Its a dollar general really, you get good deals on items. Like Royal Crown for only $1.09 with tax. Other than that, its mostly just fun to make fun of the items you find.

The lady’s here made me cry and were very rude for no reason when I was having a very bad day and I didn’t end up getting my things. I tried to call but the phone doesn’t even work

They dont have as much merchandise as a lot of the newer stores but the people that work there are really nice and helpful.

I visited this location on a Friday night just to pick up a couple of things I needed. It was almost closing time when I got there, so I was rushing. I remember that the manager on duty was very friendly and talkative. The cashier was also friendly and checked me out quickly. They had the items on my list in stock and the store was clean. Ill definitely visit this location again!

10 people in line in front of me 3 employees behind the counter one register and the 3 had 5 minute conversations with each customer after 15 minutes we walked out! Its ok to be friendly and chat but making everyone wait while you slowly finish your conversation is unacceptable.

When my son got sick in the car, we were driving on Kent Dairy Road. Saw the sign for the store at the light and we drove over. I was pleasantly surprised how clean, bright, and well stocked it was. I was able to everything (a new shirt, shoes, cleaning supplies, motion sickness medication, and air freshener) for under $20 in less than 5 minutes. The staff was friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to going back under better circumstances.

OMG, I love the Dollar General, I dont know what I did before. I will take DG over Walmart anyday. DG gets $30 to $75 from me every week and I leave smiling. Love you Dollar General.

Very unorganized, Staff is no help @ all. Never keep in stock things needed. Not a friendly welcome here, Supervisor from home office should be popping in this store . The staff is not friendly @ all . I wouldn’t give a 1star . Will not shop there again , Walmart always has everything needed in stock and the employees are friendly . I liked shopping at Dollar General when they had a friendly crew and store wasn’t so sloppy and never stock of things that u need .. Basic always out !!!!! And it’s ashamed for all these stores to be so out of shape !!!! Needs Managers that know actually, How to run a place of business. Poor management staffing .. I however , did do all my business at D/G before . But , will not again .. Waste of time yo get out and go in and never have anything in stock and just terrible organization...

Usually the visits are good . Good costomer service . But the one in Pelham ,Al next to hibachi Chinese restaurant has a young guy in there that works the register and stocks has no costomer service skills in his DNA it seems ! I and my wife have told him ourselves plus the manager that he could do alot better he has been there a good while to know that .

The DG closest to home. We shop here often and they are typically friendly. Nowhere better for day to day things we need! Sometimes the lines are a bit long. Otherwise we love it!

I go to two Dollar Generals this one is on hwy 119 Alabaster, Al . I love it sometimes there out of some products that I use, but I ask about it and they let me know when I can get it or they order it. 🤣😃😄🤣🤗🤗

Incredible makeup selection for a dollar general a few new affordable brands im excited to try i will be going back very soon ...the only thing is the check out line is way long and slow moving every time im there, but i like the arangment of the store in general it has a much nicer feel than most other dollar generals and offer a wider selection of products, highly recommend
