Called over 5hrs threw insurance for a tow and here it is 6hrs later and still no tow and cant get anyone on the phone anymore. So please ppl find better service if your really in need.

My sister was told a price of 150 for 20 miles. 5 miles after pick up we stopped at the store to get the 150 out ATM and he jacked the price up to 350 for 20 miles. We refused to pay and cops were called. Ended up still having to pay him 150 for less than 5 miles which is not the destination of our choice ust because he can do that after hooking the car up. Scam artists to the fullest with this company

Terrible experience!!! The man driving offered to sell me a car right before damaging my car even more. He did not do his job properly. My car was not jacked up high enough and he still continued to let it down even though the front tire was dragging causing the front of my car to hang off on that side.

Don’t use this company. Mustafa scratched/dented my car and was attempting to make me sign a waiver saying that I was going to be responsible for the incident. He refused to listen to us and still till this day will not right his wrongs with fixing the problem.If I could use 0 stars, i would.

Husband was stranded yesterday on 06/03/20.. the insurance company(State Farm) called to schedule a towing service for his vehicle to be picked up. This was between 7:00am-9:30am. The company sent a text stating to call. I guess the number was the cell number to the on call worker. Number ending in 9812. My husband called this number numerous times, no answer, and my father in law called, no answer. After they called a few times. Whomever the worker is.. felt the need to BLOCK both of their numbers so they couldn’t call anymore. Very unprofessional company. The least you could do is be professional enough to answer your phone to let someone who is STRANDED know that you are not coming. They had to call the insurance company back so the insurance company could contact another towing company. My husband was stranded for almost 3 hrs.

Came very quickly and service was great

After waiting almost 4 hours for them to get here. A young kid shows up with no tools to change the tire. First thing that was said was my truck needed to be towed without even looking at it. Finally I got him some jacks so he could change the tire and he couldnt even take the tire off. I had to call someone else to change it. I will never use MMM Towing ever again. I also filed a complaint with my RSA.
