I purchased washer/dryer and refrigerator from Badcock on February 24, 2021 they delivered it on February 27th, 2021 and damaged my kitchen and laundry floors. I went through hell trying to get their insurance to pay to replace my brand new floors since my house was just built on February 10, 2021. Fast forward March 28, 2021, I notice the washer doesn’t wash well and it doesn’t remove stains and leave clothes looking dingy even white cloths with bleach doesn’t wash well. I went to the store and spoke to Shellie she said she will exchange it but only if I have someone to pick it up because she will not send her delivery guys back out to my house due to what previously happened, in essence Badcock is punishing me because their delivery employees were not responsible. DO NOT shop at the Albemarle NC location. I will file a complaint with the BBB, and Whirlpool along with letting my Facebook and Instagram followers know about Badcock bad service. Almost $800.00 washer doesn’t perform and it’s Whirlpool. This madness must end…… BBB rate this company B- not recommend company by them. I wished I read it before shopping with them. NEVER AGAIN.... Horrible company....

Nelda was very helpful, nice and accommodating. She was knowledgeable on what was available but not in the store and really listened to what I wanted. Very happy with our purchase! I will return and tell others about my wonderful experience with you good folks.Oh, and the delivery was on point. On time, had everything in and assembled in about an hour. Nice guys too.

The staff of this store is extremely friendly, incredibly helpful, and very knowledgeable about all the products they sell. All my questions were answered quickly, they were happy to order things they don’t normally carry, and even offered to tell what other Badcock stores had it in stock if I really needed to see something in person first.Combine that with the delivery staff who took the utmost care with delivering my purchase, the ease of making my purchase, and great selection... needless to say, I have a favorite furniture store... which is not something I ever expected to say.

We always choose Badcock over Aarons and Rent-a-Center. The payments are way more affordable and the interest rates are always reasonable. Badcocks also has a huge selection of furniture to choose from

Folks workin here are very personable and friendly. Store is clean. We ordered several pieces and they arrived in a timely fashion.

Buyer beware. Went in and ordered a 5 piece dinning set, was told told the price including tax. When it came in the price was almost $200.00 more then I was quoted. They would not sell it at the quoted price, they said they made a mistake. Have proof of price on paper they signed but still would not honor it. Very very upset.
