Placed a call to Mr Ed regarding an older refrigerator that was freezing food. He promptly returned call, listening to our assessment and rather than coming to diagnose and charge us, he offered a simple suggestion, which we tried and are very pleased to report that it worked!!! It is nice to witness that there are people of integrity, willing to offer help and not strictly money motivated!!! Highly recommend!!

Excellent service. When our dryer needed to be repaired, Mr. Ed was able to squeeze me into his schedule even though he was very busy that week. Since it can be difficult to set an exact time with appliance repairs (since any given repair may require more or less time, depending on the situation), he called when he was on his way when leaving his previous appointment so I would know just when to expect him. He showed up promptly with his assistant, and they were both very pleasant and polite, and professional. They did excellent work, and the charges were very fair. Mr. Eds card says it all: fast, fair, honest. The 1978 dishwasher in the home we just purchased wasnt draining. Mr. Ed arrived the day after I called, immediately found the problem was the drainage connection, and fixed it. He also checked the dishwasher itself, assured us its still working fine, and advised us on how to treat it right and prolong its life...all in about a half hour. Mr. Ed is a pleasure to deal with and I highly recommend him.

My wife and I had an issue with a water leak at the base of our fridge. Not knowing what to do, I was referred from a friend to New Mexico Appliance repair. I called a gentleman by the name of Anthony whom immediately responded. When he came over he was incredibly friendly and professional. He fixed the issue within minutes, however, noticed another issue with the ice maker. He then, no strings or finances attached, fixed that issue. In talking with him I realized how passionate and knowledgeable he was, not to mention, that he came over on his birthday. Incredibly dedicated person. The service was excellent.It took about 5 days to get an appointment, but once Mr. Ed got here, he and his assistant took care of the problems (an oven that wouldnt work consistently) right away. When he got here, he looked at the make and model of the range, asked me a few questions and told me what the thought it was. Viola! Not only did they replace the item right away, he was training an apprentice.He was great as a teacher, too!

Our refrigerator stopped working and Mr. Ed put us down for the first available appointment. When he arrived, Mr. Ed promptly diagnosed the issue and started calling around for vendors selling a motor fan. When one was not available for nearly 1.5 weeks, Mr. Ed quickly went into his fully stocked van, put together a motor fan, and had our refrigerator working within about an hour. Mr. Ed is amazing! A second time, our freezer had an issue. Mr. Ed diagnosed the issue over the phone and scheduled me for the next available appointment before the holiday weekend so that we could have a functioning freezer during that time. After I threw the unfrozen & warm contents of my freezer away, I selected Mr. Eds to call because they were located near my home. I bought a used gas dryer that I needed them to change to propane. I love my dryer! It already outlasted my new washer 🙁 so I’m coming back for that now.

I also called looking for rather obscure information. The gentleman was very helpful AND answered the phone after 5pm - an amazing thing in the Albuquerque area!... Aside from what I was looking for, I found out he sells re-furbished large appliances for a good price, delivers for $20 per item, and offers a 90 day warranty. I cant comment of follow-thru at this point - but I would try Mr. Eds in a heartbeat.
