I would recommend this nail salon, although I only have Pedicures & manicures of my real nails that I can speak to.Call ahead, make appointment and enjoy the ambiance of the salon as you are being worked on.

Wow! Excellent service and friendly. My legs have issues but they did not have any issue doing a pedicure for me. Everything was clean and safe. Now for my nails ❤❤❤ Tony. My nail design is amazing

The guy working (I think hes the owner) did my nails and he was amazing! Hes a perfectionist! He didnt like the way one nails top coat was so he redid it without me even asking! I would 1000% recommend them to everyone

I would have to say this was the best pedicure Ive ever had. They really spent a lot of time massaging your legs and feet. My manicure was great too, they also massage your hands and arms. Very nice experience.

The guy cut my fingers every time I went in 3 times lmao him and his wife are sweet and charge a decent price but the nail files were super gross and had like 6 different colors on them. Overall the nails lasted and looked real nice so.

I have been going to Pretty nails for about a year , Tony and Tina are so sweet and hospitable. Their salon is clean and well kept , they are always busy and very good at what they do . I am always happy with my nails and feet . The prices are good too . Love this place ❤️

Great experience getting a mani/pedi for my 8 yr old daughter! They didnt skimp on the experience for her at all! The price was incredibly reasonable as well. They have a very clean facility and the employees are following all the proper Covid protocols. We will definitely be back!

Tina was very sweet and did a great job. I love the massage chair while getting a pedicure. This may seem like pampering but it was therapy for my fibromyaliga.

They always find a spot for me in their schedule. Hard workers, fairly priced, and darn good at their jobs. I get acrylics done here and theyre always exactly what I want, not to mention they stay on longer then any other salon Ive been to. Amazing color selections and attention to detail. My second time at this nail salon. I was a walk in and they were able to get me if right in. The newly remodeled decor is absolutely lovely and the place is very clean. The gentleman and lady working there could not be any kinder. My nails look fabulous. Thank you.

Very clean and calm salon. I had a wonderful pedicure from Johnny, who didnt bother me with unnecessary chatter. I was able to just sit and relax. Standard pricing, and complementary beverages are a nice touch. Good location too.

Worst experience here ever!!!!! The lady told us a price and then when we went to check out they charged us something else. When we asked the lady told us she said something else. Very rude, before we even checked out they seemed to want us out and did a horrible job at the pedicure. Won’t ever return here, and will be sure to tell everyone I know not to either.

That was one of the worst experiences Ive ever had with getting my nails done. If I could I would of given them zero stars. First of all the guy didnt know what he was doing when I asked for a dip. There was no options on different color. He used a cuticle cutter to cut the sides of the old dip off my nails. Which Ive had dip done on my nails for about 6 months now I know how its supposed to go. He broke about 3 of the nails and cut some of them down so then they were uneven. After, He started to peel the dip off my nails WITH THE ACRYLIC NAILS damaging them which I have a big problem with. He filed them down with a file that was used on someone else damaging them MORE. He tried to put a tip on one of the nails to fix that he broke it, but I told him no I do not do acrylic and you shouldnt of the broke the nail in the first place. Once he started the dip he switched the color and the clear dip so the clear dip was on top of the color making them look cloudy. There was way too much excess on my nails from him rushing and then hurt my cuticles with the grinder. All I have to say is NEVER ASK FOR DIP POWDER FROM THERE.

New owner as of 3 months ago, Johnny did a manicure for my two daughters, age 4 and 7, who had both managed to kick the habit of chewing their nails. This is their first time getting a manicure, and I worried a little because my oldest had fingers that looked like a _wreck_ just because she is so active, it seemed like such a challenge to clean them up without hurting her. Johnny was so patient, and careful, and did such a great job. Both girls are very happy, and Im happy. Well be back.

This is the only nail salon I will go to! I will commute from all over just to come here. Great customer service, my nails actually last, clean salon, and free drinks! Johnny is super friendly and worth the trip.

Ive been here a few times and the service was decent for the price but recently when I have come in to see if they have had any openings last minute they cant help me. Today I called for an appointment and was hung up on. There is no need to be rude on there end

Never buy a gift card from this terrible business! I tried to use mine on several occasions and was unable to schedule, I was then told that they would honor it after it had expired because they knew that I had tried to get in multiple times with in the year. Made an appt for today and was humiliated in front of others about the fact that it had expired 2 months ago. I will now spend my days making sure that everyone knows how they have treated me and won’t stop until an apology and an $80 refund are issued! The owner knows who I am and has my number. I never received the services I paid for and they need to make this right.

They did me a real favor late on a Friday afternoon. Left the house for work event and had really let my nails go too long. They squeezed me in, clipped and filed and got me out quick. Followed state regs and charged me what I am accustomed to paying.

The technicians are good but the PRODUCT they use is terrible! Ive been getting my nails done at this salon for about 6 months. All of a sudden the gel polish was chipping within a day. My technician explained that its because of the top coat that is being used.I wont go back. There is no reason to wear gel polish that chips. Ive been wearing this type of polish for many years from other salons. I have never had a problem with chipping until now.

Great place to get your toes done at least. Went with my mom and we both had a pleasant experience and the staff was friendly. Prices are also good. Would recommend.

DO NOT LET THIS NAIL SALON DO DIP NAILS! They have no idea what they are doing my friends nails were damaged upon removal of her previous DIP Nails. The set of dip nails that were done on her looked awful. They were super thick. She’s had DIP nails for months from another state and after coming to this salon knows they were done wrong. Not coming back ever.

Ive been here twice for a pedicure, both times as a walk in, and have had good experiences! Customer service was wonderful. Great care was taken in removing gel polish, clipping cuticles and nails etc. I had a wicked broken nail that was taken care of beautifully, thank you!

Ann is the only tech in the world allowed to touch my nails! Shes the best! ❤That was my 5 star review before. Ann doesnt work here now, so dont bother unless you want to be yelled at on the phone and then get chunky awful nails .

My sister and I have a tradition of going and getting a pedicure when one of us is pregnant together and this is definitely the place we will be going from now on.

The owner actually said to me ALL BLACK people are dirty. I happened to be a very light skinned mixed woman. I WAS MORTIFIED! It took everything in me to keep from slapping him in his face. BUT I quickly thought I dont want to end up with a bullet in the back of my head. Thank goodness I had already paid after washing my hands. Hence, I asked him what his name was and quickly grabbed my purse and left. NEVER coming back again.

They do a nice job. I wouldnt want to have the guy who is answering the phone 100 times during my pedicure. Otherwise its a clean salon & everyone is polite.

The men working there were direct to the point of rudeness. They didn’t put a top coat on my moms pedicure. My French tips were terrible on one hand, I wasn’t going to say anything but the guy asked later how I liked them so I showed him the differences between hands and he tried to blame it on the light and then said “well it’s dry”. Later he did offer to my mom to redo my hand but I’d rather pay to have another salon do them correctly then sit there for another 25 minutes with them. Their equipment is dusty and overall cleanliness seemed subpar and questionable . Would not recommend.

Left a horrible review about this place and it has since been deleted. Pretty Nails is the worst salon I have ever been to, the rudest most condescending customer service I have EVER experienced. My hands were slapped by the nail tech, told me how horrible shape my nails were in and proceeded to take my tips off. Needless to say I picked up my nail supplies and left. Please select another salon before considering Pretty Nails salon.

This place is trash now that Kenny is gone!!!! The first time I went in there sense Johnnys ownership the lady did one of my nails crooked and when I told her about it she got an attitude with me and yelled at me that it was just my fingernail Ive been getting my nails done for years and Ive never had a crooked nail be just my finger!! Then the man had the audacity to act like I just wanted a discount or something when my nail was clearly crooked!! (If I didnt have the money to pay I wouldnt go!!) I decided to give them another chance, over a month later I made an appointment a day in advance because I forsure needed my nails done for a party, well suprise when I got there the lady was extremely rude she wouldnt even do my nails even though I was literally the only person in there. Ive never in my life had worse customer service!!!!!! GO TO UNIQUE NAILS!! Not only did they save my life that day , but they did it with better products for cheaper ,and with a way way better attitude. and they waxed my eyebrows flawless! Johnny and his terrible employee are not going to last long if they keep being rude to people that pay for their living!

This place was one of the worst experiences I have ever had, they embarrassed me and my family. All I wanted was to get my nails done because we had two gift cards made for it, but they would not take it. They rudely told me that it was way over expired and that we would have to pay it again. Do not come here if you want bad service and a rude person to do your nails.

When a child comes into a business and leaves crying theres something really wrong. The owner of this nail salon is so unprofessional. There is no place in this area for a business that has poor ethics.

The new owners have been owners of other salons in town. Anne has constantly been rude to customers. I avoid any place she owns or works.

I like Kelli, I always do the jell nails. Last time they lasted 3 weeks!
