Hello, to whom it may concern, just wanted to let you folks know that John at the extra space unit on Central has done a wonderful job for me. I needed a space right away for my boat and John was able to get me in at a moments notice. John has been very helpful because it seems like every time I have a problem and issue or a question he is able to answer it for help me with it. The place is always clean and for a time I had my boat outside the gate and he would actually let me know how it was doing.To me that’s a plus because I wouldn’t worry so much about my boat while it was outside the gate. The minute there is a space available he’ll let me know so thank you John and kudos to him for all his great help. Thank you very much Tim

I had such a quick and easy experience with Extra Space! I called and requested information and had a unit rented same day! I spoke with the gentleman John and he was amazing! He was super nice and fun to talk to! He even provided a phone number to get in touch with him at any time! My parents have used Extra Space two other times and they highly recommend too! They have never had any issues with break ins or tampering of their units.

He wanted to remind me that they had sent me a contract via e-mail for me to sign electronically. I decided to go to the Central SE site and signed it in person. When I left Extra Space Storage my device asked me to leave a review. I havent rented yet, but was very impressed with the service I received. Many things to consider.

I would like to thank Extra Space Storage for hiring a great guy like John someone with a great personality weather its face to face or over the phone even when he have to leave a message. Ive been in Albuquerque for two years and since July of 2019 when i met John Ive been happy doing business with him. No matter whats the issues Ive had and ran into i call and speak to john problems solved. I never heard John or the guys who work when hes not in say, nothing they can do to help. Also Ive talk to john about others units in others states and he gave me the run down on how to keep from running into problems about paying online or calling the store. So I would like to thank the team at well i will say the John Team at hes store on central thanks a lot even though i will be moving i feel my stuff will be safe and a john store i can sleep with worrying about my stuff when im more than 1500 miles away from it. Third time return customer, the prices are affordable, customer service is great, and units are accessible after hours. I reserved my unit online, I got to the office 9 minutes before closing and John was able to get me set up and paid with one minute to spare. Really was quick and easy to rent a unit.
