Friendly service. Went for an alignment check, ended up with an alignment fix, tires rotated, balanced and even fixed a nail in the tire that I didnt know about without charging for anything extra. Will definitely be going back.

Im from out of town, and needed my tires rotated on a class C motorhome. I called Derek, and he said they could do it the same day and to allow 2 hours for them to complete it. So I brought it in, and was very pleasantly surprised how he explained they would rotate the tires (duallys). Adam did the work, and Im very pleased with the quality of work and the professionalism of both Derek and Adam. Also, they had the job completed in less than an hour. As I travel this way again in the future, I will be sure to stop in whenever I need assistance with my tires. I would highly recommend them!

Unbelievable when I went to pick up my car they where putting my tire back on with a huge rip in the tread. I told the guy I was going to need a new tire that one was not safe. So he continues to put the tire on. I go inside to try to purchase a tire Im told they dont have my tire. But they have 7 in the warehouse (the warehouse in the same town) however with just under a hour there would be no time to get the tire on. I was told come back tomorrow. I told them the tire was unsafe I didnt even want to pull out of the parking lot. I am also 2.5 hours from home. I was told to get a hotel room and I could leave my car. I told them i couldnt afford a room so they tried to sell me 4 new tires for almost a 1000 bucks when I only needed one. The 1000 dollar tires where not even the right size witch is why I need 4. After I told him that was to much he tries to sell me two for just the back. Said it would be like a sports car. my best option was to put my donut on that doesnt fit right. To top it off they left a lug nut off. But wait theres more.. the tire I bought was under warranty but they could not honor the warranty because there was an alignment problem with the tire. Which is exactly what they told me last time so I bought all new tires with the four end alignment. The alignment was also supposed to have a warranty.

Friendly with affordable prices. I drive right past discount tires to go to the Big O. Fair to single women, reliable and fast. Best tire shop in town, will never go to discount or Firestone ever again!!!!

This place is decent at basic work orders (oil change, tire rotations, etc). I had two vehicles (car and truck) I bought tires for and I would regularly service at this location; however, after being charged for a transmission flush on the car, I discovered it was never performed ($129 out the window). When I asked the shop they didnt even have the right hose to connect to my car. I stopped taking my car to this location. I would take my truck for tire rotations on a nice set of Falken wildpeaks I bought from them. One day I went in to get the truck checked out for a gas leak because it had been giving a gas smell in the cabin. When they started to work on the truck they continuously revved up the engine and inspected under the hood only to tell me it was probably a gasket and I could bring it back for them to work on it further. They happily gave me my keys and told me to have a good day. I left, only to make it a couple blocks before a fire started under the hood as I was driving. As help arrived to put the fire out, I called the shop to tell them my truck had caught on fire and was placed on a hold. The employee responded with telling me that I was told to leave the truck there as it was unsafe to drive. What a lie! Im happy no one got injured, but this place is shady and Im out of a nice truck

*LIFESAVERS*Specifically Mr. Martinez. My partner and I were set to drive to Vegas when we got two flats before leaving the city, and we werent sure why. Luckily, this shop had just opened, so we rolled over in a panic. Mr. Martinez greeted us calmly and respectfully told us that he would make sure we make it to Vegas. We waited for the queue to go down before he called us back to show no leaks after the team had filled the tires. We were all a bit confused, but he double-checked to make sure the tires were good to make the trip, and we were on our way! Although the trip itself was chaotic, the tires got us there and back safely.

Purchased tires from them a while back and now got a nail in tire. They were amazing Derek fixed the tire in under 20 minutes. Service was amazing.

Visited this location to replace break pads and specifically spoke to employee about only needing to replace pads. two-three hours later employee notifies that the rotors also need to be replaced, and I state that Ill replace rotors in the near future and just want to replace brake pads for now. Employee states theyll not be able to replace brake pads unless I also replace the rotors. Wasted 3-4 hours coming to this place and left with a damaged rim, 4 lug nuts gone, a charge for labor when the service I specifically came in for was refused because I was not willing to pay for another service. I also had my vehicle inspected by Toyota just two weeks prior and was told that break pads only needed to be replaced. Absolute worst place ever.

Not only are they open ahead of their competition, but the service we received was fast, friendly, and fantastic. Without Derek Martinez our road trip to Vegas would have been trampled by a leaky tire. 10/10 absolutely amazing service, quality and such a clean environment

I had the greatest experience at Big O this morning! I am driving across country from Philly to Scottsdale and hit a pothole in New Mexico. I called three other places to repair my tire before coming across Big O. I will never go anywhere else! Derek had to order my tire and got it to the store and installed within less than an hour. Derek and his coworkers are all pleasant and amazing!! If you need any kind of service come here! 10/10!!!

Great! They got my tires in pretty quick- not their fault the truck was delayed a day. And for a busy Monday they got my car out before I was even done at the mall! ( convenient location!) Will for sure be going back.

If the site could give them 10 stars I would give them that. Freddy @menaul location answer call and prayer just prior to closing on a Saturday night. Had a flat that when it arrived had a lock lug that I didnt have key for. He got it taken care of, flat fixed even after closing. I didnt think service like this still existed. Been a long time customer of Big-O. After a few not so good experiences, I went back again. This time my experience was so much better.

Good company but they take foreverI was told 45 minutes to turn my tire indicator light off . Then replace wind Sheild wiper blades90 minutes later. They never tell you that they order the parts from other stores . Not great customer service .

I was at the store at 7:03 AM there was a car a head of me for rotate and balance. I was told it be 25 to an hour before I was done. I was told that the service man had just got there. The service man did not move the first vehicle into the shop until 7:25 AM. At 7:50 AM a white pickup pulled up to the bay doors. The driver walk over and saw that 4 people where in line he when back to the service man and pay him to filled up is low tire. I do have a video at this time I got my keys and left. I guess if I paid someone I could have got service sooner. My rating is 0

Very un satisfied after waiting for nearly an hour they tell me they cannot install tires on my car because they will be closely. Under staffed. Should have told me this before they had me waiting for nothing. Wont be getting my business every again

What a great service provider and the prices beat any tire shopat home in WI! We were traveling through NM and blew a tire. They were available at 7:00 a.m., ordered us a tire and we were able to have breakfast and be back on the road by 9:30 a.m Awesome!!

I Purchase tires at the Juan tabo location With the full warranty. Apparently that location burned by arson. I developed a leak in my tire and took it to the Menaul location. The initial service was fantastic. But apparently the two stores 5 miles apart don’t share databases. I was told I needed to buy a brand new tire and pay for all the fees. Freddie is the manager I dealt with. I was pretty certain I was going to be screwed on this one. Freddie turned it all around and made everything better. While on the corporate level Big O needs to get into the 21st century, their boots on the ground are amazing. I highly recommend the store and advise that your paper receipts stay in the car. I also was dealing with Felix at the beginning before I spoke to the manager. He was able to maintain a calm demeanor even though I was getting quite angry. Freddy and Felix clothes were great

They told me I need a lower control arm and other expensive repairs at $1500.My 4runner only needed $200 in tie rod parts....no control arm.Thanks (Sarcasticly,) BIG O

Tires have been needing air and I bought these tires a month ago. Always having deflation among lot of other problens!

Big O tires told me to come in at 7 this morning.... and I was still waiting for a mechanic to bring my truck in the bay at 745 plus I was risking them breaking some of the studs because the lugnuts were stuck pretty good. (See pic) Came over to Discount Tire and they are swapping out the lugnuts without any issues!!!!!Response: I dont think Ill ever be back for service at this location based on my experience and other reviews. Thanks but no thanks.

Ive been a customer at the Juan Tabo location for years, but was redirected to the Menaul location after a fire temporarily closed the other store. Service for an oil change and alignment check was of the usual Big O high quality, but I would have liked to see more consistent attention to proper mask wearing by personnel. Fortunately, widely spaced covered outdoor customer seating was provided, and the mechanic was masked up while inside my vehicle.

Felix and Freddy were very professional and made me feel like a valued customer. They made me feel that they were definitely trying to give me the best value for my money.

My husband and Mother-in-law have both been lied to at this location and I don’t know why.My husband had Big O brand tires put on my car at this location. Two tires kept losing air pressure and when he would take the car back in they claimed that rust on my rims was causing the problem, which was not true. I threw the tires away and had Costco put new tires on & everything is great now.When my mother-in-law moved to Albuquerque she went to this location for an oil change. They told her that an employee broke a tool trying to take her air filter off & that it couldn’t be removed. During payment they made a point of letting her know that they kindly did not charge her for an air filter. Strange, why would they even consider charging her for an air filter that she didn’t receive?The next time she was back in Grand Junction she took her car into her previous Big O to talk about the non-removable air filter. They actually showed her how they were easily able to remove it by hand, that it wasn’t a problem.I wasn’t going to write a review about my bad experience, but when they lied to my 69 year-old mother-in-law by herself at this store, I thought an honest review was warranted.

The first guy that my mom and I talked to was friendly, but the second guy when we went to pick up the car was rude and talked down to us, talking slowly but repeating the exact thing hed just said, multiple times for not immediately understanding everything that was being said.Sorry were not professionals but thats why we brought the car to you for an alignment and didnt do it ourselves. 🙄

Staff from mechanic to front desk, were extremely helpful. Clearly under-staffed today, but never lost their cool. Successfully juggled several tasks all the while trying to accommodate my tire warranty from out of state. All done with a smile and a courteous tone. I was very impressed with how much information was given, clearly this guy, Jose, knew his stuff. Thanks guys for getting us back on the road in a timely manner.

...I went in with my 5 year old daughter for an oil change. A simple oil change turned into 3 hours trying to figure out exactly what was needed to be done. (Which I was charged for the hours the mechanic did a Brake Fluid Exchange) I am a female but I am not dumb. What pissed me off is we were there hungry and definitely were not given a time in which we were going to wait for some sort of update/complete time. I had to ask for them to check into the status of other things that shouldve been brought to my attention. I paid attention to what the servicing mechanic(s) were doing and I was basically eye f**** through the damn window (not by every man but I felt naked. Mind you I was covered head to toe). I used this location previously and loved the service then. This time around, I wouldve rather went else where. Please keep your bathroom stocked with tissue. Oh and they left my carpet oil stained.

Friendly and informative staff. Added a coupon I didnt have. The only major problem was that they didnt put the dip stick back in after the oil change and I lost a bunch of oil. Oil in driveway, garage and car. What a mess! So glad I caught the problem before something happened to the transmission. They added the oil lost and cleaned up the mess for the most part.

Awesome. They didnt charge me a dime to inspect my brakes, and even though I declined the brake work they told me I needed, they got my vehicle assembled and back down on the ground promptly.

Having previously had a good experience at this location, I dropped by to get an alignment done. That went fine, but when my car was ready, the man at the register *catcalled* me! It is hands down the rudest thing I have ever experienced in a customer service environment. I will not be returning to this location, and would reccomend all women avoid this place!

I was disapionted with the customer service rep named phillip . He at first seemed to be doing his job in a decent manner but by the time a was going to depart he was very unprofessional. He seemed to be hi on weed . And he wasnt paying full attention to the way he was affecting me as a customer . I think it made your business look very unprofessional. And I will not ever return to let u guys fix my car again .

Amazing service! I was in Albuquerque with my mom visiting, and on our overnight trip my tire blew out. We called while waiting for roadside assistance to see if they had any tires for my car available and Felix assisted us. Not only did Felix help us when we called, he called us back about a half n hour later to see if roadside assistance had helped us, and if not he was going to have someone come meet us to put on our spare and then fix my tire. Once we got to the store Felix was very informative and answered all of our questions. Service was prompt and everyone was very friendly. I highly recommended this location if you need new tires!

This was my first time at this location. Oscar checked me in for an alignment and then I ended up getting an oil change and brake fluid flush. He was very nice and didnt pressure me for other services. The service was speedy and got done in the amount of time they said it would take. Jonathan took care of me when I picked up the car. He was very nice and explained everything to me in detail. The customer service was exceptional. I usually go to Jiffy Lube for my oil changes, but this Big O has earned my business.

Update, after 4 hours for them to complete my oil change and tire rotation, I was told it would be another hour for them to check my alignment. Again I cannot stress that there were numerous people who came in after me and multiple people asking for updates and estimated time frames. This is the second time I have come into requesting to get work done but having to leave without having it done due to extreme lengths of time.

They have no idea what they are doing here. Do not bring your car here for an alignment.

Very accommodating. They took great care of my vehicle when it needed an alignment and the tires balanced. And its in walking distance of the mall so you dont have to wait there.

When I arrived to Big Tires I was greeted by Johnathan the store manager. When I arrived inside and told them about my problem I was explained about what my insurance would cover and it worked out perfectly. I was impressed with how friendly the mechanics and staff were. The management team over there had to have a completed a huge personality over-haul. I could feel a distinct difference in this visit to Big O Tires compared to my previous visit. I would and have recommend this specific location to my co-workers if they are even in need of high quality maintenance, professional opinions and graceful service.

Very friendly ppl was very helpful with me especially when I didnt have enough cash from my check they did my brakes and rotors for 280 usually costs about 332 plus tax but they were awesome. I am definitely coming back. Thank u guys..

The customer service was excellent and we feel that we made a good decision to go with them. Our advice: research, look for the best deals around, and then decide. We were laughing and joking, discussing tires, teaching me things I never knew about. The other felix was there filling in the blanks, laughing, and popping off knowledge as well. These guys are awesome and theyve mastered the art of down to earth, homey, mom and pop professionalism.Who ever owns the Big-o franchise- give these guys a goddam high five and raises. Usually the service is good. I dont know what happened today. I arrived at noon and was told my oil change would be 30 minutes but it wasnt until 1:45 that they finished. Id rather get an accurate estimate than set an expectation of quick service that takes nearly 2 hours.

I needed a slow leaking tire repaired and went to Big O Tire on Menaul. I was greeted in a friendly and professional manner and was told they will get it fixed. They repaired my tire, thanked me for coming in and when I went to pay, I was told no charge for a tire that was not purchased there. They asked for my consideration on future tire purchases and any oil changes I will need. I was taken by surprise by the customer service and they earned my future tire purchases as well as my oil changes. I would highly recommend Big O on Menaul, across from Coronado Shopping Center for your tire needs.

I had my 02 Toyota Tacoma aligned after replacing both upper & lower control arms. Id received a coupon in the mail for $54.99 from Big O which they honored. I scheduled an appointment online the night before and was confirmed the next morning just before 7:00 AM. I let the rep know what Id done and he took notes, then called me when the work was complete to let me know what theyd adjusted. The work was done in about 1.5 hrs. After taxes & fees, the price was closer to $65, which was still $15 below anyone else I found. I was happy with this visit.

I walked in and was greeted at the door. I explained what I needed and the budget that I had and they found me the tires I need and came in under my budget. As I was leaving, a sensor on my truck was not reset and I went in to tell them. The immediately came out and reset everything so I could get on my way. Will continue to shop at the Menual location.

Jose was very friendly, helpful, patient and knowledgeable. He took time to share the various options I had and thoroughly explained everything to me. He is very courteous and genuine. Jose would check on me at various times during my wait for the tires to be replaced and alignment to be completed. Hes a valuable asset to your company.

The team at Big O did a custom alignment on my lifted tacoma, I wasnt happy with the results. The team there took the truck back in and did a great job. They gladly honored their alignment warranty. Thats good business!!

The service writer, Philippe, was outstanding! He spent hours helping me get assistance from Michelin Tire Company to replace the 6 factory defective tires on my RV. I can not say enough good things about his efforts on my behalf. The tire changing technicians worked as a team to quickly change out all 6 tires in about 45 minutes once Michelin agreed to pay for most of the new tire costs. I was able to make it home to Florida safely because of the fine work of your employees! Thank you!!

Went there to buy and bought 2 front truck tires. They had at least 6 grown men or employees on the pay role. They All moved around like snails that were 90 yrs old. All of them should be fired alone with there district manager for allowing it happen. 1 out of 5. I give them a 1 and that’s way too many.

I called in to get a quote no a pair of tires, made an appointment for next day at 8, got there a few minutes early and by 8:17 I was on my way home. That quick. Felipe took care of things and he was friendly and efficient. I will be going back whenever I need tires, for sure.

Then the job ended up actually costing less than the quote.Everyone we have encountered here is friendly and kind. As a woman I often feel out of place in this type of setting but these men were welcoming, unpretentious, and professional. We will be using their services again!

Ive had mostly good experiences with this location. They have good prices on their products and services. They did break a mirror on my truck once, but replaced it with an OEM mirror at no charge, except for my time, of course. They dont pressure you to do anything you dont need, just give you options. They also have a coffee machine for free coffee while you wait.

What awesome service! I called and spoke with Dean, very pleasant and helpful, to get a quote on some tires. He was more then willing to get me the best price in town and even beat a quote I got from a family friend at another shop. They had to go around town getting the tire that I needed but they didnt even seem to mind that. The customer service is impeccable. Big-O even checked my alignment for free!!!! Thank you guys. I will be a returning customer.

The crew here is superb, I only came in for an inspection for a rideshare app and they went above and beyond like always. They recommended me service I was unaware I needed by going above and beyond what was needed on the inspection. I will make sure to schedule my shocks replacement at a big o location. Oscar is also very knowledgeable about the area, I asked him a few questions about where would be best to go to get some body work and a large scale engine swap/reinforcement done on a car Im looking to turn into a sleeper. He told me exactly where he would go since this location is not set up to handle the work Im looking to do.Overall Id give this place a 5/5 (higher score if I could) staff is great, very clean, very fast, and just the perfect example of a well kept crew.
