Oscars tinting shop never ceases to amaze me. 12 years ago I had a vehicle tinted with a lifetime warranty which held up for a long time. When I called regarding my warranty, they remembered me by name and were more than happy to fit me in for a full car warranty even though they had told me they were booked out for months! 12 years after my first vehicle tinted by them, they completely satisfied me with awesome customer service and incredibly professional work! I could recommend them a hundred times and that would still not be enough! I will never have any of me vehicles tinted at any other shop. Dropped my Car off at Oscars Tinting to get my windows done and the customer service is great! I felt bad not knowing much about tints but the lady was very helpful in explaining the different tints and services they offer. It was such quick service!!I used to work as a graphic designer and professionally installed window decals and vinyls, so I personally know how hard it is to install rather things without a bubble. But these window tints came out FLAWLESS!! Not a single bubble..and that comes with experience and worksmanship.Im very impressed at the level of professional quality and care my vehicle received. Ill definitely come back for more services!

The initial experience and install was great! Same day drop off and completion. We did as were told and were careful not to roll the windows down, it even sat for 4 days straight after getting the tint done. Aftet that first few days, we noticed a knick, almost like a popped bubble, right in the middle of the passenger window. It took us a few weeks to get back to the shop and let them know of the concern. We were told sorry, to bad, you had 48 hours to make a complaint so we cant help you... so now, we have a 2020 Civic with flaws in the brand new tint that was almost 300 dollars. That 48 hour window would have been nice to know when we picked up the car. No mention of it. Nothing on the receipt indicating such. I thought there were warranties for the tint and installation, especially since the defect is caused by the installer?Not happy 😒

I have had four vehicles tinted at Oscars over the past decade. I trust them so much that after leaving Alamogordo I still drove down from Albuquerque to have them tint my newest vehicle. One of the shining stars in Alamogordo.

My truck turned out perfectly had all my windows tinted.

I had window tint and a bed liner installed at Oscars recently. There were 2 windows tinted and the drivers window tint had an engraved scratch about 12 long. There were bolt heads from the bed stripped for the bed liner installation. This should have been obvious. There was liner sprayed on the back side of the tail light lenses. There was also bed liner that is on the exterior of the bed around the tail lights. There were some other things not done correctly such as the bed light switch not reinstalled properly etc. on a 2017 F 150. Quality control? Bed covers are overpriced here as well.

Warning and beware of this shop. Not a pro tint shop. They did very poor tint job on my car. I highly advise to take pictures of your window before you bring it to them and inspect the tint job afterward. They left lots of dust bubbles in the middle and center portion of my windows, didn’t complete squeegeeing the soap out in between the tint and the windows, they left a finger print between the tint and window and worst of all they scratch my windows. For a shop that’s been doing tints for 20 or 30 plus years it’s sad to hear their excuse was they are not equipped fully to do tint work. If I would of known this before hand I would never brought my car there.

These guys have good pricing and do great work. I got ceramic tint and a spray in bed liner. Work was done in 1 day and turned out amazing!

I just had tint applied at Oscars and overall Im not impressed. There is a wrinkle right in the middle of the drivers side window and numerous dust/ lint spots on both driver and passenger sides. The response from Oscar was, well we arent working in a surgical environment and contaminants get in there. He commented that the wrinkle was not that bad and suggested that I drive all over town and ask other tint shops how it looks. He never offered to redo the tint job and basically refused to admit they did a horrible job. He did offer for me to sit there longer while he removed the tint and give me my money back. After sitting there yesterday for the install appointment and taking additional time to try to get this fixed and then end up back at square one with no tint? Im sure Oscar is a nice person, but zero customer service and no ownership of mistakes. This is supposed to be a professional shop. Horrible experience!
