They have very good customer service. Repair job was extremely excellent. The damaged bumper in accident of my BMW car, did meticulously excellent repair, and looks like absolutely new car. They are very polite with customers and try to understand what customer needed. I highly recommend who need car repair and service.

Wonderful staff , called me as soon as my vehicle had arrived at location and kept me up to date on the ongoing process with the progress they were making on diagnosis of vehicle , ended in a total loss , they did their best to describe the whole process ,great ,that was so helpful so I could monitor the length of time I would still have my rental vehicle before it was time to take back 😀

This location downtown was quick for me to get to from Los Lunas. Sue walked me through the entire process. She also kept.me apprised of the progress and well informed. My vehicle looks great and was completed on time!

My car was unfortunately hit by a nice family...I went to caliber who did a great job repairing my car. It took 4 or 5 weeks, but it was reasonable given the situation. The repairs and detailing were excellent. I think its certainly reasonable to consider this company first when major repairs are required.

The shop took about a month longer than expected. They replaced parts with used parts. The alignment on parts installed could of been better. Over all, I feel like they were trying to save the insurance company money by sacrificing the quality of work. I was the customer here not the insurance company and I will never take a vehicle here again.

I had my truck taken there for work after an small accident. When I picked up my truck they apologized for it being dirty because one of their employees had done some work on their personal vehicle and had gotten dust all over my truck, they did not wash it nor did they think to move it out of the shop when working on the other car.The attention to detail when putting parts back on the truck was very poor. I had several body plugs sitting in rear door pockets. The small carpet in the door handle was missing, the trailer hookup wiring was hanging our of the bumper, and the weather stripping around the rear door was install the wrong way. There is a huge gap that goes under the door trim that they installed on the top of the door instead of the bottom.As I have had the truck back longer I have discovered more and more items that they have missed. Some of the plastic clips that hold the wiring harnesses on under the truck where they removed the rear bumper are broken and were never replaced.I actual body work that was done looks goo. However the attention to detail of the reassembly resembles that of a sugared up 3 year old trying to assemble a lego set with no instructions while watching TV and spilling their drink on the floor.

My experience with Caliber today was polite and professional. The office was clean and staff was conscious of COVID; they wore masks, gloves, and plenty of sanitizer was available, no complementary coffee (thats a good thing). The work started at the appointed time. Special mention goes out to Charles who saw to it that I didnt have to go home in a rental car, but I didnt have to ask. From the time I spoke to him by phone to time he handed my keys back, he kept me informed, got the repairs done, and on time. I like that.

Really happy with my car! It’s like brand new! Suzy the service advisor stayed in touch with me and kept me informed of the progress the entire time. Really happy to have Caliber in ABQ!!

How completely sad! I totaled my.VW convertible.....devastating. She was taken to Calibers Collision to be assessed.. Between the hospital and just the stress of it all, it was so nice to deal with Calibers. Karen (one of the phone ladies) was so kind getting me up and going finding my car and taking care of the necessary paperwork. When we finished that up there was Don He was oh so helpful when I first went to look at my devastated bug. Then David who did the appraisal of the damages. He was very mind as well. Everyone I encountered there was really great In a completely devastating situation they made it as pleasant as possible to get to the process of the paperwork, getting into my vehicle, and making sure I got all of my property back. Im glad I dont have to deal with caliber collision frequently. (thank.god). But,I also have to say that if I do have any other accidents God forbid I would want my vehicle to go to Calibers. Like I said they made the whole process a lot easier on me, and as pleasant as it could be made all the way down to the bags of popcorn they have for you to munch on. Calibur Collision gets a great big thumbs up and five stars from me.! Its definitely a company I would want to do business with again! No offense you guys over there but I hope I dont have to do business with you again,but thank you!

I was hoping to have my car fixed so that it looked ok but they much surpassed my expectations. My car is beautiful they did a spectacular job I would recommend this business to everyone! They are friendly and knowledgeable. The 1st street location was amazing!

Went here to have my door adjusted so it lines up with my fender. Someone came out to look at it and he said that they could not do “any better than it is”. I was very disappointed and left I then took my truck to Loids Collision on San Diego NE and in 30 minutes it was PERFECT. They charged me $50 and I am very happy.

I purchased a brand new car at the end of March and a week later was hit by another car and they took off :( ABQ is so ghetto... but thankfully, I took my Acura to Danlar Collision and they were absolutely amazing! Not only were they able to get the car in quickly, but it was a quick turn around time too! The also took it to Montano Acura when it was done to have all the computer things checked out and even the guys over at Acura commented on what an amazing job they did! I am so impressed with the level of service I received at Danlar, and will never go anywhere else ever again! I will only refer people there as well! If you want nothing but the best, I suggest you go there! Oh! And a huge plus, they are a preferred body shop with almost all insurance companies!!! I am with Farmers and it was such a smooth process! Thank you so much Danlar! xo

Excellent customer service. I had a loose strip at bottom of my passenger side door that was fixed and taken care within 20 minutes.

I took my vehicle in for hail damage repair on 09/11/18 and Don told me hed have to call my insurance because the Paintless Dent Repair (PDR) tech found additional damage that needed to be assessed. I waited THREE WEEKS to hear back from Don and finally decided to call Danlar back to check on the status. Gloria told me they had no record of me ever going in, despite me leaving the detailed claim that my insurance adjuster gave me. So I took my car back in on 10/15/18 and was told to leave the car there with my keys and another copy of my insurance adjusters claim. It is now 10/31/18 and I STILL do not have my car back. Not only has Danlar taken over TWO AND A HALF WEEKS to fix my hail damage, they also have not called to update me whatsoever during that time. I have called them multiple times asking for updates and been told that Id receive a phone call back and I have not been called back. This has been the absolute worst experience Ive had when it comes to fixing hail damage on my car. I do not recommend Danlar for repair on anyones vehicle. Especially not any time soon because apparently theyve been backed up with work since September... Horrible service. Im so disappointed.

Where to begin with how terrible this company is. First of all the red headed woman there was rude to me from the start. She blamed me for my insurance company not faxing over the claim information. Then I explained to a guy there that the windshield had cracked and it was probably related to the hail damage my car received. They said they would look at it and let me know. Well I never received a call from them letting me know. When they finally called me to say my car was done is was right before they closed on Friday and I was at work and did not have enough time to go get my car. I picked me car up on Monday and they did not fix the windshield and said oh well it wasnt part of the claim so they didnt do it. I was livid. I ended up going to another place to have it replaced because I will not go back to them.

The customer service at the downtown location is superb. They went above and beyond to achieve customer satisfaction!

DANLAR ROBBED ME! PLEASE READ:After my car was stolen and found I had to towed to Danlar for repairs. They fixed what the insurance company would pay for and then I drove it home. After driving it home I compared pictures taken by the insurance company at Danlar after my car was recovered and before I picked it up. SOMEONE AT DANLAR STOLE MY TRAILER HITCH, SUN VISOR, AND FLOOR MATTS. These things are in the photos of of the vehicle when it was brought to Danlar and they were missing when I picked it up. Talk about adding insult to injury. My car was stolen, recovered, and my few belongings that were left inside of the car were stolen by DANLAR! DANLAR ROBBED ME. PLEASE TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!

They scratched the top protective coat off the rear of the car when repainting the passenger side and refused to fix it. My insurance also paid them to fix the wiring in the back passenger door that happened during my accident and this wasnt done at all. Then they called me saying my car was finished and then I saw the taillight had a crack in it upon inspection so then I had to come back so you could replace it. Honestly such a scam of a shop.
