Lived here for a couple of years and never once have had a problem.I watch the sunrise every morning and say hi to the nice guy who keeps the place clean.Very affordable, clean and efficient.Ladies in the office are very kind and professional. They make sure things are taken care of immediately.Love this place.

This place is the worst. I have never lived anywhere that the leasing office is ok with their tenants not having electricity. My whole complex was without heat and lighting for 4 days. When we confronted the office manager she said it wasnt her problem. All my food went bad & my bearded dragon almost died. They avoid my phone calls so they dont have to talk to me, but when I called from a different line they picked up on the first ring. This is the most unprofessional & ignorant behavior I have ever encountered with any business. I would suggest someone sleep in their car before I would suggest White Oak Apts.

We recently helped our daughter move in to an apartment at White Oak Apartments and the process from start to finish was awesome. Her apartment is a nice and affordable place in a great location. Very clean and well kept property. Cindy & Cassandra in the office were very kind and helpful. They both dealt with our daughter very professionally and helped her through the leasing process. Our entire experience with the apartment and staff was awesome. Thank you!

I lived at Fair Plaza for a year and a half and only had good experiences there. The neighbors are friendly and the community is pretty quiet. All of my work orders (the few that I had) were fixed quickly and done well. The office staff are professional and knowledgeable. I would recommend anyone to live at Fair Plaza.

When I had initially moved into my apt. March, 2020, I had a couple of problems with my apartment. But once I had voiced my concerns with Larry in management, he got moving immediately to resolve my complaints to the best of my satisfaction! Casandra and Dominique in the office have also been extremely helpful! I now love living here at the La Hacienda Apartments. The community is quiet, the neighbors are extremely friendly and respectful, and the property is well kept. I recommend anyone to move here who is looking for peace of mind and a place that they can honestly say they enjoy!

I would like to thank Larry, Casandra, and Dominique for helping me with concerns I had about my apartment. Now I live here with peace of mind and have faith that White Oak Apartments, LLC will continue to provide great service! I look forward to living here for many years to come. The La Hacienda Apartments are quiet, well kept, and have a wonderful community consisting of friendly, respectful, and enjoyable neighbors. I cant ask for more! :)

We are very comfortable living here. Management and maintenance are always quick to attend to the few needs we might have. We just signed a new lease for another year. We love our home.

Well this apartment is a nice apartment. If you do decide to rent from this company just concider yourself screwed. I have rented from them for two years and it seemed to go ok untill the office switched up on the leasing agents. Just watch out with the diffrent rules you are signing on the lease because the leasing agent in the office seems to add a few unsaid rules that are not cool. Like who I can and cant have in my own house. If I am paying rent I believe I should be able to have anyone in my house that i want. She judges who you are friends with.

Do not rent with this property unless you have too for whatever reason, apartments are not in good condition constant issues.
