Best nail salon if you want precision! Theyre timely when you have an appointment and they value perfection..Leah and Michael, in particular, are HIGHLY recommended.

I put 1 star because I could not post otherwise. My daughter is a student at UAlbany and she went to the salon to get her eyebrows done and she was burned under her eyebrows. Needless to say I am livid and she is embarrassed. This was her first time going there. What an awful experience!

Gel pedicure and fill please. They are one of my favorite places.

First time using this salon, not great experience. Made an appointment prior to coming in and was totally forgotten. No record of appointment even though it was made days in advance. Person who was suppose to do my nails said she was still with her client when I made an appointment for that time! Asked for design, did not get one, was told she could do one. Not professional at all, probably will not go again.

I had a pedi and ANC manicure this past weekend. The woman who did both services for me was extremely distracted by her young son running around the salon. She was also facetiming the entire time she was doing my manicure. I have nail polish all over my toes, the ANC in thick and looks terrible. I will absolutely never go back!!!!

Now I have only been to this place twice, the first time went really well and I could not be happier with the service I got. The second time my friends and I went and were told there will be a 10 minute wait, which was fine with us. We waited a half hour for only one of us to be let in at a time. I was the last one to go in and after putting on the acrylics (with no nail polish or anc powder) I was asked to pay up front before getting the rest of the service done. Mind you, I did not see anyone else being asked to pay up front. So I paid and we went on with the manicure. I felt like my lady rushed through my whole manicure, I finished before both my friends who went in a hour and a half hour before me. After my manicure, my nails had small chips, were uneven and did not look at all as good as the first time I came in. I don’t know if it was because it was so close to closing and maybe she wanted to get all the customers out but I was not pleased with this time going in.

I had the best mani and pedi! I had the deluxe with gel polish and the massage was amazing and my toes look so good! The Salon was pretty and Super clean. I would highly recommend!

Most painful manicure I’ve ever had and nails are really chunky. The pedicure was really lovely but rushed when i was trying to explain how i wanted my nails so i went with a regular set.

I had to write my first review about the salon! I came in after I had went to another salon who didn’t do a great job despite the great reviews. This was my first time going to this salon and I think that they have got a keeper! I went to this salon base on the other comments and photos on google which were great. I showed them this photo to the left to the receptionist to see if this was something they could do and I was seen right away by Larry. He did an amazing job and that means a lot coming from me because I am very picky. He took his time which I appreciate because the experience I have had is that they just want to get you out the door ASAP which I understand but slow and stead + diligent work = a better tip. He had me check his work each step of the way to make sure I like them. This was my first time getting almond nails and I love them!!! The receptionist was really nice. The salon was very clean. They also had cute little princess pedicure chairs for girls the the back. definitely coming back!

I have been getting my nails done here for years and started bringing my daughter a couple years ago. We have standing appointments every 3 weeks to ensure we get a spot. Lee runs an very friendly, welcoming and clean salon. I recommend 13/10

Last over a month, they offer you a beverage upon arrival, wonderful massage chairs. They have good quality polishes that they last over 2-3 weeks. 100 pleased w/th all service here!

Came in the nail salon for getting the Shellac manicure/pedicure w/th MY daughter. They had a great personality and did an amazing. The atmosphere at the shop was nice. Will definitely be coming back!

Been looking for a nail shop that would accommodate my hard to please standards. I dont doubt that they are GREAT. Its a calming place and clean. This is DEF my new nail salon of choice.

She gave me any good advises for toes. Aslo, the atmosphere is upscale but not hoity-toity. If you experience what you think is a communication gap, this is your place!

I went to get a manicure package with my friend. My friend’s thumb nail had a bubble and fell out the same night. My nail tech, Lindsey, got annoyed with me when I pointed out 2 dents on my nails and asked her politely to fix it. Instead of doing her job properly and fix my nails, she got offended then proceeded to start painting all of my nails and messing it up.Michael and Tina are the two nail technicians that helped fixed my nails. They were cordial, handled the situation, and did a decent job like how it should have been in the first place. However, they did not finished the package (with massage) I payed for and said it was done after the nails were fixed.The environment was not the friendliest as the other worker started to converse in their language and kept looking over after the incident.If you are trying to find a decent place with a good nail job or friendly people, this is not the place. 100% would not recommend if you want to save yourself from headache and disappointment.

Really enjoyed this nail salon! Theyre vigilant for each of fingers. and talented. And did a wonderful onto my feet like as what I asked for. Couldnt imagine going any whereelse. So great for my service.

Got my nails done here. Will never come back. None of the tools get cleaned and the nail tech made me bleed. I really am hoping I dont get an infection!

Every time I come here the Nail Technicians take everyone else ahead of me. Ive been sitting here since 7:15pm and theyve take 3 people who came in after me before me. I would do 0 stars if I could. Its absolutely ridiculous how they dont have a system in place for getting your nails done in an orderly fashion.

Affordable pricing but not worth it, the staff were rushing you to get your nails done, don’t wanna hear how you want your nails, skipping processes, trying to tell me to get more services, accidentally cut my skin(not too bad)...unfortunately I got all of these bad experiences in one session, don’t waste your time and money

It clean and the ladies speak English very well.
