Store is much improved over the past 2 years. The current staff is keeping up and the store was reconfigured within the past year to better match other well performing dollar generals.

Went there about 10 am, Thursday. There was a guy working and he was literally the nicest and most patient cashier ever

If it were possible to give zero stars, this would be the first place on the list to receive an earned one.- 2 employees visible- Both were rude and ignored the counter and customer questions to do other tasks- Store was a disorganized mess in most places- Didnt have many items several customers were looking for- Puddle of water on the ground in a random food islePlease avoid this place and go across the street to the Dollar Tree, where the customers immediately greet and help you. They will give you the opposite experience that this one delivered on 5/21/21. This was customer service at its worst.

I am almost always an evening shopper and the cashiers and managers are great. The company could make more profit if they would higher stockers for after hours. The product needs to be on the shelves, not in boxes in the way of the shelves.

This store had recently updated and has way more to offer in the way of groceries. Toiletries are almost always cheapest at DG. Now I can grab something for dinner there as well, on nights that the grocery store is packed or I just dont want to do major shopping. The staff are friendly and the store is clean, organized, and well-maintained.

Maybe if you spent less time arguing about politics your store wouldnt be a complete mess. So unprofessional.

Shelves were empty but aisles were full of unopened merchandise boxes. I went at 8pm and customer volume was incredibly low yet I seen at least 4 employees there but only the one working cashier was doing anything at all, and she was not doing anything other than ringing people up! No stocking in between or trying to clear out aisles. Very disappointed in this particular Dollar General

During a customer rush there was only one cashier, and the line was backed up into one of the store aisles four people deep. The cashier handled the exceptionally long with patience and a great attitude while customers in line were clearly frustrated because of the long wait. The store supervisor has to do a better job of managing the store and have his staff member in such a precarious situation. There was a competing store directly across the street that was temporarily closed and their customers flooded the store. This Dollar General was understaffed.

Better option than the south store. Hard to maneuver around in certain areas of the store due to boxes of merchandise that need to be shelved or moved to the back. Most of the staff is friendly and helpful. I can usually find what I need, unlike the south store. Their prices are fair for the most part, though I think the frozen section is over priced compared to grocery stores.

Its a chain. Theyre everywhere. You know what to expect.

When I am in town. I can always count on my favorite store in Albion to have what I need for the road ahead.There is some Truck parking in the shopping center near. taco bell.

Very dirty store!!! Looks like it hasnt been cleaned in years!The staff are never friendly and dont acknowledge customers. Smiles? Never!Prices are decent though. The only good thing about this store.

This very likely the filthiest store that I have ever been in. The restrooms should be condemned by the Health Department. The only people that appear to do anything are the women. The men seem expend more to avoid work than they would if they actually did something.
