Talk about an awesome experience today! we were greeted by Sam who immediately went over our vehicle and was very patient with us while we discussed everything that we needed done with our tire situation. He had awesome customer service skills he worked with us from start to finish. Recommend this young man be a spokesman for the alamosa Walmart auto center as he has an awesome voice to go with his awesome personality. Definitely broadcasting material you will agree! Regardless we will be back and will enjoy seeing Sam again thank you so much for an awesome experience.

I had three blown tires on a car in the mountains a half hour away from cell service. When the tow truck dropped off the vehicle, Brandon came over to write up the ticket and inspect the vehicle. He told me that unfortunately I have to buy in sets of 2 for a 4WD, and they only have three. He and another associate then searched through their inventory to make sure there was not a mistake. After determining that the least damaged tire could not be repaired, he and another worker, Lorenzo, inspected my remaining tire, and determined that it was in good enough shape that I could get three tires just fine. Brandon, and those working with him, showed professionalism, understanding, and good humor throughout the experience. They went above and beyond to make sure I could drive home tonight, safely. Thank you so much!

Weird bought a tire had it mounted to rim and balanced and picked it up. $26. Thatll be the last time it was an emergency so had no other choice. Youd think for $26 theyd install it on my truck. Bs.

Worst customer service ever. Not the mention they broke off one the lug studs on my girlfriends car because the dont know what they are doing. I am NEVER taking another car here ever again nor am I buying tires here ever again. If I could I would give it a zero start rating

Would give 0 stars if I could...don’t answer the phone, don’t know what they’re doing, and 35 mins turned into 2 hours with my 8 month pregnant wife and 10 month old baby....worst place I’ve ever been to, would have been faster to drive to Pueblo than deal with these clueless people.

After putting the wrong tire on, then the guy who made the mistake ignored me and waited on someone else. Its not worth the cheap tires.

Closed all summer after i purchased tires in February with lifetime rotation and balance. Called the store manager for a refund and he never returned my call. Now i need to pay for this elsewhere.

Worst run auto center Ive ever seen. Absolutely no sense of urgency what so ever. Technicians wonder around like theyre lost. Also looks like they dont know what to do. No supervision what so ever.

A+++++++ customer service. I had a flat that needed repaired and pulled in 1 minute before closing. The manager graciously allowed one of his guys to fix it and I was on my way. Excellent customer service. The manager of the auto and tire went above and beyond and helped me out. Highly recommend.

This place has the absolute worst customer service. They were not friendly at all and very condescending I would argue borderline racist. It took four hours to get a simple oil change done when the line was not even that long. And then come to find out they put the wrong type of oil in my car. There aint no way Im taking it back to them to put the right oil in I dont trust them to ever touch my car again. From now on I will do it myself.

Got all 4 new tires 4 days ago. That took about 3 hours and we were here early before they got busy. Got a flat yesterday and bring it in today and weve been waiting for over 2 hours after they said it would only be 1hr 15min. They keep taking other cars that were not here before us. Im so angry! I wish I could give -10 stars. Worst place ever!!! When I talked to them they said it will be another 20min. I have never seen workers moving so slow in my life. They really need to reevaluate their employees! Im taking this as far as I can with corporate this is not ok.

Wife had oil changed on her car last week. Car specifically called for 5w-30.....tech used 10w-30. Caught the issue, returned car, and correct oil weight was used. After returning home found oil on driveway under car and when inspected found that oil plug was over tightened and that caused a crack in oil pan!! Contacting Walmart tomorrow with repair estimate. Will report back........Ever wonder why Walmart techs use the blue sealant on the drain plug??? Its so they know if anyone has touched the thing since they worked on it. Well lucky for us no one has touched it since they did!UPDATE.....Went through Walmart claims department and they have payed for the oil pan to be replaced. Had to take car in so they could take photos. All in all, car has been fixed and am pleased with Walmarts willingness to accept liability and take care of the issue in a timely manner.

Waited over 15 minutes in my car with no one came up to me for services, so I decided to leave. What was worse was I had one employee who I guess was going on break say to me someone should be out soon, which no one came. And 2 other employees who SAW me and ducked back in the bays without engaging with me.

I had my truck oil changed and rotate and balanced ti res and I was there for over 3 hours. I am pleased with the work but the wait was not good. You need to work on this.

They are hardly ever busy. I love the service and prices and road hazard protection. Plus you can take your car to any Walmart and they will honor your warranty unlike other tire places.

Honestly my worst experience I have had getting new tires. They told me it would take two hours so I came back after two hours and they hadnt started it yet.

Ridiculous attempt at customer service. I brought a tire I to be fixed and while in their parking lot picked up a huge screw. I talked to the manager and told him I was pretty much stuck there. He told me it would be a 5 hour wait. Im currently writing this review from inside the garage where there is only one guy working and one car inside.

Best experience at a WalMart Auto Center! Blew a tire on our way home to Western Colorado from New Mexico. When we arrived we were told it was going to be at least 2 hours before they got around to our car. We had no other choice but to wait. While we were waiting we asked to check on our Road Hazard Warranty. They couldnt find our warranty on 4 tires only 2 tires. We called our regular WalMart Auto Center back home and they couldnt find it in their records. I have to hand it to, Eli, at this WalMart Auto Center for going above and beyond! He researched further and found pur warranty we had originally purchased on all 4 tires. Also, our tire was replaced and ready in about 1.5 hrs instead of 2. We were on our way sooner. Thanks Eli and the technicians at the Alamosa WalMart Auto Center. We highly recommend!!!A+++ Superior customer service⭐⭐⭐

It took 4 hours to change 1 tire kept stoping and talking. They have one speed it’s slow. U can definitely tell they work by the hour and do not care about quality service. Will not use them again.

Waited in line for some time before any one helped us and others that were waiting. They were helpful but waited to long.

They always have a 2 hour wait. I was the first one here this morning and over an hour later I am still waiting.

Dont do this to yourself. Splurge the extra cash to go to a real mechanic.

Excellent service great professional staff

We were only in Alamosa overnight and at 6 p.m. Friday night discovered a nail in one of our tires. Walmart was the only auto place still open and other tire places were closed for the weekend. They fit us in and got our tire repaired so we could leave, as scheduled, in the morning. Everyone was very friendly and helped us salvage our trip.

Jonathan helped me so much with my car he made me understand what was wrong with the tires and even told me how to stop breaking things. He changed my oil to and he made sure I was going to get home safe and happy and it was a fair price
