This was far the best experience I ever had dealing with a body shop. The people there mad me fill like I was the only customer they had and took very care of all my needs. My car was hit in the back and quarter panel and they made my 2020 Honda Accord look like it just left the showroom. I was so amazed at there work that they told me the first day I went over there not to worry about the car it can be fixed. Then they said we are concerned about you and asked me was I okay. Man that made me feel good knowing that my well being was important to them. Look people if you want good service and work please go visit them and I promise you will not be let down. I took my 2017 Honda Civic EX hatchback to Collision Center-Stanely County to drill holes in the hatchback for installing the Civic Type R spoiler wing conversion onto it. Took longer than expected but worth the wait. The best looks on the Civic sometimes take the most time to get it install. The manager was very nice and the employees did a great job of getting the job done. Jeez these Civic Type R spoiler wing aint easy tasks to install. Its a frustrating aftermarket to put on. Thats why let the professionals do it. Always have the template that goes with the Civic Type R spoiler wing conversion you got from the package in the mail to give them to drill the holes correctly. Not all brands designed from different aftermarket companies are created equal. Mine assembly packages was a slightly different design where it legs are from the other brands. But they looks exactly like the type r spoiler wing. Give them enough time and they will get it install correctly and looking good on the car andon the road. No rush, be patient. Give them a try. If the dealership doesnt want to help install your Civic Type R spoiler wing conversion aftermarket, go to CollisionCenter-Stanely County. Just leave the car with them and theyll get it install. Once its done, theyll give you a call to pickup your vehicle.I took my car with the Type R spoiler wing conversion installed on my Honda Civic EX hatchback on the highway cruising and it holds stiffness for a long time driving experience. It looks gorgeous on my 2017 Honda Civic EX Hatchback. It stands out from the rest without the Type R aftermarket spoiler wing on. Like most people says, what you see is what you get from the dealership.Make sure you put 3M tapes on your Type R spoiler wing parts and screws them tightly with the 3M tapes around the holes. It helps stabilized and tighten the spoiler wing pieces together before installing. They tends to make sqeaky noises without the 3M tapesand feel like they could fall off the hatchback trunk while driving at higher speed at 70-80 miles per hour.

Had some minor body damage that need to be fixed dropped it off on Monday and picked it up on Thursday.

By far the most unprofessional place I’ve been to. I was told my car would be done 5 different times and told “oh we just found something else to fix, it’ll be another week” every time when all that needed to be done should have been assessed before even working on it. Then when they actually had it “finished”, I found a part that was still broken instantly it was so obvious. I was told that “it happens” but they should have higher standards for their workers, especially if they can’t take 5 minutes to look over their work. Not to mention the fact that the whole drivers side is covered in dirt from the mechanic, yet they took all day “cleaning” it. My car was still drivable and they didn’t want to pay for my rental so I was told to come back in another week to fix it. Would not suggest this place if you’re expecting your vehicle being ready on time or being right.Edit: a week later and I’ve found that my horn, that was on the list of things fixed, doesn’t work as well. Will be calling my insurance company to have another mechanic go over all of their work.

Keep going back to get car adjusted or problems found. They will not call you to inform you on updates on your vehicle. Unprofessional, unorganized. Stay away.
