1st 16 2nd 12 and 3rd 3 years old plus myself came to $90 I let the barbers know that there was no consistency in the price and that it was different every time I went and the Barber joked and said at least you get a good haircut. they are nice people but the business ethic is not the same as it used be years ago. I took $80 when he told me that it was more I told him that Id have to get him more money he let me that there was an ATM up front. After pulling out 20 more dollars and giving him 10 Barber tells me get my number and Ill give you discounts when you come in and you can call me ahead of time to make appointments I advised him that I was good and would not be returning I used to recommend this placei but no longer will. wish I could put less then one star.

The cussing and total disrespect of the presence of women and children in the shop are the reasons I will not be back. Im not sure why they have a Bible opened on the counter but it was not a good experience for me and my children (9 years and 13 years old)

Never have joey cut your hair. Hes the one with all the tattoos and a gril. Told him what I wanted and ended up giving me the worst hair cut Ive ever had. Not to mention hes not handy with a straight razor. Cut me three times. Will not becoming back because of this.
