Allen and his staff, are always checking me to make sure that myself and my policy is sufficient. I have never had an agent that has done this in the past. Friendly emails just checking on me during this pandemic to make sure all is well. Really good people and always willing to help.

Roofing contractors will tell you that Allstate is the worse home owners insurance to have.My experience has proven that true. For $9,500of roof damage they paid us $1275.Very dishonest company. Allstate doesnt pay fair claims.

Had a bad experience with a rep. Call it a misunderstanding or a bait and switch. I asked to cancel before any start date. Checked online and saw it was still active. Called the office ND spoke to another rep who basically got his rocks off putting me in hold, keeping me in the line during my lunch break, and just being a total pain. I hung up and called the 800 number. Much better response. This experience will keep me away from this local vendor. Hope the other franchises have better reps.

WARNING DO NOT TRUST !!!!!!!!! He will actively avoid clients and conflict he never once returned any of my request to speak with him, guess I wasnt worth his time, I had been insured with Allstate for almost 20 years in some fashion, then when I left Allstate before the billing cycle with a confirmation number from his office he then billed after the fact. This guy is not above using your entrusted information in the wrong way to say F you to the clients leaving a spanking ship when I contacted his office all I could get from his staff was a I have know idea how that happened ... I do someone put it back in thats how. This is in my opinion is theft.

Allen and his team are friendly, courteous, reliable, and very efficient. They always take good care of me whenever I need anything. Having 2 offices is convenient too! I highly recommend Allen Sturtevant if you like good customer service and high integrity! He goes above and beyond.

Very poor customer service, rude staff. I would not recommend Allen Sturtevant for your insurance needs. It is unfortunate that this agency represents Allstate which is an excellent insurance agency.

Excellent agent, he and his staff go above and beyond to make things right for their customers. If and when there is an issue Allen will be sure it is immediately corrected personally. There are many agents much closer, this agent is more than 200 miles from me but takes care of my business like Im their neighbor.

Got a call from a mariah from allens office I guess. Renewal she said. She was rude and when asked to talk to Allen, couldnt wait to get me off her phone and have Allen handle it. Allen she said she worked for you for 4 years? And she talks to us like that? Debbie I like. Others that work for you I like. Never once talked to a Mariah. Get rid of her or Ill leave. 10 + years Ive been with you. Never had a rude person call me for a renewal meeting. I work for tmobile and get great employee deals to leave you and I never do. If I call my Allstate and get Mariah? Im done...
