They were very quick and responsive with my initial application and made sure that they communicated with me rapidly about the property I was applying for to make sure that I didnt miss the opportunity and worked with me around my work schedule. The maintenance text line was a dream come true and they were always quick and professional handling any and every issue that came up and that paired with the air filter replacement deliveries every 3 months was so much more than I could have imagined. Everyone at Eclipse has always been extremely understanding and willing to work with me and do whatever they could to make things easy and smooth and definitely have huge hearts! I have to give a personal and very huge shout out to Chuck Kelly! He has been more than amazing to work with and has renewed my faith in humanity. I had some personal health and financial issues and he has done everything in his power and more to make my transition as smooth as possible while showing me care and empathy that is hard to receive from most places nowadays. I appreciate that more than words can express. If you choose to not work with Eclipse Property Management you are going to be missing out in my opinion. They are wonderful, professional, understanding, warm, very efficient, always quick to respond and handle any issues and uphold very high standards at the properties they manage. There are only a couple of rental agencies in this small town. I tried them all a couple of years ago when looking for a place for me and my boys. Eclipse so far out-shone the others in all aspects of what I expect from a business that it is really sad. I have been renting from them for two years and in that time I have not had a single problem from them. I have had a couple of work orders on the house that needed taken care of, and their professional service people were on it immediately, left no mess behind and were very friendly. The office people are always helpful, pleasant and knowledgeable if I have to call them. Chuck has put himself together a great team that does everything they can to make your life easier as a renter.

Felt like a bait and switch operation. Paid all the fees after finding a promising property. Up front I told them I had a pet and was about to sign the lease until the owner suddenly decided he wouldn’t allow pets. That is understandable. However, this process took over 10 days and by the time he changed his mind, there were no other properties to choose from within their designated time period for fee-return. Although professional--they did not agree to return even a portion of the money. Would not recommend or use their services again.

Called to get my questions answered. They didnt have any answers because they dont even handle their own application process. They set folks up to pay for the application just to deny them.

Front office staff were efficient, helpful, and friendly. The rental is beautifully maintained, all amenities are as shown in the listing. The place was really well-cleaned, with new paint, working shades on all the windows, new light bulbs, working appliances, etc. I am satisfied with eclipse rental so far!

Eclipse SAVED ME when I moved to town. I had recently relocated, and my new complex (that I moved into without touring first- not through Eclipse) was unclean and unsafe. I immediately started looking for new places, but it was very challenging in such a small town to find something with availability. I found Eclipse and felt like my prayers had been answered. Each member of the staff is fantastic. They returned my calls/messages, and worked with me one-on-one to find a perfect fit. Now, I LOVE my new place, my neighbors, and the area I am now in. Eclipse is SO WELL run. If something breaks, I put in a request, and within 24 hours, it is addressed. I have NEVER felt more comfortable with a rental company. I felt so at home with their amazing staff. Sierra ESPECIALLY did an AMAZING job every step of the way. She was SO on top of everything, personable, efficient, and friendly! I cannot say enough good things. Thank you Eclipse!!

Had some issues moving in during the pandemic (shower not working properly being the primary issue) and once I got a hold of Kim, it was all resolved quickly and easily! Thank you, Kim!! She also made the application process smooth and easy and answered all my questions. Despite me being very upset about the shower and other issues, she listened patiently and was lovely :) Shout out to Sierra who was also a delight to work with and always checked in to make sure I was okay during my trip down to the valley from Canada. Thanks, ladies!!!! PS - Matt, the handyman who cleaned my ducts and fixed the shower was also a delight.

Our entire experience with Eclipse Property Management was fantastic! The rental application was easy to complete, the waiting process to see if we were approved took less than 24 hours!! (We submitted our application late Tuesday night and received an email Wednesday afternoon that we were approved) Their entire staff is very courteous, professional, helpful and easy to get a hold of either by phone or email. Wow! Everything is so well defined and as many of the annoying details that are required for moving in (e.g., setting up the power company account) are made as easy to accomplish as anyone could. The property is also as neat and as clean as anyone could make it. The tools for communicating as tracking issues on the renter portal are very easy to use and make everything really convenient. These folks are setting a really high bar for the renters experience with their property management company. I highly recommend them.

I highly recommend Eclipse Property Management. I have never had an issue that was not addressed within a timely manner (usually before the end of the day of submitting work orders). Bill paying, lease renewal and lease terms and conditions are always reasonable. The staff is excellent and accessible.

I have known Chuck for a few years now, not only have I rented from him but he has also done business with the company I work for. He is very responsive & easy to communicate with. If I had questions, or concerns pertaining to a property or if ever there was an issue with one I have lived in it was taken care of immediately. The application process was a little frustrating but after that we have had no problems. The maintenance requests have been taken care of quickly and effectively and it has been good. I was told by Chuck that the application process is being revamped and changed up so i hope it is better for those in the future.

So far this has been an amazing rental experience. Maintenance comes out promptly when issues arise and the office staff is cheerful when ever I speak with them. Communication is exceptionally good via email and text.

Apartment features an efficient and convenient design including in-unit washer/dryer, pantry/storage closet, covered parking spot and nice sized outside storage room; Eclipse management is very quick to respond to any problems with appliances, etc. and coordinates service calls to be as trouble free as possible...they stay involved until everything is resolved. The granite counter tops are especially nice, too !

I’ve done handyman repairs for Chuck for almost 5 years. I’ve never met a property manager more knowledgeable. He genuinely cares about the properties he manages and treats everyone with respect. I wouldn’t trust my properties to anyone else.

Horrible experience, but it really had nothing to do with Chuck, who really has been great throughout the experience.Eclipse is a great company, who is trying to raise the standard on rentals, and a company who is doing an amazing job at it.Our issues can from the owners, the Tolsma’s, who made the experience horrible. They were constantly present, which from my understanding should have been a violation of the lease, having read through the lease properly several times. They would not fix anything in a timely manner, the gas stoves went out in Feb. and they still were not fixed when we moved out in July. These are things that Chuck would have taken care of right away, and had tried, but the owners wouldn’t approve anything unless they did it themselves or had someone they knew did the work. Again, Chuck had no control over this as the owners had to approve and seemed to micromanage every detail. At least this is our perspective. We do recommend Eclipse as they are a great company, we do not recommend anyone renting or dealing with the Tolsma’s.
