Love these apartments. Management is amazing . Ned gets back to me so quickly if I ever need anything and is awesome. My apartment is beautiful and I love the area . Quiet and the neighbors are nice. Price is great too I love it here. Def renewing. You won’t regret it I promise !

I’ve lived at Sage Canyon for a year now and overall, my experience has been wonderful. My only complaints would be about the amount of parking available, how there’s only 1 dispenser for dog bags, and the lack of recycling bins. There have been 4 different management companies since we’ve been here but Ned, the manager we currently have, is AMAZING. I hope he sticks around for a while! The balconies are super spacious, the kitchen is beautiful, never had any bug problems, it’s relatively quite but close to a lot of businesses, the grounds were well maintained, and our neighbors were super nice. I wish we didn’t have to move out. :(

Hi everyone. I do not normally write reviews, however, I wanted to say thank you to Ned and Julio.My son and I moved here from Boston and Ned was so professional and prompt from the first time called to inquire about the apartment. Thank you, guys.

We called four days ago to schedule a tour, and no one has bothered to call us back. The outgoing voicemail message refers to office closures in April 2019 (almost a year ago). Apparently they’re so busy that they can’t update their voicemail or return phone calls. We’ll keep looking.

My daughter lives here in this apartment complex and I know she was having issues with a young girl in the front desk. As soon as the new girls Susie and jasmine cake everything got better. Jasmine is the one that now is the manager and every time I see her she is smiling always happy. She leaves her problems at the door and she works without letting anything affect he4 she is all round a great manager it shows even on the property super clean and quiet!!!Great job Jasmine !!

Jazmin is amazing, very helpful and accommodating. The complex is very quiet and clean. Jazmin goes above and behind to help people who are new to the area.Parking is tricky and sometimes you have to take a chance and park in a towing area especially if you work odd hours.

I lived at sage Canyon since April in I have enjoyed it since really no problems besides the parking there’s never no parking. Jasmine has been such a big help my floor has had an issue in she got right on it in got my floor fixed I love the gated community In it’s very quit in it fells safe!

I lived here for a couple years, it is a great property. I love what the new management has done. Jazmin the new manager has been a great help.maintenance always gets the work orders done.

I have lived at Sage Canyon for quite some time now and was very pleased to renew my lease with the new management, about two months ago. Everytime I enter the office I am greeted with a smile and asked about my day. The manager is doing great work with the property and its residents. My neighbors and I very happy with the changes that have been made here over the last few weeks. Thank you Sage Canyon for an amazing place to live.

If I could give a 1/2 star I would. This place provides very little gated parking and nearby parking not within the community is not available. First of all you will get towed, not to mention you have to walk over homeless to get to the community. I have a family member living here now and she is living with a torn up floor and has for several weeks due to management not fixing a leak. Right now its mid August and she has no air conditioning and Hasnt had any for several days. Management wont respond. Save your money.. also to top it off they know parking is a problem and then they proceed to call a towing company to either tow or boot you.. 🤷🤷

This complex has recently gone through management changes and we are seeing some great improvements to the community! The current manager is attentive to tenant needs and we are loving the updates all around the community areas and residences- keep up the good work!

I love this apartment complex very much it’s clean and quiet anytime I asked jasmine to do anything for us it gets done!!! She is the best recommend it 100%

I’m a resident here, there were a couple problems moving in and with the stove. But I was very happy how quickly they solved the problems. The woman in charge is really doing well.

My daughter currently lives here and she loves it the neighbors are quiet and so is the neighborhood it is great I know my daughters walks every where and she loves it as do we when we visit they recently added a new manager jasmine and she has always worked with my daughter for what ever her needs are.

My best advice for anyone who is looking into renting an apartment in the north valley I would would strongly advise to save your $700 and go elsewhere. The showroom was absolutely deplorable. Dust everywhere, roaches laying around, and top it off management was abysmal at best.

I have lived in the area for many years now and have noticed lots of change to this property in recent months, so i decided to stop in just out of curiosity as I thought maybe I could be able to move here at the end of my current lease which isnt until July but still... The lady in the office was super helpful and very welcoming. She gave me details on everything I needed to know for my moving process and even showed me around with great conversation. Im happy I stopped by and will definitely be coming back at the end of my lease now!!!

Jasmine is doing awesome no more that I can say she tends to every one of my requests for the apartment she is the best !!!!

I have lived at Sage Canyon since July of 2018. There have been two management companies while I’ve been here and they’re both awful. The first one promised a $700 concession that would come in the form of a pre paid debit card. They made it seem like a move in promotion, which I fell for. It is now February 2019 and I still haven’t received it. The new management has been no help and doesn’t seem to care even though it is apart of my lease. Another issue I’ve had is getting things fixed. I’ve had problems with my front door, because of a break in, since mid December. They said they ordered the part but the supplier isn’t shipping it. This has been the case since mid December. Why they haven’t gone through a new supplier or gone to Home Depot them selves is beyond me because it is a major issue with me door. These apartments aren’t safe. My friend was harassed by some weirdos in the parking lot the first time she ever came over. My apartment door has been kicked in twice. A resident crashed into a wall inside the complex, got arrested for intoxicated driving, and continues to live here. The gate almost never works and is constantly open. It is a huge false sense of security. Another issue I have is if you come home between 11pm and 6 am it’s nearly impossible to find a parking space or if you do it is far away from your apartment. The biggest problem I have with this place is the noise. First, the A/C and heater are ridiculously loud. You have to turn your TV up to a very loud volume to hear it. Second, This isn’t good because the walls are paper thin. So you can definitely hear your neighbors TV or music playing almost all day. Also the bathtub makes an awful noise when you stand in it. It constantly creeks. You can hear this through the walls too. There’s also a mandatory $20/ month fee for some guy to come pick up your trash. Sunday-Thursday When I moved in I asked the manger if they do recycling too. She said they did but that turned out to be a lie. I asked the guy who picks up the trash and he said he picks up the trashes and throws them away in the dumpsters inside our parking lot, he makes no effort to decide if one bad is recyclable so he can dispose of properly. It makes me sad because I care about the environment and separated my trash for months before I found out the truth. The list of disappointments from this complex/ company could go on forever. Word to the wise, look for other places to rent from.

Sofia was so awesome when I went in. She was super friendly and nice and made me feel comfortable immediately! She felt more like a friend than someone who is trying to sell me something.

How this place has a high rating I dont know. I never lived here but first impressions are everything. When I first started looking for apartments I saw Sage Canyon as a possibility. I went for a tour, when I opened the door the handle came off. I was like okay wow. The leasing agent said Oh must be because its Monday sure.Second it smelled like weed. I thought so this guy is either smoking pot or its an air freshener. Im not to judge, but it was strong whether it was weed or not I dont know. The parking lot is kind of small so that doesnt work especially if you have visitors. The one bedroom was a decent size, but the rent was way too expensive. Over $700 for a place that seems sketch didnt work in my book.Long story short, or actually long story I decided to live in a different place and I know I made the right choice.

It’s awesome here. They don’t return your phone calls. Threaten to evict you if you don’t pay the guy who doesn’t pick up my trash. Will fine you if the trash is by the door and isn’t picked up. Won’t fix your stuff no matter how many times you put in a maintenance request. Closes the pool on 4th of July. Leaves the walk in gate unlocked. Drive in gate is usually broken. It has a packed out flooded parking lot. Dumpster areas are a mess. Said they’ll gimme a discount for a student never happened. Will raise your rent after if you continue leasing with them. Break ins 1 and a half foot curbs. Smiths across the street. It’s dope here.

I recently put an application the day i was supposed to move in i got a text from office saying they could no lo ger hold the unit for me there for the have to forfeit my 300 dd.. Im so unhappy with this place how could the just take my hard earned money like that i never even signed a contract with them..I would nevet recommend this place to anyone this is a bunch of bs how they run there business..they dont even have the decency to call you they text ypu so unprofessional i give this place no stars

We use to have a very good manager that knew what was going on. Now all they says is I dont know.

Great the parking lot is alot nice and improved. The new gate open is better and easier to use makes things alot easier staff is still friendly and nice.
