Good morning i’m just here to tell you guys what happen to me when I went to ASPEN DENTAL ON 979 central Ave suite 400 for my first exam, check up and etc. I first set the appointment I was told my first check up is free because of it’s my first time and that cool and everything I like that who don’t like free. But when I got to the office it was a whole different story and I was completely lied to. They told me I had to pay 300 just for a checkup today and said they are not honor of my coupon because I got it from the call center and I guess both party are not on the same page and when I try to get a little Understanding on how this can happen I was totally ignore and brush pass making me feel like I wasn’t wanted or belong there. Also when I try to get any form of complain form they act like they didn’t hear me when I was just trying to get a fully understanding of what going on THANK YOU ASPEN DENTAL FOR THE Experience.

I was very happy with my experience, I was in and out within a reasonable amount of time. The staff was very friendly , they answered all my questions. They explained things I didnt understand.

Life changing experience. Aspen Dental treated me very professional, friendly, and provided me with the best recommendation. Im now confident when smiling around others and in addition will be receiving invisalign treatment to straighten out my teeth. Aspenmazing!

Jules is an awesome hygienist! The entire experience between scheduling, x-rays, cleaning, and personnel interactions were everything you could hope for when it comes to a visit to the dental office!

The doctor and staff were efficient and friendly. A truly judgement free zone! We were very pleased.

Other dentist offices told me I needed to pay for my procedures upfront and wait to see if my insurance would cover anything. Aspen Dental was able to tell me exactly what my insurance covered right away and were able to come up with a financing plan that made my life so much easier. The staff is very pleasant and scheduling is very quick. This is my dentist office for now on.

This was the best experience I have had when it comes to dentists. I have been through many the past few years because I had braces so once a month with check ups, 3 times a year with another dentist, visits after visits and not all were friendly and most visits I walked out in agony. This was the first place where they listened to me when I said my teeth were sensitive and they used a numbing gel before the cleaning which was amazing. I didnt feel anything and the hygienist was so wonderful and intelligent. I would definitely recommend this dentist office.

Didnt like it at all ! Everything was fine from the time i walked into the office and ended after the x-rays . When i was prepared for my tooth to be pulled the nurse took my DNA 😠 and she lied when i asked her what she was doing ! So i begin to get really nervous. The dentist turned on the surgeon light and it blow out 👀!! Dentist was hiding theat long needle behind his back & told me that h has to stick me 5 times and i really got even more nervous because he didnt have a light to see where he was going to stick that needle in my gums . I🏃🏃🏃 outta there quick! My tooth havent been hurting since ✌😂

Very dysfunctional front office. I had three people call to remind me of appointments that I cancelled months prior. Now Im getting billed for the cancelled appointments and work that was never performed.

This was my first visit to Aspen. I was highly satisfied! I had a molar removed and the dentist I went to prior told me I would have to see an oral surgeon. Not Aspen, the dentist removed the tooth. Needless to say I will be going back to them. All staff were great👍👍👍. 5 stars after next visit.

I see the text of my prior review was removed.Its been nearly 4 years and I still have a gap between two teeth due to the filling I received here. The process was also more painful than anywhere else Ive had a filling done. They were very rough and clearly made some sort of mistake because they pushed my teeth out of alignment which have still not moved back into place. I have to carry floss everywhere, it gets inflamed, its a nightmare. I wish I had lodged a complaint when I knew the doctors name.

Not very good at all. My insurance was not verified until after they took a bunch of XRAYS. I was supposed to have a cleaning but that was not done because they called me the next day telling me they dont take my insurance. They shouldve looked into that before my appointment. What a waste of time.

The front desk personnel that you speak to after seeing the doctor gave me more of an understanding than the actual dentist. The woman who did my X-ray was great thoughtThe dentist was so brief and he even began speaking really low I felt very judged. He didn’t seem to care much about tally dental health Bc he wasn’t trying to save any of my teeth for my health he recommended we remove so many! Now I do have a few cavities and in need of a root canal but his instructions were careless!I felt judged for not yet having insurance and didn’t feel the appropriate time was taken for me. So now that I’ve been approved for dental insurance I will seek further counsel and another dentist. I DO NOT RECOMMEND. I only have two stars Bc it wasn’t all terrible it was my experience with the dentist Dr Arena and his “expertise” that made me dissatisfied with my experience. He explained the damages of my teeth well as we went thru the X-rays but I didn’t leave feeling like I knew what was best to do and removing 5 teeth was absurd.

I was greeted by a very pleasant lady and I was called right away. Another young lady came out to do my x-rays she was also very pleasant and sweet. She brought me to the exam room and I waited for the dentist. This is where things started to go down hill. He came in with an assistant both stood there staring at me. I had to start Hello my name is and you are and then he told me his name. During the exam he hit my teeth by accident 3 times because he was so rough. He confirmed what the other dentist told me so I believe he . was knowledge able but he needs to work on his bedside manner. During check out there were 2 young ladies who sat there talking back and forth for 12 minutes about how sick & tired They were. They never acknowledge me still standing there waiting to check out. I will say the 2 ladies I encountered when I arrived were great. The other staff are in bad need of a Customer Service training.

Dont do it, go elsewhere. These people are rude, the staff doesnt explain things properly. I have great dental benefits. Spent an hour at my appointment, then 30 minutes scheduling detailed work and at the end was met with a demand of money to make those appointments, then an attitude from the scheduler when I stated I had none and didnt know I would need to pay on covered services... Sad really. Ill never step foot into another Aspen dental and Ill be sure to tell my coworkers who also have this dental ins. To stay the f away from aspen dental. Crooks.

Ive been a patient there for for five years now. Ill never go anywhere else!Ive had a partial done by them, I go in there regularly for checkups and teeth cleaning and an occasional filling. Ive also been battling gum disease.Thanks to Aspen Dental my mouth is healthier than ever.I wont go anywhere else!The folks there are friendly, courteous and take excellent care of me.Theyre pretty prompt with their appointments; I dont have to wait very long to be seen. Usually within5-10 minutes.

Im only giving it 2 stars because the demogorgons in the front even considered seeing me without an appointment. but to have me waiting for as long as i did and didnt even have the courtesy to say; when i’ll be seen or how much longer i’ll be waiting. and when i went up and told them its ok i’ll cancel. all they said was ok, and kept talking. no apology or even offer to reschedule me. those mouth breathers better had deleted my info.

They were all kind and attentive to help me. Though I am a foreigner and have a little hardship in communication, they were willing to pay attention to what I was saying and explained one by one kindly. I was very relieved and must come back when I got a severe toothache again

Clean, quality, caring and professional facility. everyone from the Admin person to the PA to the dentist were exceptional. I highly recommend Aspen Dental. And my hats off to them for providing free dental care for Veterns once a year. They took care of a nasty cavity for me for free!

So, I came to Aspen dental 2 years ago to have my wisdom teeth removed. I had dental insurance at the time as well which covered some but not all of the procedure. To take care of this , Aspen dental offered me a no interest loan, If paid within 10 months, to finance the rest of the procedure. Let me reiterate that this was in Feb of 2017. I took out the loan and paid it off before the 10 months were up and all was fine and dandy. Here it is 2 and a half years later and these people put me into collections for the remainder of the procedure because they did not get paid by my insurance. How is this my fault? When I was there I was told insurance covers this, you finance this and its all set. Now my credit score dropped 90 pts because these morons do not know how to set up accounts paid and received. This is not the first time I have been made aware that they do this either. Had i known before hand i would have researched a more reputable dental company. I will update this review once my lawyer has served the manager legal documents. Stay away

The only reason im ok with leaving 1 star is because the people are pretty nice. The business is a scam. Its a cash grab for those who are unfortunate enough to end up walking into this place. They say you need certain special treatments, when you absolutely dont. Or if you are in need of special treatments, they will do it without checking for proper insurance coverage. They dance around the financials like a $300+ charge is meaningless. This is not a review against the people who work here. They are friendly. It is the business practice they are taught. Absolutely disgusting using dental health as a cash grabbing scheme. Do NOT step foot into this place.

I was nervous about going to Aspen Dental because of the negative reviews, but I was lucky to not have any issues. I made a next day appointment because I was experiencing mouth pain and I didnt want to have any issues on an upcoming vacation. Everyone at the front desk was friendly and helpful, as was the woman taking my X-rays, the two women that took a scan of my mouth, and the doctor. I hate the doctor and the dentist, and they were all so nice that I didnt want to cry in the chair. My appointment was for 8:15, I was out and on my way to work by 9am.

I am always extremely nervous at dentists offices, but Aspen made me feel at ease, and respected my anxiety disorder, then offered if there was anything they could do to make me feel more comfortable. It was a good experience for a first time visit and they will work with those who have no insurance. I payed nothing for my first visit, and for the upcoming services, Ive been financed for 50 dollars a month. I always thought I couldnt afford to go to the dentist, Aspen has made me feel differently. Today, Im scheduled to have an extraction, so Ill re-update after the procedure itself. Would absolutely recommend to anyone who needs dental work done in a timely manner.

Received a very Quick appointment for a cleaning, professional service rendered....

I had positively stellar visits to the Albany office! The hygienist, Marissa, is a consummate professional with a gentle touch. Dr. Arena provided me with concise information and made me feel completely at ease with the procedure he performed. The office manager, Kristen, went out of her way to secure the best possible financing that I could receive. If you are like me and avoid dental procedures with a passion then I would absolutely recommend this office for your next visit!

The hygienist was amazing. Very good at what she does. She was very gentle and explained absolutely everything to me and made sure I understood before I left.

All of the staff were very pleasant when I went in with a broken tooth. Since I do not have insurance, they took a set of x-days and a dental exam at no cost, then wrote up a treatment plan in excess of $3000.00, indicating that it was an all -or-nothing type of plan and they would require 60% before scheduling any work! So, not having over $1800.00 on me at the time, I could not proceed with the extraction of the broken tooth. Very concerned because I am in a wheelchair and rely on others to transport when they are available, usually evenings and weekends when this office is closed.

Very professional. Used covid safety precautions. Pleasant staff. On time appointment.

Definitely a 5 star service. Thanks to a piece of bone in boneless chicken my tooth shattered. They were able to get me into their office within a half hour notice and perform an extraction at a price that literally cannot be beaten anywhere. They were VERY friendly and personable and treated me with so much respect. Mind you I have no insurance and work retail and was able to afford this procedure today. I highly recommend Aspen dental!

My continuing experiences with Aspen dental have been an absolute pleasure. Dr. Arena and the support staffs professionalism are second to none!

Great staff. Everything was on time. Clear explanations by the very knowledgeable doctor. The X-rays and exam WERE free. Cost of the planned procedures was very steep, however payment plans and financing were available and offered. I will be going back if I can ever afford it. Thank you aspen dental in Albany.

I took my 91 year old uncle to Aspen to possibly fix or repair his 34 year old dentures. Due to the age of his dentures, they recommended to replace with new. All staff was extremely friendly and helpful. My uncle is handicapped and they helped him through the process. They took x-rays and provided him with new teeth at an extremely affordable price.

I have my wisdom teeth removed at the Niskayuna branch and it went very smoothly. I would definitely recommend Aspen Dental as a dentist and as a oral surgeon. Very friendly, informative, they make sure all my questions are answered, and I was comfortable before starting the procedure and after it was over. I was very anxious and the staff put me at ease. I had a great visit...the staff was pleasant and helpful.

They cancelled my first appointment a half hour before it was scheduled. They called to change the rescheduled appointment for an earlier time. As someone who works this is extremely inconvenient. Once I was there, there was no dental hygienist to do the cleaning. Now I cant go somewhere else for cleaning for 6 months because most places require a full exam which my insurance wont cover.

I only came to this place because I needed to make an appointment right away, as I cracked my tooth badly the day before. I just recently moved to the area and havent gotten a Dentist yet so it was an emergency appointment. I didnt hear good things about it from other people who went there when I asked around for places who take emergency appointments, and I really shouldve taken their experiences into more consideration before experiencing it myself, which is why Im writing this review. Do not go through this place. If you can, wait it out until you can have an appointment with a private Dentist or go through a Hospital.I called ahead and asked if it could be taken care of the same day, and was told yes. The day I made the appointment for was my only day off until the following week, and I expressed that to the person I was speaking to, saying I cant wait a week with the condition my tooth is in.I was assured it wouldnt be an issue.Fast forward to the appointment...Firstly, it was mid day and I was running around all morning so I brought my tooth brush with me to freshen up before. The bathroom I used in the waiting area was absolutely disgusting. Ive been in cleaner ones at rest stops before.The paperwork I was given to sign was barely legible. I wasnt sure of what I was filling out.I was brought in for X Rays first then I was put in an exam room, which once again was dirty. I took a look down at the seat and thought I wouldnt even let my toilet get this dirty. I was there for a good 45 minutes until someone came in. I assumed it was a Doctor because she had a lab coat on, she didnt introduce herself or say anything other than asking me to open my mouth. I did so, she stuck a mirror in my mouth to look, pulled her gloves off and left them on the chair table and walked away. That was the extend of our conversation and visit. After another 10-15 minutes someone else walked in surprised I was still there and asked me why I was. I told her someone walked in, and just walked out without explaining anything. She kept her cool and was nice, took the file the Doctor left behind and said it looks like I need the cracked tooth to be fixed and theres 2 other cavities that need to be filled. Well, no kidding. Thats why I was there. I was told I need to make a follow up appointment. I just gathered my things at that point and walked out. Ill never be going back there and Id rather wait for a good Dentist than go though that waste of time and headache again. The whole experience was extremely unprofessional. How can anyone managing that place see it fit for public service?

They called to confirm my appointment at 5:37, missed the call. Called back slightly after 6. Their office was closed. Called in the morning to confirm, and they said my appointment has been cancelled, but dont worry still come in. I waited 2 hours before even getting X rays. Then another 45 mins to see the dentist. All to be told I needed an oral surgeon. Waited another 30 minutes, to be told my bill would be $4,800. Got it down to $418. Scheduled my appointment and left. Only reason this got two stars is because the x Ray tech was very nice and diligent.

I found the staff to be professional and courteous; they answered all my questions. This was my first visit here and had two fillings done. Both the dentist and assistants were professional and efficient. I would recommend this location to others.

They explained everything as we went along. It had been awhile since my last dentist retired and I had been to a dentist. The hygienist was the nicest and easiest procedure Ive ever experienced. Very pleased with them so far.

I called to schedule an appointment, I needed a second opinion on a root canal. Upon calling, the gentleman on the phone tells me it wouldn’t cost anything since I’m a new customer and it checks off all the requirements needed for the free visit. A day prior to the appointment, the office called me and I told them the situation. I already had updated x-rays. Upon my visit, they took an additional X-ray (despite providing them 7), and then during checkout, they charged me approximately $114. I asked I thought it was the first free appointment, and they told me no, since I was strictly going for a second opinion it doesn’t count. IF that was the case, I should have been informed when they called me the day prior. But I won’t let good things go left unnoticed. The dentist was exceptional. He was very polite and gave me good information.

I was in need of an emergency dentist for an infected tooth, they originally told me that I could not be seen for 5 days. Exceped the appointment since my dentist office could not see me for 2 weeks. Before I hung up the phone I asked if there were any openings come up please let me know. Within an hour I had an appointment the next day. My appointment was on time and the office and doctor where pleasant an accommodation. This will be my dental office from now on.

Their receptionist Monica is the best receptionist Ive encountered in a very long time. I had taken the day off and spent on a day bus pass to get to Aspen Dental only to be told that my insurance wasnt accepted after having been assured by my insurance that it was accepted there and receiving a list from them that had 27 Aspen Dental Doctors as providers. Monica dealt with my astonishment and embarrassment at having my insurance denied, then my mistrust of its denial, then my irritability, with the utmost poise and professionalism. She made me comfortable without being overly patronizing, called my insurance and was placed on hold for over a 1/2 hour, and then overcame my churlishness in being denied and having to cancel my appointment with calm resourcefulness promising to call me at home after she contacted my insurance which she actually did do. I was employed in the secretarial fields for over 20 years and Monicas conduct really reminded me of the purpose and pride of good support. Even though I didnt actually receive dental treatment at Aspen Dental, Monicas treatment made me feel satisfied enough.

Not bad. Got me in quick with an analysis of my problem. I do wish there was better insulation between my exam chair and the front office for sound.

Be aware that these people are crooks. I had very bad experiences with them ripping me off. STAY AWAY! This is something I can never forget even though it was some time ago.

Explained in great detail.... worked with my insurance to get the price down and all my work Is getting done within days after my consultation. And if ur skeptical just go over and see for yourself, a lot of people trust them and they don’t have a high turnover rate with staff... they remember the customers name and the customers remembers theirs.

Everyone at the office is friendly, and gives you full attention when it is your turn. The hygienist is gentle and soft spoken. (Marissa). The dentist is great at listening and explains all procedures.

After waiting about 45 minutes in the waiting room , I waited almost an HOUR in the chair the first visit . They then come in barley make eye contact with me and quickly look in my mouth and leave . The receptionist then explains to me what the doctors resolution was and it was crazy because none of it was what I had initially even came in for ! They just dont listen to you and treat you like youre just another dollar in their pocket . The dentist performing my extraction was very impatient and made me feel like I was just a number . Shoving the needle in my gums without even explaining what he was doing and leaving me sitting there for almost 20 minutes after leaving the room without saying one word! After my tooth was pulled I was not given any pain medication , extra gauze , or sheet with after care instructions . This place is a chain and very unprofessional . I am so glad I looked at another place to get my wisdom teeth out . I called Adirondack and already had a better experience after just talking to the receptionist to make my appointment ! They were Friendly and not to mention a quarter of the price ! Thats another thing , Aspen Dental charges WAY too much . I would NEVER recommend this place to anyone , and it takes a lot for me to complain but this was just a very bad experience .

(Erics wife) I have not been to the dentist in five years, having a very bad experience with my last dentist, I was so scared to go back to the dentist. and saw the good reviews and had to give it a try. So glad I did, the staff was great, easing my fears and making me feel good. The hours are perfect because of my work schedule I have to go later after work. I am very pleased!!!! In all honesty, Ill not hesitate to admit that as a customer I am totally impressed with the service I received from Aspen dental! From clerk to techichian on up the list of employees that I encounters during my visit at Aspen were totally professional, efficient , friendly & helpful! Which need I mention, created a very comfortable atmosphere for me as a customer ( when normally I find Dr visits quite nerve-wrecking)😱The results of my visit was totally satisfying! And just to get a bit more elaborate about my situation: I had broken a teeth from my partial plate and was afraid that I would have to take time from work until I could have repairs done ( as my line of wrk requires much of a friendly smile) Well, fortunate for me that Aspen was able to do a great same day repair and have me back to work as scheduled!!I am truly appreciative of Aspens great work/services! I went in to have some teeth removed, they where extremely informative, i was extreme nervous going they relaxed me they explained everything. When I got home and got ill from the meds the doctor called me back and talked me through it and solved the issue and i feel better. I highly recommend Aspen!

My first time in over 5 yrs, the staff at aspen dental took professionalism toA whole new level spectacular visit.Thank you great team.

So far I am not impressed.When I made the appoint mentioned I express how much pain I was experiencing and was given an appointment two days after. I had been there before so I logged into my online account and updated my Insurance Carrier.I went to my appointment and an hour and a half later I left with no procedure to get rid of my pain, just a script for antibiotics (no infection had been noted). When I went to the discharge desk no estimate was available because they said they did not have my insurance information available (it was). I asked how soon I could have my problem addressed and was told an appointment could not be made until they heard back from my insurance, best case senerio would be 14 days later. Based on my experience Aspen Dental should remove their EMERGENCIES WELCOME sign.

The colonie office,made me very comfortable, the Dr went over all the things that can be done. And what his reccomenditons were. Chasity in billing was fabulous went over everything, listen to my concerns and explained everything. Highly recommend the colonie office.

So I had an appointment. I checked the website before going to make sure that my insurances were accepted, which on the website they were. I waited a good half an hour before I was called up. She informed me that they do not take my insurance which was Delta Dental of NY. I told her I had a secondary insurance listed its FEP Blue.She informed me that if she processed it the claim would get denied because they tried the insurance I had listed as primary first. This made no sense to me. She told me I could still be seen but I would have to pay 217.00. Now why would I want to pay that when I HAVE 2 DIFFERENT DENTAL INSURANCES ???. I called the customer service line and was told they do take that insurance as well as I should have been offered the first new patient visit for free. I was never offered that. She said she will have an office manager call me but no one called me I will never deal with them again .

Aspen Dental customer service is outstanding. I had an old filling that needed refilling so I called and was schedule the next day. Service was in a timely manner so was the care given. I would recommend this place.

Overpriced and, apparently, couldnt verify my insurance during my visit yet I was able to call my insurance office and have them verify it within 10 minutes. They dont care and just look to rip your teeth out with no care. Not recommended in the slightest.

I went here as a new patient for a cleaning. Went 15 mins early to do paper work, then waited 20 mins extra past my appointment time. It took another 20 mins to take x-rays. Then they tell you they cant actually do the cleaning and you need a separate appointment for exam and cleaning (never had this happen before at any dentist for 30 years). Then began the wait for the dentist. After 10 mins I gave up and decided to leave. Didnt even get the cleaning I went in for in the first place. Dont bother with this place, they are trying to make insurance money.

I was having trouble with a few teeth after a previous dental visit near my home. I refused to return to the same Aspen facility and chose to go to Aspen in Albany. The entire staff were extremely understanding and helpful. Dr. Iancu treated me with respect.... answered all my questions and went out of his way to fix the problem.

My previous experience with Aspen Dental has been at the Plattsburgh NY office. Always great, professional, courteous service from the entire staff.My experience at the Albany NY office, well, if this was my first time going to Aspen, it would have been the last.I was greeted by two receptionists, one of whom handed my a paper which was a copy of a previous patient history form. She said just to read it and sign it at the bottom, indicating that nothing had changed. The problem was that the form was from 2014. Many things had changed in three years, including a heart attack and numerous medication changes. Additionally, I had written additional medications on the back of the original form which were not on the printout which I was handed. I told the receptionist that there was many things I needed to change and I would rather have filled out a new form. Somehow this must make her have to work harder and she quickly became exasperated. She said you can just sign it on the bottom or just write in the changes. I insisted on a new form. That is when her co-worker gave a huff and stormed off to get a new form.The remainder of the office visit was involving the doctor and the dental staff. The behavior there was far more as I would expect. Professional, prompt and courteous.I am not certain if I will finish my treatment with Aspen in Albany. There seems to be a lack of professionalism in the greeting staff, those who provide a first impression of Aspen Dental to patients. If it were my business, it is not the image I would allow my employees to show.

I had a very pleasant first visit experience at Aspen Dental. Kristin took a great amount of time to explain what my insurance covered and all the other financials...Dr. Arena was also very detailed and explained anything I asked thoroughly and was very patient. The other hygienists Danika, Hayley and Jenna were non judgemental and really put me at ease. A more pleasant experience than with other dentists Ive encountered. Not very happy with my visit to Aspen Dental. Had to get an estimate for dental work. The lady asked if she could call me that afternoon with the estimate. That was 2 days ago . I am still waiting for her to call me, and I have been diligent on checking any missed calls to my home

This place sucks. I went in for dental work and was told it would cost me out pocket over 3000. I mean thats not that much compared to what some people need done. But would not recommend this place to no one.

Aspen Dental is a corporate vampire operation, they will charge you the most to do basic work. I needed a tooth extracted which is covered under my insurance however they told me I needed a surgical extraction so that they could charge me top rate and make more money. I got a second opinion and I had my tooth pulled with no out-of-pocket expense add another dentist office. Aspen Dental is a corporate driven rip off .

I read previous reviews and still decoy to move forward with my appointment. I got there on time through the blizzard weather but still wasn’t called till after 4pm. The tech was pretty good, the dr who did my exam was very polite, explanatory and allowed me to ask questions.Here’s when it was all bad.. Once I was brought to check out. The receptionist was rushing through my paperwork, very arrogant and when I was asking questions she got annoyed. It felt like a business deal rather than a drs appointment. I’m not sure I want to move forward. Plus the prices were pretty high. This was at the Albany Central Ave location

This has been a really good choice switching to Aspen Dental, everybody has been so nice and informative of the next steps in my dental process!Jennyann did a great job with the cleaning and the young lady that did my filling was very gentle and talented!I have a new Dental Family!!

They are looking for $$$. Ive never had a cavity my entire life! I changed dentists to this office and suddenly a cleaning turns into out of pocket costs and THREE visits? No thanks, find anyone else.They also like to reschedule people last minute. Most people have to revolve their work day around dental appointments. I really regret wasting multiple visits to this office.

From the moment of my first phone call to the Central Ave. location until I left after my appointment later the same day, I was amazed by the great care. In Albany for Christmas, I cracked a crown. Every person I encountered in this practice was exemplary. Not only were they skilled, their entire orientation was about providing the best, kindest, friendliest, and most compassionate care. I told the doctor that if I lived here in Albany instead of in VA, he would be my dentist. Cant say enough about the great atmosphere and outstanding treatment. 12-19-18. KLC from Heathsville, VA.
