I rented from Rossetti in the past and they are one of the best rental companies. Homes are always clean and up to date and maintenance is on point and available anytime!

I would highly recommend you stay away from the Rosetti family whether that be father, son, or arrogant mother. They are questionable business people. I would not rent or build a home with Rosewood. Dont invest in any of their projects. Just look at Plaza seven in Latham. they pretty much chased every vendor away due to their greed. Rich Junior is as arrogant as the father. It’s ok to like men Rich, daddy knows. Stay far away from all of them.

I have been a tenant of two separate Rosetti properties over 6 years and have enjoyed my experience. I originally lived in the Shaker Run apartments and currently in the Woodlands. I have outstanding neighbors that make me feel like Im apart of an amazing community. The maintenance has been exceptional whether it is an interior or exterior maintenance request. The Vice President of Property Management has gone above and beyond from the first day as a tenant to meet my needs and requests. The VP of Property Management and the owner of the company have been very accommodating to myself and my two children. I have always been treated respectfully and my requests have always been taken seriously. I would strongly recommend Rosetti Properties to anyone looking for luxury apartment living.

I have been a commercial tenant with the Rosettis for almost 10 years, and its been a great experience. They are caring, responsive and truly want their tenants to be happy and successful. We have had 3-4 or our staff rent from them on the residential side and its always been a positive experience! there as well Keep up the great work!

I have lived at Rosewood for over 3.5 years. I’m so glad to finally be out. Maintenance answered requests quickly, and for the most part were reasonable. However, the main office treated me horribly numerous times.They are telling me that even though I paid the full security deposit in December 2015, my roommate gets to keep it with the apartment since she’s resigning a lease. She never paid any portion of a down payment to them. What?!?!Also, I paid through September and should still be on the lease. I have it in writing that I requested to be on till the end of September. They tell me today they can’t provide me with a copy of the most recent inspection because I’m no longer on the lease. Again... what?!?!I would NEVER recommend living at or working with Rosetti Properties. Most difficult 3.5 years of my life!!!!

I am completely embarrassed to say I live here and give these people money. This is the last straw, I am moving out as soon as my lease is up! They are no longer paying for recycling at any of their properties. They are too cheap to afford recycling?? And in the email to everyone they blamed it on China not accepting US garbage anymore, now that’s just a crazy excuse. How disgusting! Plus the centipedes...

I love living at the Woodlands in Latham,, the management is so nice in working withe seniors and the maintenance crew are fantastic. They are always prompt in handling work orders. Today after this horrific snowstorm of Jan 2019. They came by with the snow blowers and shoveled and cleared our walkway so my husband could get on the star handicap bus and they also cleared the snow from in front of my garage. Thank you so much. Rosetti reviewI do not recommend renting from rosetti properties if you have children. The manager discriminates against people with children. You will constantly be harassed by them if your children aren’t quiet all day long. They do not screen tenants at all. My family and I have had to deal with constant issues. New tenantsmoved below us and we’ve had to deal with constant fighting, cussing, slamming of doors and walls. The tenant smokes weed and cigarettes constantly and these apartments are supposed to be smoke free. We’ve told the manager about our fears and how uncomfortable we feel in our own apartment and she does not care. He has yelled at my husband and I a few times. He has anger and aggression issues, we were forced to call the police on one occasion and the manager does nothing. We have children and do not feel safe and she does not care. The rent is not cheap and the issues that we have to deal with are ridiculous. The manager does absolutely nothing. We have rented from rosetti properties for over 8 years now, never had 1 issue. The manager shows no loyalty nor does she try to help the situation. She tells us to let her know issues and to take pictures of things. Then she turns around and tells the tenant that pictures were taken. There is no confidentiality. The manager shares your personal information with other tenants. She makes up new policies and tries to enforce them even though they’re not in the lease. The manager is a liar. We’ve dealt with constant harassment every month. We’ve been great tenants. The treatment from this woman and having to deal with horrible neighbors has brought so much unnecessary stress into our lives. The manager cares more about a stroller or child’s bicycle than garbage bags full of soda cans and piles of cigarettes on the porch. Our last conversation she proceeded to tell me that she’s done dealing with this situation and said that we are moving out soon so the new tenant will have to deal with it. Great manager! Very professional isn’t she? If you’re ok with a liar and horrible manager then rent from rosetti properties.

It’s a shame because the apartment itself is nice but it’s very disturbing how the rental property is geared towards the elder as if they are tricking them out of thier retirement money. They offer senior parties, excluding the younger people who might have missed the hidden “senior living” sign while moving in. Also, you see the rasict and religious older people have taken over.

Very rude. Dont answer emails. Rental process is a scam.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Unprofessional, Jackie is a disgrace to that company. Should be ashamed of herself and her practices.

Poor staff. Unresponsive and generally obtuse. Steer clear of this management group.
