Amazing place, love their work... been going for years now and wouldnt go anywhere else

Went to go get my nails done yesterday. Good service, but real rude. As I was leaving more ruder as before. Didnt ask me to come again or nothing. I wont go back to them at all

I had an horrible experience. I went with my cousin and she got excellent service. While I had my cuticles rip off and my nails cut so short, that my toes and finger tips were sore for days. I spent $60 and I WILL NEVER GO BACK!!!

The workers are so disrespectful and they messed up my nails so badly. i went in to ask for a gel color change on my acrylic nails. at first it was fine. the lady told my i needed a fill but i really did not. i had got my nails done two days before in brentwood and my nails were fine. i just didn’t like my choice of color. from there she messed up my shape and made my nails look so ugly. never going there again.

After my first trip to Tulip nails I have never been to another nail shop. Their customer service is top notch. Their color selection is amazing and their skill is excellent. I send all of my friends to Tulip nails. A regular manicure will last over a week when painted at Tulip.

Horrible customer service! Alright, I had adopted this salon after other bad experiences with cheaper nail services, but had an even worse experience. I forgot my umbrella there last time, and when I came to get it, not only they didn’t keep it, but they were super rude!!!They didn’t say sorry, or ask about what it looked like, or offer to gets my name and call me back if they find it. Just the very normal treatment you get from any business. I felt the lady was about to tell me to ‘go away’ when I did.Not coming back, not looking for another cheap nail place that doesnt have the slightest idea of customer service!

Friendly staff. Not too big. Quiet environment. Not too pricey. They do a great job on my hands and feet. Gel nails are the best.

They are all so sweet and accommodating. There is also an unlimited amount of colors to choose from. Always a great experience.

Excellent service! Amazing prices, everyone is friendly, great nail polish options, massage chairs on fleek and mimosas by request. Make sure to tip them very well, they deserve it!

They do an excellent job for a fantastic price, which is why they can get pretty crowded. I usually call ahead and they get me in the same day. Theyre also open until 8!

If I could give this place no stars I would. My first attempt at service was unsuccessful and understands. They were quite busy and it was a lil bit past 7p. My second attempt was not acceptable. I came in at 7pm roughly. Three nail techs helping 2 ppl and I was told they were busy and closed . Not attempted a third time.

The mgr/owner did my mani and was so rough and rude that i ended up having to file my own nails. She absolutely sat there talking trash about me with her colleague the entire time and did a terrible job. She nicked me and said nothing and they are far too pricey for such a dingy small salon. The pedi was fine, nothing special, the lady was nice but again expensive for the service offered/salon setting

Worst customer service. Went to get a mani pedi , the massaging chair didnt even work. I asked the lady if she could turn it on or see what was going on, she couldnt figure it out nor did she even try moving me seats. When it came down to my pedicure she didnt even use a warm towel to press against my legs. She didnt even massage my feet and ended up putting lotion on my legs after she had already painted my toes. Never have I experienced such crappy experience. The point in getting your feet done is to relax , I basically paid to sit in a hard chair with black tape around to hide a tear that got my hair caught in. For my manicure , she did a good job on the shape of my nails but the gel nail polish they use is questionable because this morning I started getting bubbles on my nails. At this point Im not sure if I should go back to get them fixed or just go to a different nail shop. The only good thing about this place is the mimosas they serve & prices are fair for the location being in downtown alameda.
