The Service Center at Rich Ford has got to be the best I have ever encountered. The service staff, especially Tony Garcia, went above and beyond to get my vehicle fixed and me back on the road. Highly recommend if you live in Albuquerque. Again, thank you Tony.

These guys are Super Heros. I have taken my car to 5 Ford Service Centers in 2 states (including other centers in ABQ) this was the first good experience I had. They were so fast, professional, they had great communication and did exactly what they said they would. 5 stars! You guys deserve them.😊

Called Wednesday July 7th and fully explained what I needed and Jessica completely understood what I was wanting my ecm reprogrammed she told me it’s 180 bucks and if it doesn’t work I still have to pay. Completely understood and booked it for 9am July 8th. I get there and there service manager looks so clueless to what I was wanting and now tells me it’s gonna take 6 days for something Jessica told me 2 hours for. This service manager was trying to understand what I was asking for he couldn’t comprehend what Jessica told me would be a simple in and out reprogramming. Then instead of apologizing for Jessica not know what she was talking about he was sarcastic and rude. He really makes Ford look like an awful company that has no clue what there doing. They all need to be trained together so that all there answers match. Right after I left I called back to Ford again and asked theHow long would it take for a reprogramming of a ecm the person on the phone said the same day. So again none of them are on the same page. I also asked the service manager for someone above him to service a complaint and he told me no.

I went to this dealership looking for a vehicle, the salesman and manager I dealt with were great.

Very good service. Fast and friendly. Gave me a ride home and picked me up to go get my car. Awesome 👍👍👍
