Front desk clerk was awesome and helpful. They even gave me a loner since theres no Uber In the area. The service was much better than my luxury car dealership.

Shana the manager was a sweetheart and knew what she was talking about. We waited for a while but it was worth it! The guys took good care of us even checked my tire pressure and fluids for free! Loved how thorough they were!

Put new brake shoes and drums, replaced back shocks and sway bar. Car drives much smoother now. Shana is awesome. Very professional and a very kind and sweet person.

I dont know about the other stores , but the people working in this store were wonderful. Friendly professional and hospitable. I was not only told what was wrong , they showed me. They did an excellent job and I will be taking my car back to them for all my mechanical problems in the future.

I arrived at the business at opening. Waited to get the vehicle into the bay. Then it took an hour to get a simple quote for brakes. All the while the two mechanics and the lady in the garage were standing around typically on their phones. The lady in the front told people in the waiting room that there had already been complaints with the lady in the back being so slow. I will not go back. My time and me being a customer was taken for granted and disrespected

Service was good, the lady up front was very nice The guy that did the brake work was very informative. The only suggestion I would make is for the employees to let the customers know that its going to take 3 hours to change the brake pads so we could have made plans to do something else while our car was being fixed.

Great experience! I’m currently sitting waiting for my breaks to be done. They gave a free estimate and looked over my vehicle to determine what was wrong with it within 10 minutes after walking in without an appointment. They fixed my break pads and rotors without an appointment within like 1 hour... super speedy! The price was reasonable as it can be for breaks and rotors (rotors just aren’t cheap). They also gave me a discount for the rotors and pads, which was nice. Would recommend!

This was my first time here, and I just walked in, no appointment, to have my brakes and rotors looked at. The lady working the front was very kind and professional, and although they were slammed they were somehow able to fit me in. Had front brakes and rotors replaced, very reasonably priced in my opinion, and a job well done quicker than I thought itd be. You get pictures and updates and recommendations sent right to your phone through the whole process. Highly satisfied and I will be back for future needs, highly recommend.

I made an appointment online for 1:30, arrived at 1:25 and was checked in by a very nice, friendly lady. I sat in the lobby which was pretty full (7 seats, 5 of which were full). My truck was due to have the oil changed and I asked to have the brakes checked. The truck was taken to a bay at 2:45 - an hour and 15 minutes after my appointment time! Another customer had come in about 30 minutes after me and her car was serviced and returned within 45 minutes. My truck was ready at about 3:30 - 2 and 1/2 hours of waiting with no updates other than the message sent by text which said the oil was changed, tires rotated and there was a disposal fee for the old oil and filter. No mention of checking the brakes. I asked the cashier about the brakes and she said they were checked and were fine. I paid and left. About 15 minutes down the road I heard the rubbing, grinding noise when I used the brakes. Maybe it was something other than the brakes, but no one talked to me about what was done to my vehicle. The cashier was excellent but the rest of the staff needs some training on dealing with customers. It would have been nice if someone had talked to me about my vehicle and what was done, what was found wrong and about the brakes, even suggestions as to what could be the problem instead of the brakes. I was not happy with the way things happened. I will not return to this store and probably not any Meineke location.

Went to this Meineke to get an oil change, I brought my own oil & oil filter & they still charged for the price of a regular oil change. I will NOT be back to this location, when they first open they had the rudest management & now they’re clearly over charging. Had I known they would charge the regular price I would’ve NEVER went & I WON’T be back!!!

My first two experiences went wonderfully. Kudos!3rd time:Had 8:00 appointment. Got there and got turned away because someone supposedly dropped the ball. Then...got lied to about availability of the parts. Had to go back the next day. Job done. ?? Car pulls to the left after the alignment.Had 9:00 appointment today. They took the car in 1 1/2 hrs late. Is this place a doctor’s office?Will this story continue. I certainly hope not.

These are some absolutely amazing people. They went out of their way to ensure my repair was done. I damaged my Jeep in Uwharrie and these guys and gals fixed me up top notch and because of them I was able to drive my jeep home instead of having to be towed over 200 miles home. We make a few trips to Uwharrie every year and this will be where we go for any repair we need. Highly recommended !!!!!Thank you all for your awesome welding skills and your kind hearts. The young lady that checked us in was very nice and polite. The service was excellent and not a very long wait time.

I requested an oil change and tire rotation. I got the oil change but they did not do my tire rotation. I ask about it and told the lady they didn’t rotate my tires. She advised me that their manager had been fired the day before and they were unable to access all of their computer systems. She apologized and removed the charge for the tire rotation. It was very busy and the ladies working in the office appeared to be doing their best. No biggie, but after waiting over an hr for a scheduled appointment I was just ready to get out of there.If you are going to fire a manager I would think it would be wise to have someone who can fill the spot and knows the job instead of leaving two ladies stuck dealing with all that.

Called and told them what I wanted done to my wifes car, she needed brake pads replaced. When she took the car they tried to get her to do 1000 dollars worth of stuff that was unnecessary. When she called me and told me they kept trying to do unnecessary stuff until my wife told them I was a mechanic. Thats the reason I called and made the appointment and told them exactly what I wanted done. Nothing more nothing less.

My wife and I made an appointment for 10am on a Saturday for a muffler replacement and to have the shocks inspected. We arrived at 8am and they took us right in, which was great. After about 30 minutes we were given an estimate for repairs. The cost would be over 1700.00 dollars which was way more than we could afford, but told them to go ahead and replace the muffler at a cost of 400.00 but were told they didnt have the one we needed in stock but had another that would work but no one could install it because their welder wasnt working today. Bummer, so no repairs were made. Everyone was friendly and explained they could order the parts for the whole job and do the work one day next week. I decided to do the work myself and saved about 1000.00.

Visited to get a NC inspection to renew vehicle registration. Friendly efficient and brought my car right to the waiting room with all documentation ready and waiting on my passenger seat.Will try getting an Oul change next

I took my sons truck for an inspection.. everyone was super friendly..they were fast and left the truck right in front of the door for me...if you need an inspection its a great place to go...I bet they do good work on everything else to..lol

Great celebration gathering with free foods, prizes, and staff!Update: after several repairs and chances to know all of the staff, Im totally impressed by how they cared for my vehicles with state of the art technologies, me--as a customer, and unbeatable price with quality work.Once my ticket is established, I get an email which I can follow on my phone of whats done to my car and when its finished. A long with the email, I get pictures, price, and any recommendations or future services that are needed. I dont know of any other places in town has that!Their team members are wonderful and helpful. The work is well explained and will go beyond expectations to have my vehicles done right--this is the kind of place that I can trust and have all of my family members come to.I cant wait for them to start doing State Inspection, I heard they are in the process and itll be very soon!

Edit: The manager we knew is gone and the service went right along with it. Bit of an attitude from the guy who put the parts on our car. He did not tighten bolts properly and they came loose and started rattling just days after we had the work done. Had to take it to someone else to have it looked over and tightened up properly. Definitely wont be returning.Trustworthy mechanics and friendly staff in the reception area. We bring our cars here for pretty much everything. They are knowledgeable and take the time to answer any questions we have.

I needed rotors on my truck and they checked it and I needed brakes and rotors but it was gonna cost me $ 586 bucks so I just waited on it. They have good customer service.

I will absolutely come back to this location. Sam at the front desk was wonderful. I showed up 25 minutes before my appointment time and they took me right in. I believe the shop guys names were Chris and Ryan maybe, Im not really sure. They were extremely professional and had me in and out in 30 minutes. The shop manager didnt try to up sell me on anything. In fact he told me my car was in really great shape. He explained that they check your tires and inspected the whole car just as an extra step. It literally only cost me like $23 with taxes and all. I was in an out in around 30 minutes. I will absolutely be going back to this location. The staff was so friendly and efficient. Thanks again guys for an awesome experience.

They were short handed for an hour or so, but the manager rolled up his sleeves and went out on the bay and started working right alongside his technicians. That spoke volumes to me. Then when my car was finished, he gave me my invoice, and as I was paying he told me what a great bunch of guys hes working with and how much they mean to him. As long as I get customer service like this, I wont be leaving, and oh boy will I be reccomending!

I waited 3 hours for the simple turn of the roaters and brake pads. I never saw them actually turn the roaters. 3 longs hours. One lady got tired of waiting and left.The man in front of me had waited 3 hours also, for just brakes.

Have to say I had a great experience when I went there to get tires put on my vehicle and also had the alignment done as well. They were very friendly and very knowledgeable were very willing to show me exactly what was wrong with my vehicle and even save me some money in the end on the price. Over the last year I’ve had my oil changed twice on my 2015 Ram Eco Diesel, tires rotated, front end alinement, brakes replaced, new front rotors and rear rotors turned. All work was completed and truck works fine. Friendly staff and knowledgeable.

Thought I had a serious situation going on with my exhaust but instead It was something funny. Guy gave me some advice about something else that was going on with my car and that made me very appreciative because most mechanics try to take advantage of ladies when they need assistance. I’ve definitely became a customer and would recommend to friends and family

They clearly dont prioritize communication. Dropped vehicle off at 1215 Thursday Required me calling myself three hours later for an estimate, which affectively ended any chance of getting the car to a competitor. Agreed to the Price Gouge with no complaints ($683.11). Still get a last minute call back that job wont complete by 5, and they need to keep the car til Friday Morning. Slips any says they havent even ordered the parts, pretended not to hear him. Still patient with them. Promised I will receive text and or email as the navigate through the repair process. Receive nothing and have to call myself again to be told flatly; oh we just finishedCan assure you my business will never return to this location.

I went for an oil change kinda pricey but I understand that my vehicle takes six courts of synthetic and paying someone to do it. But it was fast the people were friendly. In and out of there I believe it was about 20 minutes!!

He made sure my car was all good before I left. Love this place. They are all so nice and answer any questions. Forsure will always go here.

I took my wife’s Kia in to have the front brakes checked. I was given a very thorough assessment and was taken to see the car on the lift so that the tech could explain everything. Within ten minutes I had received an assessment and a price quote for repairs.
