I’ve been a customer of this company for many years so long that it was when the owner used to come out and do the repairs, himself. I’ve always had good service from them. On July 27, 2021 Tyler came out, gave me an estimate on my oven igniter and said he had the part with him. I said well I have to get approval from a home warranty that I had bought first. So I paid the 95 dollar estimate fee. Taylor said to call back the company and they would send them back out once I got the approval. I got approval from my home warranty and then when I called them back to schedule the appointment they all of a sudden didn’t have the part in stock and I couldn’t leave a message for Tyler because he was out in the field etc. and they were going to have to order it and when it came in they would schedule the appointment etc . I called maybe 2 to 3 weeks later and the girl that answered said that the part was still not in and they didn’t have an ETA on the part yet. Tyler never called me back and to this day I am still waiting for a callback from them to tell me that the part has arrived. I went with another Company who did just as good work for much cheaper. All Tech has lost a customer.

Tech tyler, came out to diagnose the problem with dryer,$89 fee,my understanding that the fee is waived if repaired,or youll still have to pay them for coming out,but really that fee is taken off the estimate of $335.66 total is what I paid because I need my dryer,he also left a small scratch on my dryer right where he opened it,so two star Tyler needs to be more careful,it or took him maybe 30 min at the most replacing a kit.maybe they should discount me for the scratch, but it is what it is.

The first tech they sent out was awesome, he helped me get the refrigerator up and running, and was very informative. The refrigerator started having trouble holding temp, so I called them out. The original tech was no longer working for them. They sent out a nice young man, but it took him hours to figure out the problem. He added Freon, then left and the problem resumed an hour later. Another tech came out and spent hours, thought he figured it out, left and the problem resumed. They sent the service manager out who discovered that all the Freon was now gone(the tech must be responsible because it wasn’t leaking Freon before they worked on it). He loaded it with Freon, then left. A few days later, the entire thing froze up and fried all the wires. I called again, the service manager came out, hardly looked at it and said to call an electrician, which I did. The electrician said it was definitely an internal electrical problem that was likely caused by one of the techs. The sad thing is that I paid thousands of dollars only to have them fry my internal wiring. Now, I have to pay big money to fix the damage they did, and their office staff is completely unsympathetic. I will never use them again! Giving them my bank card up front is the biggest mistake I ever made, even when they promised not to charge me fir the Freon that leaked out as a result of their work, they still did. Don’t trust this place!

We have used this company several times. The technician they send is professional, courteous and does good work. However, the office staff is dishonest, lacks communication and is terribly unprofessional, and often unfriendly. I would not recommend. They have canceled appointments with no notice on more than one accasion, and relayed incorrect information to our warranty company. When using them on a non-warranty basis, they have also quoted us ridiculous prices (like $1000 to install a dishwasher or $2000 to install a built in fridge) simply because they didnt want to do the job. I dont know what is going on in their office, but it is definitely shady.

All Tech came out to my house to diagnose a problem with my freezer at the request of American Home Shield. The “technician” told me that he recommended several parts be replaced and that he would let American Home Shield know. 2 weeks later I had not heard from either company and when I followed up with All Tech they told me that they were waiting on approval from American Home Shield to order the parts. This was a lie. After contacting AHS, they informed me that the “technician” had not called in the diagnosis yet. I called back All Tech and spoke with Diana “the boss” who informed me that the technicians avoided calling AHS shield because they were so hard to get a hold of, that my technician was currently in the hospital so they could not access his notes, and that they were experiencing a high turnover with their employees so everything was spiraling out of her control. Less than 24 hours later I was informed by AHS that the “technician” told them that my appliance was not working because of negligence on my end and my claim was closed. It was complete retaliation on their part for me being upset that their “service” was unacceptable. If your home warranty company wants to send All Tech Services out my recommendation is that you don’t waste your time and ask for someone else. It will save you much time, energy and frustration!

The company was very prompt getting over to determine the problem with our refrigerator. It is a Korean made unit and the compressors the manufacturer uses are faulty and prone to fail. This company did their best to get parts and the technician was very good and explained the issue. New parts came and were faulty as well. This process took about four weeks. I went out and purchased a new unit and All Tech refunded our entire costs including the original service fee to diagnose the problem and the half down payment for the repair. I appreciate their understanding and compassion for this customer and our problem. Moral of the story here is to be cautious in purchasing foreign made products. MADE IN THE USA parts are readily available and maybe more reliable.

Poor customer service. At a rental house I have, the tenant told me the freezer was not keeping cold at all. He called for service and it was supposedly repaired for about $240. The problem continued, and they returned and did a reset, but it still didn’t work. Then they say the compressor Is bad and it’s not worth repairing. They should’ve figured that out the first time, and not charge for a repair that was worthless. The tenant called to get some compensation for the mistake, but got nothing.I called and left a message to discuss the problem further and haven’t heard back from them and it’s been two weeks!

Refrigerator went out on a hot August day. I had no previous experience with All Tech, but gave them a call. Their call taker was efficient and thorough, explaining to me how they charge and what to expect. Very next morning at 8:04 a.m., my phone rang to tell me the technician was on the way. He arrived as scheduled and efficiently diagnosed the problem. He gave me a written estimate, which included no service charge and no diagnostic charge if I accepted the repair estimate. I signed the estimate, the technician made a run to the warehouse for parts, and had our refrigerator back up and running about 30 minutes later. Our technician was JERRY. He was friendly, pleasant, and knowledgeable. There may be cheaper appliance repair businesses around, but this business is fast, efficient and dependable. I wish there was a negative star option.I called and told them I was having issues with my garbage disposal and dishwasher. Both appliances will work occasionally. However not 100% of the time.Tech comes in presses the reset on the garbage disposal and uses the Allen key to move the blades to move anything potentially clogged. Then turns the garbage disposal on, magic it worked. The tech was satisfied with his magic touch then moved to the dishwasher pressed the on button and more magic it worked. Once again he was satisfied and charged $150 and leftThing is I have pressed the reset and used tge Allen key myself. The problem is that sometimes they work sometimes they dont. All Tech service didnt fix a thing.I was not home and they took advantage of my wife not knowing and they leftTerrible shady company. However had no problem taking my $150Dont waste your time with these people. In response to the owner reply.....the dishwasher repair you speak of was your tech plugging it back in. It took well over a week to get a hold of a manager who explained to me that you guys have a book of national averages for prices that you go off of and that there wasnt anything he could do. So apparently some book dictates your company instead of caring about customer service. Terrible and you should be ashamed of your self..... Service tech came out to my business. He called when he arrived and said he was going to look at my freezer and would call back when diagnosed. An hour later and still no call back. I called my employee and she informed that he has just been sitting in the lobby for a while doing nothing. My wife stops in, because she is near by and the tech says, I was just waiting on an authorization to finish the work. From who, she replies. He then says he called his office and they advised him to sit there until the owner arrived. No one ever called me and said we needed to be there or asked for authorization to finish the job. He then proceeded to fix a leak and recharge the system. This took him less than an hour. We were billed over $600. The repair lasted less than 24 hours. When I called to report this to All-tech, I was responded to with rudeness not professionalism at all! After much complaining, they offered to come look at the freezer again but when I pressed the issue of being charged for their tech just sitting there for no reason, I was told it was my fault not theirs. Even though no one called me like they said they would. Someone is coming out tomorrow to review his work. If they find their tech at fault they will repair it for free. I will write another review tomorrow with the results of how this was handled. They cam out looked at the freezer again. The same pipe they fixed needs to be replaced. They now want $1166 to fix it again!

They came out to do an estimate on my washer. The charge was $80 for the estimate visit, but because they said the $80 could be applied to the cost for the repair, and I knew I was going to repair it, I was fine with that. I have 3 kids and I was leaving for vacation in 10 days. I needed the washer fixed and I knew I was going to pay to repair it. The tech gave his estimate for the repair, gave me a cost for the whole job, and said they would come back to repair it. The written invoice indicates that the parts would arrive within 3-5 days. I paid for half the job up front right then, before he left my house. In 6 days I called and the part wasnt in. I waited an extra day before calling back, and on day 8, a Friday, the part still wasnt there. All-Tech had no ETA on the parts, no way of even tracking the package to see if or when the parts were scheduled to arrive.Normally Id just wait another few days. But we were leaving in only a few days, I needed the washer fixed and it was a Friday - hard to get any sort of repair vendor on the weekend. I had no more time to waste. I asked them to cancel the repair as they could not perform the repair in the time they promised and I had found another outfit who could do it that day. I asked All-Tech not to charge me the $80, because I had agreed to the $80 estimate cost up front under the agreement that they would do the repair, and I had tried to complete repair with them. The failure to complete the repair was not my doing, it was theirs. Nonetheless, All-Tech absolutely refused to take responsibility for failing to meet their stated (and written!) job invoice, and insisted upon charging me for the estimate anyway. Afterward, I spent days talking with the very professional albeit entirely unhelpful front desk folks, and leaving messages for the manager, Dave, asking to discuss the matter. After 5 days, he finally called me back, left a vm, and said nope, you are getting charged the $80 and thats that.I told the whole story so you can make your own judgement. Some people might say well, you said youd pay the $80 estimate, tough on you. Others might see the perspective that I agreed to the $80 presuming that All-Tech would do what they said they were going to do. Personally, I think the lack of follow through, failure to meet set expectations and topping it off with a refusal to refund a service that could not be used owing 100% to a failure on *their* part, not mine, shows bad business. I would never do business with them again, nor will I ever recommend them to anyone.

Although I am satisfied with the companys ability to perform repairs, their pricing is suspicious. It took two visits for their technician to accurately diagnose and complete repairs to my broken HVAC unit (heater) which had a bad control board (that was replaced on their second visit.) However, the math on the invoice for the second visit did not add up, so I called three times to review with a manager. I called Alltech Appliance repair to fix the ignition on my Amanda gas range. The tech was scheduled to come out between and 3 and 5, but he decided to come at noon when I was cooking lunch. He charged me the standard fee of $79.95 for the home visit. He determined that I needed a new ignitor that had to be special ordered. After a week, I called them myself to see if the part had come in. They stated that the part was there and scheduled for the same tech to come out. Again, the tech was about two hours early. He took the burner out and told me that he couldn’t remove a screw to fix the burner. I never did see the new part. I lent the tech some PB Blaster, which he wanted to spray onto the screw in my kitchen where I had food sitting on my counters. I told him to go outside where he sprayed the PB Blaster onto the burner and on my table without cleaning up the overspray. Then he told me the “bad news” that he couldn’t remove the screw. He told me to soak the burner in some degreaser and remove it myself. I told him that if I didn’t have the time to fix the burner myself. This is a true story, by the way, without embellishments or alterations. In sum, Alltech charged me $85.25 for wasting my time and making me clean up the mess they made on my table and range, which was covered in black grime after the tech left. The tech was never on time and incompetent. I will never use them again and can’t recommend them.

Beware: Initial Diagnostic fee of $75 is a deceiving scam. Lesson learned: dont sign anything unless you fully agree with charges. When I called for help with my microwave, I was told I would be charged $75 for the initial diagnostic inspection (just like a car dealer). I was told that before any repairs were done, I would receive a quote for the additional services. Also, I was told that the $75 would go towards any quoted repairs.None of the above occurred. The repairman / tech noticed the problem immediately upon opening my control panel and made the fix in 5 minutes. He then told me he had to charge me $150 for the services as directed by his office. He felt bad about the charges, but I told him I would sign his paperwork and talk to management as he said they were reasonable people.I called them immediately and asked them to adjust the charges but they said they couldnt do anything until their manager was in the next morning to review the request and talk with the tech. That night they processed payment on my card - before the next morning when they said I could speak with their manager. It then took me two weeks of calling All-Tech every 3 or 4 days and leaving a message to talk to the manager who never returned my call. Finally, I called in again, and they let me speak to the manger who was simply unreasonable and ignored my request.Never doing business with these guys again and Ill make sure to contact all my contractor friends as well.
