Had to wait (was here at a Thursday at lunch time). A postal clerk did ask me as I waited what kind of mail I had to try to do self service, but there was a line waiting for the self-service machine in the lobby.Did get asked what kind of delivery device I wanted and if needed to buy stamps. USPS offers free online tracking now as part of regular 1st class (nice). Still had 2019 Holiday Stamps, told to come back for 2020 later (today is Nov 12, 2020).There P.O.Boxes to rent and Passport Service Application Acceptance is M - F 10 am - 2:30 pm appointment only via website

I have had positive experiences every time I have needed to use this postal location. Last time I was here there was a postal employee offering service on how to use the self-serve machine. I really love that the machine is available at all times even when the office is closed.

The most incompetent post office and staff I have ever encountered. Both visits they couldnt open their cash registers. Today they took me to the automatic machine in the lobby and didnt know how to use that. Not only do the machines not work but the staff doesnt know how to use them. No one proved knowledge. Last time supervisor refused to sign off on a solution to refunding my money when they had charged me three times for 1 transaction. Unbelievable.

Sent item to Alamo driver marked as delivered but had not delivered. The person who ordered the item told me many neighbours had similar problems. Think you need to investigate !!!

Amazingly bad. I would give them ZERO stars if possible. This post office makes mistakes constantly and claims that it is not their fault. Our mail is delivered to a locked communal neighborhood mailbox. There are mistakes made EVERY day. My kids are constantly shuttling mail to other peoples houses and our neighbors bring mail to us. The postman also regularly leaves this lock box WIDE OPEN overnight and packages are stolen. However, if you start claims processes (I have done this twice), the post office will not pay. They once asked me to PROVE that a package was stolen from the mailbox that they left open. Emails to their management go unanswered. They just dont care.

Today I visited the post office to buy Christmas stamps, there were three attendants on duty and NO LINE!Then tonight our delivery was late, totally understandable in the Christmas Season. When I went out to get the mail at 5:30 there it was on the entrance to our home. This is my local Post office and fortunately also my favorite location, super friendly and accommodating I couldn’t ask for anything else. Nympha is the best! She is super knowledgeable and always pleasant. I seriously can’t praise her enough.

Lost my package. Said my package was delivered at a certain time, but the mail never came, and neither did my package.

This place is absolutely dysfunctional. Passport walk in is a bad joke. You are better off taking an appt at another p.o even 50 miles away rather than trying walking in here.

This Post Office has never heard of picking up outgoing mail!

I had a bad Passport service!

I have never worried about my mail until visiting this sad place.

We have our mail held when we leave town. With our last 3 requests mail was delivered to our home at least one of the days during our requested hold period. This is a red flag for home invasiins & we are very frustrated.

Will avoid this post office at all costs!

Our delivery person can not get the right mail in our box, I have complained and there is still wrong mail in our box.
