My husband and I have lived here for about a year now, and well be resigning our lease for a second year. We love it! The complex is nice, the apartments are beautiful and spacious, and everyone weve encountered is so nice.Weve not had ANY maintenance issues our entire time living here. Its been great and I dont think well move unless we buy a home!

I’ve lived at this complex for 16 months and I’ve enjoyed it so far. Spacious rooms, great maintenance during the winter for snow removal, quiet and safe complex. I haven’t experienced any of the issues referred to in other posts other than the pool and gym being closed for maintenance and when I‘m walking in the complex I normally see a variety of age groups. I will say the main maintenance guy, Jag, is probably the best maintenance guy you could have at an apt complex. Very thorough work and super courteous. Overall, I have no plans to move and would definitely recommend this complex to any age group looking for a quiet, safe complex to reside.

I am completely embarrassed to say I live here and give these people money. This is the last straw, I am moving out as soon as my lease is up! They are no longer paying for recycling at any of their properties. They are too cheap to afford recycling?? And in the email to everyone they blamed it on China not accepting US garbage anymore, now that’s just a crazy excuse. How disgusting! Plus the centipedes... and the pool STILL isn’t open! And the clubhouse/gym is always closing for random reasons... aka they are too cheap to maintain it!

It’s a shame because the apartment itself is nice but it’s very disturbing how the rental property is geared towards the elder as if they are tricking them out of thier retirement money. They offer senior parties, excluding the younger people who might have missed the hidden “senior living” sign while moving in. Also, you see the rasict and religious older people have taken over.
