If you have no need to have a car full time this is a great alternative. As long as you have a credit/ debit card and a clean driving record you are good to go. The cars are usually very well kept up. With the pandemic they have been a little dirtier but it’s understandable. I highly recommend them. Alaskey is the best car in the bunch for the Albany cars. She’s always rented.

When I learned about Capital Car Share I was intrigued and eager to learn more about it. The lady Melanie I believe her name was... was awesome!!! She helped me get set up and book my first ride and showed me the ropes on how to do more bookings in the future... Its such a great convenient way to get to where you have to go without the hassle of renting a car. And it gives me that peace of mind knowing that if and when I need a vehicle I have one waiting for me 😁 I would definitely recommend Capital CarShare to all my city friends who could benefit from this awesome service!!

I used to be a customer here it is horrible using this service because a lot of times when I needed the car it was never available and if your late regardless of what the reason is they will make you pay at least an extra $55 even if it’s not your fault and their system was acting up.
