Jonathon did a great job repairing our dryer. We had another company come previously that could not repair it and concluded it was simply a noisy dryer. We knew this couldnt be true. So we called Crown Electronics and were very happy we did! Jonathon was very polite and thorough. Wed be happy to use this company again in the future..

Crown TV & Electronics is a business establishment that is ran in a manner that you do not see very often today. From the very first time that I spoke to Robyn over the telephone I was made welcome as well as made to feel that my business was appreciated.I ended up taking my television in for repairs and the level of customer service was amazing. The business model that is practiced at this location is how every business should be operated. I will be taking everything that I need repaired there even though it is a 2-hour drive for me.

The Crown TV appliance technician (Jonathon) is a superb appliance repair tech. He explained the problems with both of my dryers and what parts were needed. When parts were received he explained in layman terms his technical approach to repairing the dryers for our information. He notified me in advance when he as coming over and he was always on time. Jonathon is very courteous, friendly, and very diligent in performing the repairs. Jonathon displayed his expertise in performing his job. In my opinion, Jonathons persona, expertise, and diligence reflects well on Crown TV. I will definitely use Crown TV for any future appliance repairs, etc that I may need.

First off, I am a stay at home mom with a fussy toddler. Johnathan contacted us that he was on his way in the middle of nap time. I was so grateful to him for changing our time an hour later to accommodate my baby. I know all mothers will appreciate this note. He explained to me how our microwave broke so that we could prevent the same thing from happening in the future and was so very considerate. During this covid era, I appreciated that he wore his mask without fuss. I recommend this company in the future.

My 6 month old Samsung TV decided it would not come on anymore.Samsung suggested Crown TV as their local authorized repair shop. They did a great job. I took it in and it was repaired in a reasonable time ,in a safe COVID free manor. I was able to picket it up ,contact free.A professional , well organized shop....... I highly recommend them.

The entire team is awesome! They are friendly, knowledgeable, responsive, attentive, profrofessonal... everything! It is very rare to get a team that is so attentive and provides excellent service. I highly recommend them and you will not be disappointed.

When the screen on my less than 4 year old LG OLED TV started showing burn in spots, LG agreed to replace the screen. In short order I received a call from Crown TV who is the authorized repair agent for LG. Within a week they had replaced my OLED screen with a new one from LG. Jonathan was on-time, skilled and professional. I now have a bright new screen. Crown TV was no fuss and they got things done in quick time. Excellent experience.

Great customer service. The girl who first helped me (forgot her name) was very nice and helped me as best she could even though I called 5 minutes before closing and our conversation took longer.When the tech, John, came to my house he was personable and gave me a quick education about the inner workings of my TV as he checked components for problems. When it turned out that my TV did not have a repeatable issue, he gave me gteat advice about what to look for about future problems.Although I could handle the component replacement and find parts myself, I would go back to CROWN just to have a great customer experience and to support such a great local business!

Competent and friendly local appliance repair. Connected through manufacture warranty for washer. Technician Floyd persisted until the leak was fixed. Very impressed. Will call again if ever the need arises. Thank you to everyone on the Crown team.

I took a friend there for a fuse for his TV he could not find anywhere the nice man gave him one. If I ever need service thats where I will go for repair.

Crown provides warranty support for LG. Thats how I found out just how amazing Crowns customer service can be. Their tech called ahead to let me know he would be on time. Amazing! The voice of Crown TV on the phone is a delightful woman named Robin. She not only kept me up to date but provided me with documentation from LG and tried to help me resolve my issue when LG had decided to wash their hands of my TV. I cannot recommend Crown TV too highly. Wish I wouldve purchased my TV from them. Live and learn, I guess.

Recently had a TV repaired by Crown TV. The warranty service was handled exceptionally well.The service was very quick and professional. I was able to communicate with Crown TV via text message which made scheduling the service very easy.I would definitely recommend their services.

Talked to Liam while on the phone with Samsung Service about the ice maker on my 6 month old refrigerator. Robin, in the office, called me later the same day to get details on what was wrong (ice maker stopped working). Robin called the next day (Wed) to set up service appt for the next day (Thurs). The tech was about an hour late but he was delayed on the previous job. Thanks to Robin he had brought a new ice maker with him, and after looking at the one in the fridge, he replaced it with the new one. He was in and out in less than 30 mins. Job well done by all involved. Will definitely use Crown for even out of warranty repairs if or when needed.

TV was taken for repair & the vendor stated they could not fix it - not repairable. So we opted to take it to another vendor, AND THEY FIXED IT! This has happened on two separate occasions.

Brought in a simple box with two on/off operating switches for a light and electric door of a cabinet. Explained I had noticed on switch getting mushy operationally and then stop functioning. Explained I had opened the box and all connections were good. I said, “It needs a new switch” and I said I was not concerned about matching the look of existing switch just install a functional switch. $ 45 plus taxes in advance to diagnose. She told me no tech was on the premises but pay now and a tech would decide if they could likely complete work. If not she would refund the deposit. Later same day I got message, yes he/she would attempt work. One week later same counter person calls and says tech can’t fix it but if I would bring them a switch they might replace it for me. Seriously, if I had access to parts why would I bring it in. !! I feel scammed.

I have used this company twice to work on my television set and have had a positive experience with both repairs. Setting up the appointment was very easy and professional. The technician arrived on time, fixed the issue, and now the TV works like it is suppose to. I have no complaints.

Great service from Crown TV. My LG TV broke down 3 days after I put it up. I had this TV for 2 years before I put it up so it was out of warranty but I had extended warranty for 3 years. One hour after I was off the phone with warranty DEPT Robin called me and told me that they will take care of my issue from that point on. Within days she ordered what I needed and my TV was fixed.Kim is the one that came over to replace the part. He was prompt, professional and very informative.Thank you Crown TV for a great service.

I have dealt with Crown TV for two different TV’s and have always received prompt courteous service! They let me know our particular modelof TV had an extended warranty on a faultypart and were able to replace the part and get our TV working again! I highly recommend Crown TV and Electronics! Really fast turn around. Probably because TV wasnt broken to begin with. I accidentally thought it was broken because the computer connected to it was putting the TV to sleep. Got a bill about soldering the power supply. Couldnt talk to the repair person directly to verify story and dont want to take it apart to prove otherwise.

Took my Denon AVR to Crown, by recommendation from Best Buy. The AVR kept powercycling and would not allow a reset. The turn around time to get my AVR back was a day and I was told some component had to be reset. I finally had a chance to set it up and after about an hour, it started powercycling again. Called Crown and its still under the 90 day warranty. Im hoping it gets resolved and without any more money. Ill update and most likely change the rating if all goes well.

Samsung TV backlight was dead on the left hand side, the warranty with Samsung was sketch. They took initiative to help get my warranty sorted out when I was having trouble getting service requested, and fixed a pretty big issue. Great customer service!

Both the staff and the repair person were incredibly friendly and accommodating. My Samsung television HDMI ports were not working and needed a replacement main board. Crown TV provided an extremely fast and convenient repair service that completely fixed the problem. They took care of all of the details including ordering the replacement parts, installation, and ensuring the tv was once again working correctly. They scheduled a service appointment that worked around my schedule plus everything was 100% covered under my warranty with Samsung and so Crown provided all services at absolutely no cost to me! Thank you so much and I will definitely come to you with any future electrical repair needs!

Having owned and managed a business in Albuquerque for 35 years, I chose Crown TV & Electronics to analyze and determine the cause of the problem on my Denon 751 AVR. They charge a $45.00 diagnostic fee to determine the issue ($30.00 less than a competitor) and apply it to the repair charge when completed. They repair equipment in the order it comes in for repair, so be prepared to wait your turn. Robin was very helpful on check in. Enjoy the experience of working with a local honest small business that appreciates your business.

I bought a new lamp for my 83 T.V. Everyone was extremely helpful.

HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE! I will never use this company again. I brought my TV to them and they kept it for a week and couldnt figure out the problem simply watching it for 2 days. They charged me for a diagnostic but I never received a diagnostic from them. Basically, I paid them to turn on my TV and watch it... A bum on the street could have done that for me for free. Not a good way of doing business. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!!

The worst. They were contracted by Lowes to service our totally inoperable dishwasher. Technician arrived after 3 days, ordered a board, came back after a week, installed it and the same afternoon it was back to inoperable. Called Crown this a.m. and they said that as the work order had been closed it was no longer their problem and I would have to call Lowes and open a new order.Its all about warranty payments and clearly not about service. I would never have them back.

I had a warranty through another company, and these guys were contracted out to come look at the tv. Even though my warranty would not cover the tv, the guy was very respectful to my girlfriend, gave us advice, and did not charage a service charge even though they could of. Will definately come here when I need a tv repaired!
