I cant say enough good things about this place! I’ve been having a stalling issue with my 1995 Ford van for months and was dealing with constant roadside break downs. I had been to several mechanics and no one was able to figure out the issue. I broke down again on my way to Alamosa, and after calling 3 other mechanics that were booked up for weeks, this place was able to fit me in first thing in the morning. They were very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. They spent several hours test driving and trying to diagnose my van. They did a very thorough job and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I felt as if they genuinely wanted to figure out the issue rather than just guess and take my money. They put so much time and effort into my van and were able to figure out the issue! Finally, after months of seeing mechanics, I am so happy they were able to figure it out. They replaced the fuel pump at a very reasonable cost. I would highly recommend this place, especially if you’re in a pinch and passing through town. Thank you to everyone here that helped!

Service was excellent. Dusty, the guy that helped me, was very kind and knowledgeable. He could see I was in a bad spot with two rear flat tires in my Dodge Ram 1500 and an in bed camper. He was able to get the new tires put on and get us on our way.

The people there we friendly and helpful. Went in to service my truck, rotate the tires and front end alignment. Engine was serviced and tires rotated but found I needed to replace the ball joint on the left front wheel so made appointment for next working day to have ball joint replaced along with new shocks and alignment. Seems like a very good place for auto service and tires.

Needed work done to my car, they were slightly slow to get it into the shop initially, but once they started working on it they were very quick and very nice about everything. Dusty is the man. Additionally, when the new parts they installed were defective they replaced it at no extra cost. Excellent service, would definitely recommend.

The uhaul renting process is ridiculous. I’ve been a long time customer of uhaul, renting all over the states and never had as much trouble as I experienced at this location. They wanted two phone number per reference that they called and then requested 2 more! Insulting.

Very grateful for the service I received. Had a locking lug nut and no key on a rental car with a low pressure light. Went to three different places that were not able to help. Dusty and his crew were able to help. Fixed my tire in just a few minutes and right before they closed. Definitely appreciate their time and service. Thank you!

I was in kind of an emergent situation. I was 3 1/2 hours away from home when I had a flat tire. I needed to have it repaired and found this shop on a google search of the area. They were absolutely amazing! It was taken care of in a couple of hours and due to the fix the concern was that it would not hold. The tech (wish I remembered his name) told me to come back if in the morning the tire was flat and they would put my spare back on and refund me the money. Well, no need for that because the patch held and got me back home! Thank you so much for your help!!

Theyve had my vehicle for 2 months, and I took it to change 2 spark plugs. They broke one, sent their mechanic on vacation (because they only have one), and told me not to worry about it. Today they called and said they will be charging over $2,000 to repair what they broke. The last update I had was, they were waiting on a machine shop, and not to worry, because they would eat the cost, because THEY broke it.If this is Americas Best, Id hate to see the worst. Now, I have to tow my vehicle, so I can come up with 2,300 dollars extra, after I took it in to have 2 spark plugs changed

We were on a 15-hour trip and needed to stop and have tires changed on a trailer after a few hours into our journey so we found Americas Auto Care was the closest tire center in the upcoming city so we called to ask if they could get us in and they were so accommodating and said they could take care of us as soon as we got there. Once we arrived they were a mechanic short, only because somebody was at lunch, so the most amazing customer service Ive ever had was provided by Misty who (side note: also has very beautiful blue eyes) took it upon herself, without me even asking or saying anything, called someone who was on lunch to come back and help us ASAP so we could get back on the road. I can go on and on about how the mechanic was overly friendly and willing to help and provide stellar customer service even though his lunch had just been interrupted There was zero animosity and fantastic service, prices, and customer service that cant be beat. I highly highly highly highly recommend their services and their attention to detail, well-trained staff, management, service personnel, customer service, etc top to bottom this is a 1st class organization that is a rare find in todays society... Thank you for taking such good care of us.

Our tire pressure sensor went off when we were out at the wildlife refuge near by. We had a leak and one hour until the store closed. They got us in right away and we’re very accommodating! So grateful for them!

A very professional, reliable, honest and very fair priced shop.Before this service our truck had a punctured tire from roadside debris.We located Americas Auto Care & Tire (Alamosa, CO,) about 1/4 mile from us and Missy had her repair technician remove the tire, check the damage (which wasnt repairable) and install our full size spare tire at no cost.Very rare will you find a business that helps someone in need as this shop did.They have earned our business, gratitude and respect. Miranda and Darien went out of their way to help us! We were on vacation in NM and had an accident with my Jeep and needed a replacement lower right control arm. Miranda called every parts store in Alamosa, CO to no avail. Miranda then called a salvage yard and they just happened to have one. Only problem was they had no one to deliver it. Darien, being the awesome mechanic that he is, went and picked up the part! When he got back, he was able to fix the Jeep and get us on our way home to IL. I have never been so impressed with service as I was with Miranda and Darien. If there is any type of recognition that is given to team members, these two definitely deserve it! I love the customer service, the guys in the shop are super cool and laid back. I brought my dually at 1:30 to get a rotate and balance I knew it was a big job but they still pulled it in and got to it. I helped but only because when the machine scratched the wheel I didnt want them to think I was gonna make a big deal out of it, I knew it was gonna happen. I will recommend this tire shop to my family and friends because of how great the service is. Matt is one cool guy to talk too and knows what hes talking about. I really appreciate how well they did on my truck. I will be coming back for new tires from them soon. I went back to get my new tires put on Monday, granted some of the employees were not their from the last time. The new employees are just as good and as helpful as the previous ones, super cool people to talk too, and very helpful. The main alignment tech is a super sharp guy, I really appreciated the work he did on my truck, he even straightened my steering wheel when four other shops wouldnt straighten it out, and mind you if anybody read it this far, I drive from Taos to have this company work and put tires on my truck, so if your torn on who to go to for tires, I recommend these guys all day

Awesome experience! They got us in right away for a camper tire replacement when Walmart quoted us a 3-4 hour wait. Tire was cheaper and service was awesome. Highly recommended!!

I was scheduled for an alignment and a leveling kit for my daughters FJ, and was told that my CV axle was bad. Without charging me an extra hour for labor on the CV axle also they replaced my bad one with a new one. However they called me and went over everything with me first. $600 for a 4 wheel alignment, a leveling kit and a new CV axle. Will definitely go back.

Brought in my truck for a grinding noise in the front end. Was quoted $5800 for a new transfer case, rear axle, rebuilt drive shaft. Not one word about the front end, but their guy offers $200 and to pay the $200 bill to buy my totaled truck from me. I take it home and check the differential, add some gear oil and problem solved. They never even checked the levels. Ill burn my truck to the ground before taking it here.

Its nice to have another option in the Valley. I had a flat repaired and it was fixed in 15 minutes service was great. The only issue I have the price to repair a flat is double from other tire stores.

When it comes to oil changes, tires, and alignments there Is not a better option in this area. Extremely friendly and transparent with their recommendations and repairs. Definitely a face to face / person to person phone conversation customer-service oriented business which is so challenging to find these days.

I was traveling from my home in Dolores to Colorado Springs and had a blow out on my truck. I got into Alamosa and stopped at the loaf and jug on my way into town and asked where I could get my tire replaced. They sent me to Americas Auto care. I knew I was ready for a set of tires before I left home, I was just putting off the inevitable. The guys at Americas Auto Care were able to get tires I was looking for at a better price then I could get at home.
