I got a ceramic coating treatment done on my new black vehicle. These guys did a great job. What I love about this company is they do very high end vehicles and also take care of your everyday driver vehicles as well. They treat you with friendly professionalism, are upfront with the process/products they use and their prices are very fair compared to the rest of the local market. Another local company I got a quote from was overpriced and also sent me past due invoices in my email even though I had only asked for an estimate. Very annoying and an odd business practice.Ratchet Industries has won my business over should I need anything else done and I would highly recommend!

Thank you to the guys at Ratchet for the amazing Paintless Dent Removal job! I had a vehicle put a 10 wide dent in my tailgate while parked in the lot at work. It now looks like it never happened! This is my first experience with PDR and Im sold that this was the best solution for me. The car was at the shop for several hours, not days. And the cost was unbelievably reasonable compared to the cost of traditional paint & body work. Those traits can be tough to find in this town. Ratchet was very accommodating to my schedule and Rori ensured that quality was delivered. This just became my go-to.

Ratchet Industries is awesome. Being a woman, sometimes repair shops can be intimidating, but not Ratchet! Everyone I interacted with was very nice, professional and addressed my concerns. They kept my truck for a few days to replace a panel over the wheel well and do some painting to remove scratches. They gave me a ride home so I wouldn’t have to pay for uber! A few days later, the job was done- IMPECCABLY! The truck looks like new. And the quote they gave me beat other shops by about $300. I couldn’t recommend Rori and his team more.

So I spent a lot of time thinking about it before posting. I had them do an exterior restoration of my 2001 Honda S2000. First off, the end result is 100% worthy of a 5-star review. As is how they handled a few issues (to include one that was my fault). As for why only 4? Organization and communication. Multiple times I heard that the car would be ready within a day or two just to get pushed back 1-2 weeks on the day the car was to be ready. Also, when the car was finally “ready” I asked if it was 100% ready to pick up to include putting the badges on (pic they sent had no badges). They said “yes, it is ready.” When I showed up the badges were not installed, when they went to install them they were missing one. Upon closer inspection, the car was missing the fender liners and front under-tray and a convertible top latch was broken. When I finally got the car it looked amazing. The paint is great as is the quality of the rest of the work. I had a mishap on loading the car to my trailer and they hooked me up with a discount on the repair. They also have a new latch on order. Again, car looks great, they only lost a star due to the numerous delays and the car not actually being ready when they finally said it was.

Rori and the team at Ratchet did a fantastic job doing a chrome delete, powder coating my wheels and doing a ceramic coating on my Subaru. Id highly recommend them - super professional and helpful and a great local Albuquerque business.

There were 1/2 dozen dents and dings that needed to be pulled out.His team was able to remove all of the dents without body work/painting. They did the job in one day and for a very reasonable fee. Someone backed into my car in a parking lot recently, leaving more than a bit of their red paint behind on my Camrys bumper (but no note, in case you were wondering). This shop opened up at this location recently, and I thought I would give them a try today as I drove by. The guys who helped me were super responsive and friendly - and managed to fix my bumper and have me on my way in less than 5 minutes! They also had some visually slick paint jobs on not-Camry-like cars in their parking lot.

But then they blew my expectations out of the water! My wife’s vehicle was keyed and needed paint repair. I sent an e-mail at 7:30 am Saturdayasking about business hours. The owner immediately responded and said he was on the way in. He met me at his shop at 8 am that day and provided a quote that was much lower than the dealer to fix the paint. I left my wife’s vehicle there and it was ready by noon the following Monday. They did a great job at a great price in record time. I highly recommend.

I had body damage from others scraping me and from going over a curb. (I dont have any before pictures unfortunately) I also had sap all over my car and my windows were a bit too lightly tinted.
