Ive gotten the advance EVERY year no problem I was banking on that to help out with a year like weve had with the corona virus... This year I got denied not even $500 I will not return to h and r block next year Ive been filing with yall since 2006. I WILL NOT EVER FILE WITH YOU AGAIN!!!

Do not go to this place. These people are not certified in what they do. Its a program like turbo tax and they dont care about you. If you want to have your taxes done right then go to Zebas in Mt Plesant... Have the patience as it is worth the wait.
