I really enjoyed living at these apartments. They were clean, well maintained and very comfortable. The courtyard is great in the summer, so much cooler than outside the gates.

Absolutely love the place for the most part. The reason I take off two stars is because they literally turn off the water for maintenance every two weeks. If they can actually ever fix their water problems, definitely will adjust to a 5.

I am currently in a dispute with this apartment complex. Ive been living here for almost 2 years and switched apartments. I was charged $516.40 for a carpet replacement that was unwarranted. I have been provided no proof of the inspection or paperwork. Even the paperwork says the remaining life of the carpet was 40 months. I do not appreciate being unfairly charged.I was told the carpet would last 5 years and was installed in 2017, which means I barely did anything to the carpet since it had 40 months remaining.

I have lived in 3 different apartment complexes and this is by far the best. The staff if very nice and attentive, work orders get done in a timely manner, the grounds are beautiful and the units are very comfortable, for the price its a steal! The walls are pretty thick so I cant hear noise from other neighbors and everyone is friendly. I really recommend moving here!

They look like very nice apartments. My only concern is the bottom floor 1 bedroom with patio space and its sliding glass door. If I wanted to protect myself from a break in, how can I go about it?

We have been living here for about a month now and have no complaints. The staff has been very friendly and helpful, especially the maintenance staff. They have onsite maintenance that live at the complex that you can call for emergencies at anytime too!We have put in about 3 requests just for minor fix stuff and they have been by to fix it within 1 day for everything!As far as bugs we have only seen one little roach, but its ABQ people, theres gonna be a couple roaches, totally understandable, and if you keep clean theres been no other problem with them. Plus they offer free bug spraying every week you can sign up for as well if needed.Our apartment is in great shape, no carpet stains, wall stains or bad smells, and all the appliances work great!Our application process went well also, we had a cosigner because we were first time renters and it went great! Our apartment was totally cleaned and ready for us, and the pool and courtyard is so pretty!It is a wonderful place to live for the rent price, has everything we need and its all very well maintained.A lot of the complaints on here seem to be about the management being rude, but I have always been polite with Kathy the manager and the reception staff and they have always been polite and helpful to us as well, never had a problem with any of them! What you put forth is what youll get back, so be kind and everyone will be happy to help!I love our first apartment and think its a great community to live in!

I dont live here, but know someone who does. The complex seems overly complicated to me and feels more like a hotel or retirement center than an apartment complex. Lol Its probably a nice place to live though.

Felt like I was bothering the leasing agent. The grounds are pretty, but the apartments are small and have a motel feel to them.

Grass, trees, shade with pool, gym, grills, common room, wifi, laudry room. 10 degrees cooler in the courtyard than anywhere in abq

Do not lease here. Even when they do not have any apartment available they made you fill out the application and get your deposit and app fee and says your application decline without any reason and they will keep the app fee.

Took my 90$ app fee with no explanation for reason of denying our applications. Unprofessional staff
