RAC in Albemarle was so nice and patient with me since this was my first time buying anything from them. The process was so easy: I booked what I wanted online and the next day someone called me to get everything set up. I gave them all the info they needed and they answered any questions I had and set up a free delivery! The prices are amazing and definitely convenient for someone with a busy (but not rich) lifestyle.I will definitely be doing more business with RAC!

Got a bed from rent a center come to find out it had bed bugs they came and got my whole bed but didnt change my mattress and it still had bed bugs why would u give me a used bed.

Went into the store today after being away for a little while. The manager that was there before is back(Jonathan). He’s an awesome dude that looks out for his customers! I’m so glad he’s back. They got an amazing team there. Looking forward to doing business here again.

This store has always been helpful. I’ve chosen a few products I didn’t like and they got right out and exchanged them for an item that fit my needs better. They have always worked with my hectic work schedule and made last minute deliveries. Bertha will make you feel at home by letting you know what’s new as soon as you walk in and helping you to compare options. Brian does great with following up on orders when they don’t have an item on site. I definitely recommend.

Jonathan and Brian and the entire team have always made sure that we get the best experience possible with the Rent-A-Center. We always enjoy the drive to make our payment in person because the customer service is excellent. Jonathan always make sure we get the best quality product and we always get courteous call when our payment is due so we don’t fall behind and to let us know if there’s any new product or any deals that we might need to know about.

Wonderful experience today! From the great customer service in the store with Bertha to the delivery and setup by Brian and RJ. Everyone was respectful and very helpful. Will definitely be back for more appliances in the future!

Great place now with new manager old manager never ordered my things new manager ordered it and was to me before a week promised time.

The people at the store were wonderful. Very helpful in showing me their merchandise.The manager was a great guy to deal with.

I was trying to start a new agreement with this establishment and was told by two separate people that I would be able to leave out with the merchandise upon completion of the rental agreement. An hour and half later they retracted everything. With a promise of a Monday delivery. I needed the item by Sunday and made sure everyone one was made aware of my situation before starting the application.Very deceiving! Will not be back
