Is their a particular reason why you had your employee dressed as the waving statue of liberty, outside in 35 degree rain/snow with no hat, no visible coat, no umbrella nothing?

The workers were friendly. They broke down every detail of my refund and got it down quickly.

No taxes received but was charged 600.00 and when the error was found on there behalf they lied, again and again causing my taxes to be held up even longer still waiting.

Linda is awesome! Kid friendly and always helpful. Great place. I will never go anywhere else.

If I could give less than one star I would. They were very nice, but I was there for over 2 hours with a child, I witnessed them purchase an animal while I was getting my taxes done, and I paid $500 for them to file for me. My taxes were not any more complicated than anyone elses and when I called to find out why i was charged so much I was informed that corporate sets the prices. I then called corporate to find out why the charge was so high and was informed that this is a private shop and they are allowed to set their own rates. I can only assume they knew they were in the wrong because I was offered $20 (because thats how much I found out it will cost to draw my return off the card they gave me after I was told it would be free), and half off my taxes for next year... their attempt to make things right felt more like an insult and I will absolutely never get my taxes done at this location again. I have no problems with liberty tax as a whole, and have had my taxes done at the asheboro location before and was very pleased, but this particular location made me feel very uneasy about this years return.
